We loved our stay at this property! The home is perfect for a big family or 2 families. The kitchen has everything you need and it was clean and cozy! The only thing that was a little bit disappointing was being very close to a major road and it was loud when sitting on the front porch. It is super close to everything. About 5-10 minutes to Adventures on the Gorge which is where we did most of our stuff. Lots of places to hike nearby and wonderful restaurants. We will definitely be back!
The historical home was very clean, spacious, and updated for our family. Everyone from age 9 to 82 enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces to catch up and create new memories. We also enjoyed walking to downtown Fayetteville for meals. The only downside was sound of trucks from state route 19.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this cozy house for a rafting weekend. Comfy beds and furniture, fully stocked kitchen and outdoor porches were highlights! Would stay again! Only one shower, would be awesome if owner put in an outdoor shower!
We went to the area for a long weekend of rafting on the New River. The property was clean and well stocked. It worked great for the 8 of us that stayed. It is centrally located and made getting to and from the river excellent. We would stay there again.
Furniture and decor in great shape. Beds were comfortable. AC is window units which is actually good for blocking out traffic noise. Very convenient location. Plenty of space for eating and relaxing. Driveway a little challenging to navigate around trees and power poles but we never hit anything! Would stay here again.
We came to enjoy the fayetteville area and the house was perfect. Its big, clean, has AC, TV and a nice outdoor area qith grill. A small downside is that it s on tje other side of the highway from old town fayetteville. It can also be a bit loud at night with the highway traffic noises, but the AC can drowm the sounds. We really liked staying here and would come again!
We come to Fayetteville often and this was our first time staying at the Ayers house. Great location! The house is right at the entrance to the pedestrian bridge so you can walk to Biscuit World and Secret Sandwich Society very easily. House was clean and cozy. We had a little rain one day so we did spend some time at the house. The red couches are super comfortable and there were fresh baked cookies when we checked in.
