Beautiful house in the best location!

We stayed at the home for a girls trip on IOP and it was PERFECT!! The home is so spacious and comfortable for a big group and is seconds from the beach. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect beach stay

We loved our week long stay at this property. The check-in process was seamless and property managers were great. Very convenient for access to the beach. Perfect location for running our dog around. Would consider renting again in the future!

We used this house for a girls’ weekend. It was perfect. Wonderful house, beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. Would love to go back again!

Lovely home and great location!

Accommodations were perfect for our family gathering of 8 adults and three teenagers. Kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area and third floor porch were wonderful places to gather and relax. The property management company was extremely accommodating and responsive to our inquiries and needs. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful house with ocean views

Beautiful house with beach access across the street. House was cwrll paid out with ocean views from the main floor. Wrap around porches with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze.

Perfect Beach House

We rented Isle Be Back for a reunion of our high school friends, as we all turn 60 this year. I can’t say enough about this beautiful home. Location was perfect -‘just steps from the beach. It was well appointed with everything we needed. Our entire group agreed that it was simply perfect!

Amazing house!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was the perfect peaceful luxury location for our family Thanksgiving vacation. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The property management made the checkin process extremely smooth and convenient. Their assistance on planning details and additional reservations made the vacation effortless for us. We couldn't have loved it more. We left saying “Isle Be Back” soon!

End of Summer vacation

This house is a gem. The lot across the street is empty so we had an amazing view of the ocean. The bed rooms were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the huge wrap around porches. The pool area was great, plenty of furniture and showers to get the sand off. The kitchen was well stocked. I will look to rent this property again!! Loved it!!!

Amazing Property!

My bookclub recently celebrated our 20th anniversary with a trip to Charleston. We rented the property and were exceedingly pleased with the house and location. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as gather together for games and meals. It was well equipped and very clean. Each bedroom was comfortable and had outdoor access which was nice. And you could not beat the location — absolutely perfect! The checkin/checkout process was super easy and the Exclusive Properties staff was amazing. We had an incredible time and would recommend the property as well as rent again.

Beautiful property

The house was beautiful! The view from the main living area and porches was breathtaking! The pool area was private and relaxing. The house was very spacious and accommodated all 14 of us well. The ice maker was a plus. The location is very private but convenient. Only a minute walk to the beach. We were even surprised to see white tail deer in the yard across the street! Everyone enjoyed the house and had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend this house.

Just as advertised! Plenty of room for the 16 of us! Pool was an added plus. One draw back was the pool was not fully operational until day 3. But it was addressed quickly!! Things happen! My family wants to return!!!!

Loved it!

We really enjoyed the house. The only issue is check in time of 5 pm & check out time of 9. That’s the only reason for the overall rating. It’s really difficult to get 13 people up & out with all u need to do like cleaning out fridge, dishes etc by 9 am. Except for that it was wonderful

Check in can land any time between 3:00 and 5:00 - it just depends on the cleaning, maintenance and inspections that day. If everything checks out well and the home is ready and perfect, we will text you when you can check in. 9:00 is our check out time during the summer months so that the crews can get started for the next group. It's a busy system on Saturdays but somehow it all ends up working out and before you know it you are ready to vacation! So glad you enjoyed the home! EP Team

Great Beach House

We enjoyed the views and accommodations in this beautiful home. We especially appreciated the labels in the kitchen cupboards so we could make sure everything was in its place!! The only thing we wish was different was the fact that the laundry closet was in the 2nd bedroom on the main floor and that room had no bathroom. Just a half bath in the hall. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was by far the cleanest and most beautifully maintained beach home we've ever rented and we have rented many!

Did NOT disappoint!!

We walked into the property, lights were on, music was playing. The furniture was comfortable. The rooms were comfortable. We are particular renters. I rated cleanliness as a 4 because the refrigerator smelled strongly of fish. There was not a corkscrew but we had our own. We were so close to the beach, easy walk. Ocean view from the porch was amazing. Rent this one if you can, it won’t disappoint.

Great location

Great location. The house seemed a bit worn and tired and in need of sprucing up. Furniture was well used—sofas sag. Cabinets need paint. Counters are old and edges are chipped. Ice maker needed cleaning!!. For the price we paid it should have been a lot nicer!!

Family Get Together

The house is in a great location. We loved the short walk to the beach. The porches were used a lot. They were perfectly placed for sun and breeze. The only criticism that we had was the quality of the kitchen. The appliances are tired and need to be attended to. I know with many people using these appliances they get a bunch of wear and tear, but for the quality of the home it needs to be addressed. Thank you.

Wonderfully done! Karen at the front office was fabulous to work with. Location to beach was fantastic with on site pool. Everyone loved the house plenty of accommodations... highly recommend and will be returning!
