Cooperstown Area Charming Carriage House

I'm sorry to hear your family did not have a better experience at the house. Just a few things I would like to note. I checked my emails from you and could not find ANY expressing concern about anything in the house. They would have been addressed immediately and always have been. 1 - I just informed my contractor about the issue with the refrigerator which we did not know about and were not informed about. That will be fixed immediately. 2 - We have installed a new large a/c unit on the first floor. Again, it being uncomfortable temperature was not brought to our attention. 3 - The Wi-Fi is through Spectrum cable and out of our control. We pay for the high-speed access through them. Additionally, there are 2 other networks in the front house that are able to be used from the front of the carriage house. I will call Spectrum cable to make sure there are no issues that can be fixed. 4 - The stairs are standard steepness with regards to rise and run dimensions, no steeper than you would find in a normal house. In 10 years or renting we have never been told they are different or let alone a problem. 5 - As for updating, we are always working on making things better. House was fully painted this spring. New graphics were put on the walls and have 2 HD flat panel TV's on each floor. We also have a washer and dryer renters are able to use. We encourage constructive feedback from our renters in an effort to improve, but airing it out in a poor review without ever having any dialogue or allowing us to rectify is just difficult to swallow. We can and will address all the concerns brought to light. Thanks, Michael
