Villa Niyamas, Luxury on valley edge, Ubud heart

Villa Niyama rests at the border of a beautiful rice field and perched over a lush ravine with a river running through it. Embracing the rich greenery is a beautiful garden and an infinity pool, both overlooking the tropical forest. It is a newly built and nestled in the midst of local balinese temples and culture.
Yet it is a mere 15min walk to the very heart and soul of Ubud - Ubud Palace where there are abundance of eateries and shops as well as the central ubud market.

The villa :
The Niyamas is an ancient sanskrit word referring to inner observances and positive duties towards cultiavting happiness, inner peace and contentment. Villa Niyama is situated in a sanctuary of lush greenery, tranquility and peace, conceptualized with the philosophy of Niyamas.
Villa niyamas is blend of balinese style artistry with modern western amenities, furnishings and comfort. No effort was spared in blending the villa into the environment and local culture.
This homely villa is designed with the highest quality materials and impeccably furnished to ensure the comfort of our guests.
Entering the house is a feast to the soul. Enjoy nature, coconut trees, a jump into the pool, sunlight, breeze, smell of flowers, local people, culture and our squirrels friends.

Infinity Pool & Garden :
Taking center stage is the infinity pool built to the highest aesthetic standard to completely take in the view of the tropical forest.

Living, Dining & Kitchen :
Designed to be open-plan and open-air to let in the tropical breeze and natural light. With the high ceiling, the villa is always bright and cool. The beautiful living area is filled with arts and decoratives. A flat screen smart TV for those incline to watch some netlfix or have their stream music in. The kitchen is also open concept and fully equipped. There is a custom-made bar table and a gorgeous dining table set made of natural Suar wood.

Bedrooms :
Wake up to the rustling of leaves and fresh air. The bedrooms are impeccably designed with comfort and privacy in mind. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with en-suite outdoor bathroom with a balinese style shower. The main villa houses 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is sited near the edge of the valley with a balcony overlooking into the river.

Free fiber-optic Internet service; Water dispenser providing hot or cold drinking water. Laundry service can be arranged on request

At your service :
The villa is fully staffed with Gusti, our ever-obliging housekeeper, gardener, pool caretaker, helpers and an onsite manager, available to take care of all your need. The staffs do not live on the property, but are available when needed.

You'll have access to everything this property has to offer.

Security :
To further enhance the stay, we have a permanent night guard looking after the guest. He is situated just outside the villas.

Breakfasts & food :
Breakfasts are included in the rental price and will be freshly prepared for you each day upon your request.
If you require additional food, fruit or snacks, you may ask the staff to purchase fresh fruit, coconuts or flowers from the local markets if you provide them with the money.
There is also a quaint and charming local restaurant just across the villa which serves great meals.


Airport transfers & taxi drive :
We can organise pick-ups and drop-offs. We can manage pick-up from anywhere on the island and day trips. I had been working with an honest and obliging driver, Padma who will be happy to help you to discover the Island of Gods.
