Vous serez suffisamment proche de Main Street pour accéder facilement aux restaurants et aux épiceries situées à proximité sans vous retrouver au beau milieu de la cohue. Le chemin récréatif se trouve à quelques pas, prenez votre vélo ou optez simplement pour une promenade facile avec une vue imprenable. Le centre nordique Frisco se trouve juste en bas de la rue. Il propose des tubes en hiver, un parcours de VTT et un parcours de golf pour vous garder à l’extérieur.

Super Fun and Cozy!

My friends and I were here celebrating my 22nd birthday! It is close to multiple ski areas and downtown Frisco which is nice! Comfortably sleeps six guests.

Watching sun coming up through picture windows is our mountain high ..as day progresses the sailboats, paddle boarders, bikers and hikers appear. Quiet neighborhood, and though can walk to coffee, restaurants and grocery stores

Thanksgiving 2023

Our kids were staying with their mom, so we wanted a place that was close so we could spend some time with them as well. It worked out very well and was easily within walking distance to downtown Frisco.

Great place!!

We arrived at this property on Thanksgiving Day, we had the code to get into the apartment but the code didn’t work. Since it was Thanksgiving day but around 4:00 pm he got a little worried. We called Vacasa and someone from their stuff help us with a new code, the lady was so kind and very efficient. Honestly there were no reason to be worried, she was fast!! The apartment was immaculate, beds so comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms too. The views from the condo were amazing and the whole neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We were there until Sunday, just 3 days but well enough to rest, we had a beautiful and incredible experience.We are planning to go back there very soon..

Right on Lake Dillon

This is our third time staying at this unit. You cannot beat the view --watching the sailboats on Lake Dillon and the bikes on the bike trail. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Close to hiking and restaurants

Fantastic location. Contact with Vacasa was not good. Requested the door lock be looked at and it took 3 days. Also, toaster did not work and requested that and no response.

Fantastic view, gas fire place. Would love to go back again. Only bad thing the heater ran continuously very annoying. Easy acces to pAved hiking and biking trails.

The view from this house makes it very enjoyable! Very nice complex to stay in. This condo does have quite a few stairs to get to front door, so hauling luggage up the stairs was a chore. BUT, we finally figured out that you could roll your luggage up the sidewalk beside the condo and go in the patio door. Only major complaint with this condo was the master bed; it was so hard and not easy to sleep in. Other than that, this condo is wonderful, plenty of room for 4 people and that view of Lake Dillon is amazing!

Perfect ski getaway

The location is center. Only 30 minutes to Breckenridge and Vail. Convenient to fast food and grocery. The townhome is spacious for 6 people and kitchen has all you need such as coffee, cooking oil, spices, etc. We enjoyed the hot tub too.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a day of skiing, coming back to the condo - peaceful, great views of the lake, comfortable setting was awesome.

Great Stay

Great Property and a beautiful view. Only thing we had trouble with was the garage door. Took about 10 tries with the code to get the door to go up. Then we couldn't get it to go down. Even changed the battery and that didn't work. Other then that it was a Great Stay !!

Pros: great view. Loved living room and windows viewing Lake Dillon. Beds comfy. Heat worked well and easy to adjust. Cons: linens on the scratchy side. No dishwasher soap. No sugar. Tiny amount of salt in shaker. Snowed heavily. Stairs not cleared. Couldn't use hot tub as all snowed in. They finally cleared half way around hot tub after 24 hours. Only one hair dryer. Couldn't get water to turn on in master bath/shower, so we all had to shower in one bathroom.

For a wedding

The place is very nice with a great view. It was very clean and quite area. We had issues with the garage code. So we couldn’t use the garage which created a problem for parking. Sent several messages and was total a “local” would be by to fix the problem. It never was resolved.

Good Rental, good location for Copper/Keystone/A Basin

We stayed for 7 days so was not a quick trip. Overall good condo with two bedrooms. Pros: Great location close to highway and all amenities. Nice layout, bedrooms, comfortable beds. Streaming services and Live TV, internet worked great. Hot tub was nice, appeared very clean. Hot tub right next to unit. Cons: Dishes in cabinet were dirty, clearly someone used dishwasher with no soap since none was present in kitchen Very scarcely stocked kitchen, had to buy all necessities such as tinfoil etc Grill was out of gas and VACASA and Owner would not reply as to how to get refill, I guess they expected us to buy a refill tank so it was useless during our stay. Notified by Vacasa the day before our stay that we would not have access to the garage as advertised and that we would be compensated. We were compensated approx $55.00. I inquired as to why it was so little and they stated "Its our policy", kind of ridiculous.

Almost Heaven

Excellent property. Pictures accurate, but don't capture the spectacular views from the living room and back porch. Bedding is comfortable, even the sofabed in the living room. 16-year-old grandson really liked the selection of DVDs (but there were NINE remote controls to sort out through trial and error). Kitchen was the best stocked we have seen in VRBO (although no ground pepper or napkins). Garage is small, but held our SUV (passengers had to get out before pulling in the garage). Hot tub was an unexpected bonus (was not available when we booked). Literally across the sidewalk (visible from dining room window). So why only 4 stars? Wish I could choose 4 1/2, but that option is not available. On our third day my wife started washing a load of clothes. When she opened the dryer it was full of damp towels. Turns out the heating element was working, but the dryer would not tumble. Called the support line (using their excellent app), and the agent said she would send someone out to investigate. Ten minutes later she called back to say the local management was aware of the problem. Ten more minutes and a local person called to say that there was a part on back order (for past 2 weeks). I understand things happen. But it would have been better to leave a note on the dryer saying it was out of service and apologizing for the inconvenience rather than just hoping we would not discover the problem with a load of wet clothes. Apparently they didn't tell the cleaning people either, witness the damp towels in the dryer. The national Vacasa rep was apologetic and offered a refund for "lack of amenities" which was greatly appreciated. The local person only offered to reimburse us if we chose to drive into town and seek out a laundromat (know of any that issue receipts?). We just hung the wet stuff out to dry in the evening breeze. Again, a minor hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay. Would definitely rent this unit again.
