Cette maison de ville premium de 2 chambres et 3 salles de bains constitue un lieu de séjour idéal pour les petites familles ou les groupes de sept personnes maximum. Son emplacement à Frisco, au cœur du comté de Summit, est absolument parfait - vous êtes juste un court trajet en navette Main Street Frisco et les stations de ski environnantes. Et, et il est juste sur la piste cyclable! Vous pouvez faire du vélo ou marcher sur le chemin en été, et la raquette ou le ski nordique le chemin pendant l'hiver.

Le salon vous accueille avec une belle cheminée à gaz et beaucoup de sièges confortables pour profiter de la télévision à écran LCD ou tout simplement se détendre et discuter. Les grandes fenêtres inondent cet espace ouvert avec le soleil toute l'année. Et juste à l'extérieur sur le balcon, il y a un barbecue à gaz et de superbes vues sur la montagne.

Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, et des sièges pour six: quatre à la table à manger et deux au comptoir. L'établissement comprend également un garage pour 1 voiture, un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, ainsi qu'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Great Weekend Ski Rental

The townhouse was clean and had nice furnishings. We enjoyed the garage which had an 8' door which left plenty of room for our SUV and Thule Carrier. Overall it is well maintained and very clean. There were slight signs of aging but nothing that would prevent us from staying or recommending the place to friends or family. The hosts were communicated well and responded promptly, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated that they came by and shoveled the driveway!

Frisco quick access to all

We loved this property so much. Easy location right off 70 and close to the local ski rental shop. Accessible to many different ski resorts and a quick drive into Breckenridge downtown area. The townhouse was cozy and the view was unbeatable. Even with the downpour of snow, we were well equipped with all the amenities the home provided.

This listing was perfect for our ski week. Convenient drive to all the mountains, great garage and mudroom for gear, cozy and clean upstairs! Absolutely perfect and the listing was spot on. Would book again happily!

Attention to detail throughout is quite good, all the furniture is very comfy. I could spend days in those bar stools. Great neighborhood and walkable to stores and restaurants. Cookware is a little worn, but that was expected in a rental. I might just book this place next year - it's a real jewel. Thanks for the great stay!

Okay Stay

The unit was alright. The tub in the unit was not usable and was spitting out black residue/ mold even after maintenance came and cleaned it. This was a big disappointment as it was the primary reason this location was selected over others. Also, the check in and out times were later/ earlier to give the cleaning crew, “time to clean,” but they still had a chore list.

Stay Here. You will ❤️ it

We were a party of 5. 2 adults l, 3 teenagers. Plenty of room, space for everyone. Great location to Keystone, Cooper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Close proximity to Frisco's downtown area, as well as 2 grocery stores and other restaurants. We loved our stay. Look forward to staying here again.

Very nice, very convenient

The property is super conveniently located, close to I-70, and close to all major ski resorts. The house has a bedroom on the first floor (garage level) and on the third floor. The second floor is the kitchen and living room. The quality of the house and the amenities is good. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great location, beautiful walk to town

Our family of five stayed three nights at the townhome and it was set up perfectly. Lots of extra blankets, games, dvd’s and a well stocked kitchen. There is a beautiful path to downtown Frisco that takes you through the park and over the river — it’s about a 10-15 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Ride the Rockies family get-together

The unit we rented 681B Meadow Drive was a very lovely unit. Having three bathrooms was very nice. It was well appointed with bedding and kitchen furnishings. It was well located next to a bike path which lead to a beautiful park by the river.

It was clean and had plenty of supplies such as towels, linens, paper towels, coffee and more. The location was convenient since we had rented a suv to get to the ski areas, dining and shopping. The only issue we had was having to pick up and drop off the key for the property at the management office rather than simply providing an electronic lock on the front door for guests. We did lose the key in one of the bundles of clothes and ending up eating a lot of time finding it and as mentioned picking up and returning keys to management in snowy weather. Strange but the housekeeping closet had an electronic lock but not the main door. Ugh

Great condo!

This was a perfect place to stay for four nights. It's smartly decorated and as great mountain views. Has a wonderful gas fireplace that made it cozy. Has great lighting and window coverings. Has a garage to keep the car warm(er). Is close to the grocery (Safeway, etc.). Is in a quiet area. Is close to Breck, Keystone, Copper Mtn. (I skied all 3). The kitchen was so well-equipped and inviting that I went out to dinner only one night ... staying "home" was more appealing. Only drawback was miscommunication from the rental agency. This included a note saying that I had to make a final payment through a portal or my agreement was subject to cancellation within 24 hours (in fact, the entire thing had been paid on my card) and confusion over garbage that was to be placed "inside the complex dumpster" (no detail on where that was and when I called, it was not a quick and easy exchange of information). All in all, though, was very pleased and would love to come again sometime.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with my husband and adult son for a ski trip to Copper Mountain. Perfect location, and this place is stocked with everything you need. We especially appreciated the garage, laundry, fireplace, fully packed kitchen (we ate breakfast and dinner in the condo), and games. Beautiful mountain views and great snow removal crew. We rented ski equipment from a locally-owned shop right next to WalMart for a much cheaper rate and great customer service. Also took a day-trip to see Vail from here. Check-in was easy, and key drop-off convenient. Highly recommend this reasonably-priced home.
