Maison de plage calme et pittoresque avec un accès facile à pied à l'océan et son côté

Une maison récemment rénovée nichée dans une rue calme. Bénéficiant de 3 chambres à coucher, de 2 salles de bain et d'une pièce supplémentaire, la maison peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes confortablement. Beaucoup d'espace extérieur comprenant 4 ponts, une véranda et une cour clôturée, pour profiter de l'air salé et passer du temps en famille et entre amis. Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés, mais nous demandons de ne pas les laisser sans surveillance à la maison, une caisse est fournie dans le garage. Profitez d'une journée de chasse aux coquillages sur la plage et terminez la journée du bon côté en savourant des plats et des boissons sur l'eau. Cela et plus sont à distance de marche de la maison. Étant situé entre l'île d'Émeraude et Atlantic Beach, il se trouve à quelques minutes de route de l'aquarium local, des activités de loisirs et des centres commerciaux ... Nous aimons penser que ce trésor caché vous permet d'explorer tout ce que notre île a à offrir.

Quiet and quaint it surely was!

We had plenty of room for our group, and everything we needed for our stay. The description of the property is accurate (but do bring your own beach towels). The walk to the beach was not far and we enjoyed the secluded - almost private - beach. The owner was very responsive and quickly addressed an initial issue with the cleaning of the property.

Relaxation

This was my 2nd stay here. I love the location. Easy to walk to the beach with dogs without having to cross a road. Large fenced in yards. Owners are friendly & responsive. Looking forward to staying again next year!

nice short vacation

Prime location between EI & AB. In the middle of it all. Perfect for dogs as there is a large fenced yard. Plenty of space in home fair family & multiple dogs. Quick to respond when communicating. We will be back!

Perfect Home Base

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house had everything we needed, including beach chairs/wagon. The yard was perfect for our dogs, and we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves. We could also hear the ocean waves at night. The one thing I failed to consider was the amount of stairs which were a challenge for our older dog. Just something to keep in mind if anyone in your party might have difficulty. Otherwise, everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to vacation with your dog

We absolutely loved the decking and fenced in yards. There are two fenced in yards connected by a deck. There is a garage for parking, should you prefer that. It is a quiet neighborhood with an absolutely enchanting walk to the beach. It is magical...so beautiful! In the garage are beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to transport it all to the beach. By and large, it is well equipped.

Misinformed

The bad- The add states a hot tub included but there was no hot tub on the property. When we arrived the yard was slightly overgrown. A portion of the fence was not secure and I had to use zip ties I had in my truck to secure the fence so our dogs would not escape. There was also broken glass and pieces of a aluminum can shredded in the yard I had to clean up before I allowed my pets to enter the yard. The inside of the house was tidy, but not deep cleaned. The baseboards were marked and we found hair from previous dogs around the house in various locations. The first hour or so we were on the property we used the cleaning supplies provided and cleaned the floors ourselves. There was also a open bottle of triple sec liquour left above the sink. This was not an issue but rather concerning being that the minimum age to rent was advertised as 18 years old. The screened in porch located in the rear of the side yard had several tears and was not secured to keep insects out. The master bathroom was also outdated. We used the downstairs bathroom for the entirety of our trip since it had been remodeled recently. Both vent fans in each bathroom sounded terrible and were not used. The utensils in the kitchen were somewhat organized but consisted of various different sets. It seemed as though we were the first guests this house had seen in a few months. The good- beach access, friendly neighbors, pets Ok, cleaning and feminine products supplied by owners.

Quiet and Pleasant Place

We enjoyed our stay. We were down for the 2nd annual Indian Beach Fundraiser Tournament. Proceeds go to purchasing Beach Wheelchairs for those who otherwise could not go out to the beach. Every thing was clean and well stocked. We loved being able to walk the short distance to the beach. It was a great experience from book g , staying, and leaving. No problem and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

We love this place!

We had a great vacation. House was excellent- pet friendly, clean, quiet, and close to the beach. Location was perfect. Everything was so close - beach, food, shopping, attractions. Making plans to stay here again next summer!

Our favorite place

This was our 2nd summer vacay at this house. We loved it so much last year that we had to book it again! It's clean, has plenty of room and it's in an awesome neighborhood with friendly locals.

Awesome Beach Vacation

The house was clean, comfortable and nicely upgraded. Beds are super comfortable. Fenced in yard was a bonus. Short walk to the beach. We loved it!

The best beach house experience

We’ve come to visit family for the last 9 years running. As our families have grown a beach rental has been our best option to get everyone in one location for the week. Perfect getaway

We planned this trip as a baby moon and couldn’t have asked for a better house or location. It’s just a 3 minute walk to the beach and convenient to both Emerald Isle and Morehead City/Beaufort. The property owners were quick to respond and very helpful. We hope to return soon!

Tranquil getaway

Cannot wait to come back & stay again! Loved the fenced in areas for the dogs. Everything was as stated. Easy walk to the beach. Home was clean & comfortable. This is the first home I have stayed in that I would come back to again & again!

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and plenty of space. Quick, convenient walk to the beach. Overall, a cute, cozy house. The only suggestion I have about the property is to police the yard between guests for dog droppings and residual trash from prior guests. That being said, I would still stay here again, we had a great time!

Lovely off season location

We had a lovely few days here during a cold spell in March. The beach was windy and deserted - perfect for walking a happy dog up and down - and while it wasn't warm enough to spend any time sitting out there, the house turned out to be perfect for sitting: we spent many hours outside in the sun on the (many) different decks, reading or just watching the birds. It's a lovely location, any time of year.

Nice cottage for a great price

The cottage was immaculate, the kitchen well-stocked, the beach was close and the neighborhood was quiet. Very dog-friendly too, with a fenced-in yard. Within walking distance to one of the best shrimp burger joints at the beach as well. Would definitely rent again.

mount of outdoor living space, coupled with the short walk to the beach on a quiet road are the things that make this home special. If you are trying to relax you can sit on the one of the decks and listen to the ocean. While you cannot see the waves from the house the ocean is just over the dune. This makes a perfect setting for a family that just wishes to unwind and relax. A short walk also takes you to several restaurants, and shops, including a local seafood market. After your initial grocery trip most people never have to get back in a car for the entire stay.
