Perfection dans le prestigieux Belleair! Exécutif maison de 3 chambres situé dans le magnifique Belleair à quelques minutes des plages de sable blanc de Clearwater Beach et Madeira Beach. Cette maison peut accueillir 8 personnes avec trois lits queen et un lit gigogne. Près de l'intercostale. Entièrement meublé avec des draps, votre propre piscine privée filtrée chauffée et barbecue. Lave-vaisselle, laveuse sécheuse sur place. Samedi aux réservations samedi uniquement.

Awesome Clearwater property

We truly enjoyed every day of our 9 day stay!This house has everything you need to treat your family to a beautiful beach vacation. Is only 10 minute drive to the beach, if you have kids and want an amazing beach with clear waters, visit Sand Key park, very close to the property, excellent to swim and stay all day, barely any waves, it has bathrooms and changing areas. Plus plenty of parking space. For the best pizza shops visit West Shore Pizza in Belleair. We found an amazing Turkish/mediterranean restaurant called Turkish, excellent fish and babaganush. Best seafood in Clearwater at Salty Crab. Publix is also only a few minutes away. The property has three nice sized bedrooms with a pool that will give your children all the fun they need to have if you want to stay in the house all day. We took a trip to Egmont Key island and it was super fun, although crowded with lots of private boats, nevertheless my children collected lots of great seashells. Karen the owner was also super amazing with us and responded promptly. Overall 5 stars - two thumbs up!

Nice stay with a pool...

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood near the beach. My niece and nephew enjoyed the pool immensely and it was a short drive to the beach. My family enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. We had some travel challenges and had to rebook and the host was understanding. Would definitely recommend.

We would give it 10 stars if I could!

This is a terrific house in a quiet, awesome neighborhood. We stayed for 8 nights and had a 100% positive experience with 0 issues during our stay. The house has a great pool, big master suite, and has everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay. I could not recommend the house or Belleair more.

The location was great pool was great. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. They said they were queen size beds I think they were smaller. Overall it’s a nice place.

Family vacation

We had a nice stay at this home and would recommend to others. Very nice location and close to the stores and beaches. Beach chairs and umbrella available to use. Please get plush mattresses. Current mattresses are too firm and we had body aches from discomfort. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you! See you next time:) Florida is paradise on earth.

Great home for summer vacation

Great experience overall! Clean and spacious home with everything we needed. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Close to grocery store and pharmacy. Short drive away from several beaches. Pool was amazing for our kids aged 3-4. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Great vacation home

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. They even included cups in the freezer ready for your cold beverage. The oven is a little small. Our couple that stayed in one of the back rooms said the room was warm and bought a fan. The pool was a dream!!! Very close to several beaches.

Nice vacation destination

We had a great week at this house. The pool was pristine and warm and we had a lot of fun. The house was clean and just as described. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The only downfall was the TV in the living room is too outdated. With the technology of today and the need for Netflix, Hulu, etc., this TV needs to be updated.

Nice Location, wonderful pool!

Our stay was great, the house was as is was listed, nothing fancy, but adequate and well stocked. The beds and living room furniture are quite dated and could use an upgrade. However the pool was nice and warm, kids and adults loved it. The location was great for the beaches, nice quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes to restaurants. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work for our stay, but a new modem showed up on our last night, so it should work now.

Amazing home for kids and adults!

The home is SUPER clean, spacious, and beautiful. Perfect for adults and kids with the screened in heated pool, grill, and outdoor furniture. Lights around pool can be dimmed for night time pool and outside time. Several low key quiet, and popular beacheds are amazingly near just across the bridge. Great food, and shopping are amazingly near at Clearwater beach. Clearwater beach and entertainment area is just ten minutes drive over two bridges. The neighborhood is quiet. It was great to have the connected two car garage as we could come and go without privately as opposed to sticking out as the “new neighbors”. It was also great to be less than five minutes drive from Publix grocery store, gas station, and a few spots for coffee and breakfast. We loved our stay ans can’t wait to come back.

In my top 2 favs, would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding!!! It is in a very peaceful area that is 5 to 10 minutes drive from all the hustle and bustle of tourist's activities. I've stayed in condos/houses from Hawaii, to Texas, Colorado to South Dakota, Daytona beach to this area of Florida and this home is in my top 2 favorites for all that it provides. The dishes and silverware were plentiful and of good quality. An enclosed swimming pool and patio area keeps the bugs away while all your stress melts away. 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds means it REALLY does sleep 6 adults. The living room and dining room are a good size for entertaining 6 people. The kitchen was a little cramped but only if you are doing a lot of cooking with more than 2 people in it. The only problem was we had to leave. ;)

Awesome week!

We loved this house! The kitchen was very well supplied. We loved the pass thru window from the kitchen to the patio and ate many meals outside by the pool. It was so nice to have a grill. We swam and hung out by the pool daily. There were so many extra touches such as the beach bag, towels, toys and chairs for the beach. We flew in so we couldn't bring these items for our trips to the beach. It was so handy to have a washer and dryer. We were able to park in the garage. TV's in every room though we didn't watch much TV and when we did we enjoyed the comfy furniture in the spacious living room for family TV night. Pool was a little chilly despite keeping the cover on when not in use, but the temps were mid 60's when we were there so this probably couldn't be helped and definately not something to keep us from coming back. There are so many extras the owners thought of...we would love to come back again.

Great long stay over the holidays

House was just as described, and a great place for our family of 4 to stay for 4 weeks over the Christmas holidays. Here are the highlights of the place. * Great heated pool, which was not advertised well enough, as it was great and heated to at least 82 degrees each day in December. * Great neighborhood, quiet, with great places for walking to the water, and during a pandemic it was a perfect spot for tranquility and space. * There was plenty of space, with 3 bedroom and a nice sitting area and table off the kitchen. * Although master bedroom got much cooler than the other rooms, temp was good whether it needed to be heated or cooled and with quiet neighborhood you can open windows for sleeping. If you are looking for a simple but very adequate house in a nice neighborhood with a great pool this is the place. Most amenities were very basic, pretty old, and I suggest the owner refresh and update some things which would make this even nicer. But we would definitely stay again and for the price we got more than we were expecting here. Bellaire is such a nice area, close to many things but also away enough to have quiet. Definitely recommend if you want a place in this area.
