Perfect place bring the whole family with lots of room for fun. 3 bedroom, 3 Queen Beds 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of space to enjoy and relax inside and outside. Stunning water views. Plenty of dolphins near by. Totally remodeled open floorplan. Come and enjoy this little slice of paradise.

Family gathering

The accommodations were perfect for our family gathering with our adult children. The house was so comfortable, we had plenty of room and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Hope to return!

It was amazing! We rented a golf cart and went to the beach, restaurants, and shops with it.the view from the dock was gorgeous and the kids had a blast fishing. We will be back! Thsnks so much!

Spring getaway

We had a relaxing time with my family at Indian Rocks Beach. Its a very relaxed setting. Great restaurants and very quiet surroundings. Guppies restaurant was our favorite but we found several restaurants we liked.

The location and property are great! Easy walk to the beach along with many delicious restaurants. Bruce had swift communication and provided clear details. I would stay at this property again.

Daughter's Grad/21st Trip

We brought our daughter, who just graduated w/ her Bachelor's and turned 21, and 2 of her friends down to FL to celebrate. The house was delightful and as pictured/described. It was very clean, well maintained and well laid out, providing plenty of space and privacy for all party members. The balcony to begin and end our days was perfect. Highly recommend.

Excellent Property

Had a wonderful visit with a couple of friends. The property manager is very prompt with responding and even replaced the umbrella and a beach chair for us. There were a few blankets and sheets that weren’t extremely clean when we first got in, but we just popped them in the washing machine.You can’t beat the location. Overall, the property offered a great experience.

Great place on intercoastal

We really enjoyed the Peaceful & scenic location with the dock & convenient access to beach. Our first time in Indian Beach was a hit with all. The huge hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! CC

Little slice of paradise

The property was accurate to listing, there was a little hiccup with the jacuzzi but it was fixed promptly with a single phone call to the management. Everyone was super friendly, very courteous and engaging to our families needs! Would not only recommend but would pick this place again if we ever came back to the area!

Indian Rocks rental

The house was lovely. Had everything we needed. Everything was comfortable. The intercoastal view and the hot tub made it extra special easy walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed the house and felt like home.

Mom’s 70th birthday

Wonderful host, amazing accommodations, fantastic place to stay in the bay! Stayed on Bay Boulevard for my mom‘s 70th birthday and it was a wonderful, beautiful and very comfortable house! Host was responsive and welcoming. If we come down to this part of Florida again, I will absolutely be looking to stay at the beautiful blue house
