We loved having the pool and the beach right there and fishing pier was a bonus. Nice clean room.

We have stayed here the last 3 years and love it!. Close to beach with great pool access. Room was very accommodating for our needs. Had to ask for a broom but other than that no real issues.

Great location, lots of restaurants close by, beach across the street which is very convenient, very clean. I would say bring extra toilet paper! Provided beach towels, dish soap, board games, boogie boards!

Great place for a short vacation

We’ve been there on the first time. Good property location close to the beach. Warm swimming pool was very useful in that days when the weather was chilly and windy. Everybody was excited to be there.

Perfect Family Vacay

We loved our stay in our condo! It was spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and the property had a lot of amenities including free bikes, fishing poles, big bay front pool heated and the perfect location to the beach! I highly recommended this property (213 was our unit.)

Wonderful stay

I wasn't sure how to check in before i arrived but it was very fast. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated and just across the street from the beach. It was very quiet. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing i was disappointed in was not having a patio from the pictures i thought we would have one

Florida spring break getaway

All was good except that some if the dishes provided were not totally clean. Outside of that, no real issues. Very close walk to the beach. The pool was very clean.

Fantastic Time

I had a fantastic 9 day stay at Barefoot Beach Resort. It's always a leap of faith when you book online, but the condo and the entire facility was as good, or better than, the online pictures. My unit was modern, clean and contained all the amenities I needed. The neighborhood had a great coffee shop, pub and restaurants all within minutes. Pool was nice and the beach was easily accessible, as advertised. I look forward to returning again soon.

As good as expected and even better!

This property, known locally as the Barefoot Beach Resort, is a long time property in Indian Shores. Although from the parking area our building looked like an old two-storey motel, the unit inside was delightful and modernly decorated. It had loads of plates, pots and utensils, towels and beach paraphernalia (chairs, umbrella). We were delighted with our choice!.

It’s situated in a very nice area with easy access to the beach.

I had asked for an extension of a day with the vendor serving the rental. They shared they could not accommodate. Upon arrival the lady working the front desk said she could make the accommodations. Friendly & clean place. I would return next year.

Overall OK

The location of the property was very convenient for beach access. We were in bldg D (closest to the road), so the walk was super quick and easy. A coffee shop and a few restaurants are within decent walking distance. We stayed in D203 and the unit was clean and furnished well enough for our needs, although it would have been SUPER helpful to have some sort of instructions on how to operate the ceiling fans/lights (never did figure it out). We only stayed two nights and would definitely consider staying here again - it was one of the few places we could find that would rent for such a short stay so close to the beach.

Super close to the beach

Pros: Check in was very easy. They said we were upgraded when we checked it which was nice. The place was a great location right across from the beach. It was a nice short walk. Cons: The place was a little outdated. The massive cockroach/bug in the place running around was a bit gross and totally freaked me out. Check out time was 10 which was ok. The cleaning lady knocked on our door and said “don’t forget my tip”

Great Condo

This was our fourth time staying at a Barefoot Beach Resort condo. This particular one is rented through the property manager, not an individual party. The pool was closed so that was a bummer and it rained all Saturday, but otherwise, it was a great time. The condo is upstairs on the corner so it was full of bright sunlight because of all the windows. The decorations were adorable. All the appliances worked well. Most importantly, the mattress was super comfy - it was a memory foam. So many times the mattress is crappy, but not this one! I love being right near the beach access! We’ve already booked our return in July!

Vacation home with the basics

We have stayed in this complex before but not in this particular unit. The location is perfect for sun and leisure however this unit could use improvement. It was not well maintained. Several things were in need of repair. The master bedroom mattress was worn and uncomfortable. The pullout bed mattress had stains and the sheets provided did not fit. It was key entry and the door knobs were loose. The coffee pot needed to be replaced. Housekeeping was just the minimum. Stay in this complex but not this unit.
