Vous tomberez amoureux de ce Cottage 3 BR / 2BA récemment rénové, littéralement à un pâté de maisons de la plage! Tous les planchers de bois franc / tuile partout. Nouveaux luminaires et meubles design. Cuisine incroyable avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, évier de ferme, carreaux de métro et comptoirs en quartz.
Grand plan d'étage ouvert avec section confortable et TV 55 ". Maître attenant avec débrayage. Super chambre superposée pour les enfants. Beau coin salon extérieur sous un spectaculaire chêne vivant.
Avec un accès à seulement un pâté de maisons, vous pouvez facilement marcher jusqu'à la plage de sable poudreux. Profitez d'être proche de tout ... à seulement 10 minutes à pied du phare et du village.
Les animaux de moins de 45 livres sont autorisés.
Nous proposons tardivement ce chalet pour l'été. SO, nous offrons des rabais sur ce chalet unique en son genre. En retrait de la route pour offrir calme et confort - Saint Simons Style!

Great location and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The beach is just across the street and a really nice place to spend the day- not too crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!!

This cottage is truly a beach cottage with great updates. The property manager replied quickly to my questions. The house was clean and well decorated. Located near the village and the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay because Saint Simons is a lovely place. The property management company was fantastic, attentive, and responded quick if I needed to message them. The house was clean and charming. Unfortunately, there was construction on the house directly next-door and it really made it hard with one of our dogs that we brought who has anxiety. We also were looking forward to sitting out on the patio, which is one of the reasons why we booked this house. Unfortunately, the construction workers were directly next to us, and we did not feel comfortable. It would’ve been nice to know this ahead of time.

Clean comfy house near to everything

House was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The whole family loved how close it was to everything so we didn’t need to use the car all weekend.

Will be staying again!

This house was perfect for our family! Walking distance to pier & Crabdaddys. Beach was a shorter walk than advertised! The property manager was SO NICE!! Very clean and everything was perfect.

Great location, but needs a refresh and a cleaning.

The location was excellent… but everything else was just meh. This place has a lot of potential, but needs a refresh and a deep clean. House was not well cleaned before our stay. Dirty windows, doors and mirrors. Furniture was old and rugs stained. Bathrooms were small for the number of beds. Toilet paper, trash bags, soap, etc was rationed to the point of ridiculous. WiFi wasn’t reliable. We enjoyed our time immensely despite these things, but for the price being paid I expected better.

Great house! Great location!

Loved the central living space with large sofa, chairs and table where we could gather. Also the deck when it wasn’t raining. Comfortable beds. Very clean. One street over from beach and a little over a half mile walk to stores/restaurants/lighthouse/pier. We all agreed we should stay longer next time.

Great location, close to everything

“Life’s a Beach” cottage was perfect for us and our pup. Walk to the beach, many restaurants and easy walk to downtown. Great neighborhood for morning walks with our dog. Property managers were friendly and quick to reply to any questions. Easy check in. We appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. Great for making meals at home. Thanks for a fun week in SSI!

Great location!

Overall we were very happy with our rental. Everything went smoothly, from the reservation to checking in and communicating with the owner. There was plenty of space for 4 of us (2 parents and 2 kids), we didn't use one bedroom. The outside shower was a godsend. It was used every day coming back from the beach. If I had to nit pick, the master bedroom smelled like "dog," but I realize it is a pet friendly rental. I would definitely comeback the next time we come to St. Simon's.

Near the Beach

Pros: Clean, dog friendly cottage near the beach; quiet area Cons: poor outdoor lighting around the property ;One parking spot for one vehicle Although No Parking signs were placed in the front yard after OUR arrival, an unmarked vehicle parked a van in front of the rental house (we notified the rental company) Acorns hit the tin roof throughout the day and night (restless nights)

1st night no Heat

On our first night there was no heat. We contacted Property Management immediately. Please keep in mind it was 40 degrees outside and it was totally unacceptable to have no heat. The house had a smart thermostat that indicated an error and property management was aware of this issue but no one was monitoring the warning. We asked for a space heater and was refused. A maintenance man did stop by but was not an electrician and not much he could offer but to try and reset the thermostat. I started texting property management the next morning about 9:30 am and received a text stating it was Sunday and a holy day and please be patient as the staff was attending church, however, I could send them a Prayer Request... what are you freaking kidding me. A prayer request was not going to get me heat. I continued to send text and was finally told an electrician would be out to repair the issue but they could not provide an estimated time. Therefore, we were stuck at the property until the electrician arrived, which was 5pm in the afternoon. Also, after many complaints we did receive a space heater at 2:00 in the afternoon. I understand things break, however, there were plenty of other electricians but this company only wanted to use a specific company and to not supply a space heater is totally unacceptable. I did receive 1 night compensation but I had to insist for that to be issued.

There are only a handful of electricians that will service on weekends/after hours so the timing was unfortunate, especially since they could not provide a specific time to service the heater. We apologize for any confusion the text message may have caused, as this is an automated text message that goes out on Sundays. Gem cottage in a gem of a town!

Loved this cottage! It was perfect for a 4 day birthday/girls trip! There was plenty of space & more for all 5 of us. Literally one block from the beach- found access through a walkway right across the street which was so nice! The bathrooms were on the smaller size but rooms were very large with plenty of space to get ready!! The large couch was perfect for movie night and playing games as was the kitchen table for eating meals together. Multiple entrances to the house made it easy to load/unload. Washer & dryer was helpful-plenty of dishes and cookware. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, as they are not supplied outside of 1 per each bathroom. The outside shower was helpful to rinse off our feet after coming from the beach. Everything was very close- you can walk just about everywhere within 15 minutes! Will be back.

Dodged the storm

My daughters and I stayed the weekend Hurricane Ian came up the Atlantic Coast. Megan at Covenant Property Management was great. She helped me plan when to arrive. We lost one night, but we all arrived safe and sound. The house is lovely. Easy walk to the beach and 10ish min to the village. I'm sure it depends on the time of year, but I believe the oak tree was dropping acorns on the tin roof. Glad I had earplugs. Another young woman from Covenant came by to check on us as well. I cannot remember her name, but she was very nice. We had a great time.

Very nice house near beach. FYI: the 2nd bathroom sink and tub had issues draining properly. Also, an extra pillow we brought was left in the house. Will contact property manager to reclaim it.

Great Home

We really enjoyed staying in this darling, 3 bed, 2 bath home that appeared recently renovated and clean! The open floor plan is ideal and the location is a quick walk to the beach and downtown! We would stay there again in a heart beat if we ever visit St Simon’s again!

Excellent location, beautiful upgrades

This cottage is fantastic! The 3 bedrooms are larger than I anticipated. The vaulted ceilings in the master with the wood paneling is idyllic...complete with tin roof for the rain! Plenty of closet space for everyone. The upgrades in the kitchen were perfect and allowed for open flow to the living and dining room. The ceilings throughout the cottage are taller than you'd think and the wood and tile floors were easy for us to clean up sand. The yard was excellent for the kids and dog to run around. One block to the beach and a short walk to the pier village- location can't be beat!
