Emplacement haut de gamme et literie et mobilier de luxe! Cinq à dix minutes à pied de la plage ou du village. Profitez de griller ou de vous détendre dans la cour arrière clôturée sur la terrasse ou le porche couvert. La maison dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée et lumineuse et d'un solarium séparé. Elle est équipée de sièges et de literie neufs, confortables et magnifiques, de quatre téléviseurs à écran plat Samsung, d'un lecteur Blu-ray, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et mur sécurisé Vos animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus et il y a même une petite porte pour chien qui s'ouvre sur la cour arrière clôturée. De beaux sols carrelés ainsi que des purificateurs d'air rendent cette maison accueillante pour tout le monde.

Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement, y compris un abri couvert et un parking asphalté supplémentaire devant la maison. Il y a une buanderie intérieure séparée équipée d'une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse.

Three generation family getaway

The cottage exceeded our expectations---the photos and description were great but the real cottage was even better!It was a cozy place for cooking, games and conversations while also an easy walk to the beach and downtown shops. We would definitely book it again!

Another great vacation at Sea Le Vie! We love the cottage, the location, and the island the owners are fabulous and very responsive. Our boys (golden doodles) love the backyard and have a great time. This is our second year at Sea Le Vie and look forward to returning. Thank you Bonnie and Randy for being GREAT hosts!

Great place for vacay!

Very clean and spacious property. Would be great if you have a dog. House was extremely clean and well maintained. We had the best 4th of July vacation with our family and friends! Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at St. Simons.

This lovely home is in a great location. It is nicely furnished and very clean. We had a question for the owner when we were there and she responded immediately. In the future we’d like to stay there again.

Great host and property in St Simons Island

We were very pleased with this property. The location was very convenient with an easy 10-minute walk to the beach or pier and shops. It was clean and updated with good appliances and spaces. All three bedrooms had king beds, which was great for our group. We had a problem with the lock on the house, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. I would stay there again!

Great beach rental in ideal location

This was a great rental! Home was nicely renovated in the living areas. Nice sunroom and backyard spaces. Beautiful kitchen that was very well stocked! All king beds and were very comfortable. Owner was very quick to respond and helpful with recommendations! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Relaxing get away.

This is a beautiful property in a superb location several blocks from the beach, numerous restaurants, and shops. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street that is great for walks or biking.

Charming house in great location!

The house is so cute, really comfy (especially the beds!), so clean and super convenient to everything on SSI. Our pup loved the backyard and the patio is great after a long day in the beach. We will stay here again.

Family Getaway

This is a cute house that had plenty of room for six adults and one infant. Very close to the beach, easy walk or bike ride. Beautiful town with a nice downtown area. Lots of restaurants and shops to visit.

Sea la Vie is one of nicest places we’ve rented in the 15 years we’ve been coming to SSI 1,2 & 3 times a year. Our needs have changed over the years. Sea la Vie met those needs with a beautifully updated well equipped kitchen and floor plan, 3bedrooms, everything you need for the beach, beautiful glassed in porch for chilling and hanging out after hours. My favorite place! My dog loved watching for squirrels in the fenced in yard when we weren't taking early morning walks in the park. Owners provided dog covers for all the furniture so mine stayed in the car. They’ve thought of everything to make it easy and hospitable. We hope to rent Sea la Vie again, in the park. Sea la Vie was convenient to wherever we wanted to go via golf cart or car.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed our quick getaway! Location was great in close proximity to the beach and village. House had all we needed - great setup, beautiful outdoor space, chairs, wagon, pup friendly. Bonnie was attentive and wonderful with communications. Definitely look forward to coming back for another stay.

Wonderful house with fantastic location!

We could not have been any happier staying in St Simons at this adorable house. The location was perfect and the outdoor shower was perfect after a long day at the beach. The back yard was so nice too! We can’t wait to hook our next trip!

We've been married for 24 years, have two college students and 2 rescue dogs. Vacations without our fur babies are bittersweet, so we want to have a beautiful, clean and safe place where you can enjoy vacationing with your pets.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We've been visiting St. Simons Island as a family for years. We love playing on the beach, walking under the old live oaks, kayaking the marsh, biking the streets, shopping and dining in the Village, and most of all, being a part of this laid back lifestyle with the people. Buying our own home here is a dream come true!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We've always been drawn to the quaint, older homes on the Island. We love that this house is 45 years old, has so much charm, yet is bright, updated and beautiful and is situated on a quiet street full of old live oaks and palm trees. We also love that we can park our car and walk to the beach and the Village or bike or golf cart anywhere else we want to go!
