THE SPACE
Step into the open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals — or get creative with fresh local seafood on the outdoor charcoal grill. After dinner, unwind in the comfortable living room with a large-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows, or sip a cool drink on the inviting front porch beneath the coastal breeze.

After a sun-soaked afternoon at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then gather downstairs in the den and playroom for movie night or a few rounds of cards.

The Turtle’s Nest is located in a peaceful neighborhood - The Turtle’s Nest offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. You’ll be just blocks from local restaurants, boutique shops, and island activities. Take a short stroll (just over half a mile) to the St. Simons Lighthouse Museum, Neptune Park, and St. Simons Pier, where ocean breezes, coastal views, and island charm await!

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
