Notre unité d'inspiration asiatique contemporain offre tous les conforts de la maison avec un souci du détail et la qualité des équipements. L'appareil est livré avec une cuisine toute équipée, d'un accÚs Internet sans fil, buanderie, barbecue à gaz et relaxant patio.

Pour le confort de nos hĂŽtes la chambre et la salle de sĂ©jour ont tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat de. Que ce soit une escapade romantique ou une retraite exĂ©cutif, vous trouverez notre emplacement Ă  ĂȘtre un plaisir unique que vous ne voudrez pas quitter.

Nous sommes situés dans le centre-ville de cette communauté cÎtiÚre paisible et pittoresque. Une variété de boutiques et de magasins d'antiquités, des restaurants et des miles de plages de sable fin sont tous à distance de marche, et il est un merveilleux marché de producteurs 1/2 pùté de maisons le jeudi.

Une courte distance en voiture sont des terrains de polo, des musées, des jardins zoologiques, des missions, Santa Ynez pays du vin, et bien plus encore. Il ya une foule de choses à faire et nous voulons partager la communauté que nous aimons tant avec vous. Venez, séjour, profiter et revenir souvent!

Exceeded Expectations

I've stayed in a number of VRBOs and was very impressed with this property. Was in town for a college graduation and just looking for a "nice" property within driving distance of Santa Barbara. The check in was very easy with your own private entrance and "free" parking across the street. The unit is very nicely renovated and had everything you would need for the stay (towels, kitchen supplies, ironing, laundry, kettle, coffee). Carpinteria was wonderful and some great shops and the ocean in easy walking distance. The owners really take care of this property and it shows. Very highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Carp! The unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was an easy to walk to the beach and restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend this property for a couple who wants a great getaway!

Three units in this property are modern and comfortable. The location is strategic between the beach and the restaurants. The kitchen is large and well stocked. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

So glad we found this gem. It was in the perfect location where we could walk to everything. Our unit was upstairs, which worked out fine but next time would like to get one of the downstairs units. The owners were responsive and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again for our next visit to Carpenteria.

Luxury Suite in Carpenteria

The suite was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The full kitchen was spacious. The bed was so luxurious and comfortable. The living area sofa was comfortable, and the two televisions had cable. It was perfect to eat in and relax. It had a blow dryer and offered shower soap and shampoo-thick, soft towels. It was a very quiet and friendly area. Restaurants and stores in walking distance. We will be back!

Clean and Bright!

This ground floor apartment was extremely clean and bright. Great central location to walk to several great restaurants, to grab a coffee or drink. It’s six blocks to beach. We parked and never had to move our car. The apartment was like a “home away from home” complete with a comfortable bed and large bathroom.

Modern and clean

Everything was as described. Great location, very comfortable and clean apartment. Bed was very comfy. The only issue we had was that there are very bright Spot lights outside the bedroom window. We had to cover them so they didn’t bother us at night too much. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

Nice little spot in a great location !

This place was cute, clean, the towels were softer than rental towels usually are, and the pillows were better too. The host has great communication, and we were very pleased with our stay we will definitely be back. The Carpenteria beach is lovely and quiet, and you can really walk everywhere , takes less than 10 minutes to walk from this place to the beach. We parked our car and didn't get back in it until it was time to leave. There's a drug store, liquor store, and pretty much all the little spots to eat in town are all right around the corner from this apartment. And then if you want, you can Uber to Santa Barbara for some more oceanic restaurants that are open a little later for less than $20 too! We will definitely be returning

6 Nights in Carpinteria

Pluses - Cleanliness was immaculate compared to other VRBOs - Very well maintained with minimal signs of wear and tear - Super comfy soft bed and pillows - Thick luxury towels - High flow rainfall shower head - Kitchen well appointed with high end pots and pans like new - 5 minute walk to many restaurants and breweries. Had terrific food everywhere. Minuses - The online listing could be clearer. There are 4 apartments at this property and the pictures appear to be a mixture from all of them, so you wont get exactly what you see. We were in Unit D on the 2nd floor while A,B&C are all ground floor. There is a view from the 2nd floor, but there is no balcony or direct access to the courtyard. You have to go out to the street and walk around the back of the building. The courtyard is very narrow and set up with lounge chairs directly in front of units A,B&C so even though its a shared courtyard you feel like you are intruding on the personal space of the people staying in these units. We felt restricted to sitting at the common dining table anytime we went to the courtyard. - Would have expected beach towels and beach chairs to be provided. This is a beach town, right? - Most of the windows in unit D can't be easily opened as they have California shutters that are blocked from opening. - Carpinteria beach does have naturally occurring oil deposits washing ashore so you need to watch out where you are walking. The smallest drop of tar will stick to your foot and only come off with mineral or baby oil. - There is highway noise if you open the windows at night.

Studio C was perfect for my wife & me. Super clean and with the right amenities. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in. Would highly recommend staying here. Very close to restaurants & shopping. When we go back to Carpinteria

It had a incredible time in CarpinterĂ­a we loved it as usually but only our second time of staying in town. Watermark was absolutely a beautiful place to stay totally enjoyed our stay there. It was inviting and clean throughout with all amenities needed to make our trip away from home feel like home! We plan to stay there again.

A little off the beaten track but only 10 minute walk to a great beach and ocean. The apartment is modern and has everything for short stay. Has all amenities. We would certainly stay here again if in the area.
