We loved our weekend getaway at this cozy suite. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store was a huge plus. The best part was stargazing on the private patio:-) Thank you for a wonderful stay!
This place was perfect for me and my pup. He loved running around the fenced in yard and chilling on the deck with me. Unit is near the main road and provides easy access to the hikes and restaurants I wanted to visit. Unit is clean and provides everything you need for a short stay.
This was a cute little guest house located near everything we wanted to visit in sedona we enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the sunset. Very nice quiet community. Will definitely return
The Host has thought of almost everything in this space. I was quite comfortable here after hot days spent hiking. The only thing I missed was a full length mirror and a place to charge a regular USB device as I forgot a brick. She does have outlets she phone charging. I could have easily stayed here longer. The host's communication was excellent and super speedy when I had a question. There were people in the other attached rental and I did not hear them for the most part.
Host was unreachable.. waited for 2 hours past check in time to get a response from anyone.
Worst experience. The only positive thing about it was I was refunded my money less than 24 hours after my complaint. Driving 4 hours on a holiday weekend to sit outside of a property where the host can't be reached and you were not provided check in information 24 hours prior is absolutely ridiculous.
The property is nice, but the access to the room is difficult, uneven terrain and stairs. The key only worked after a lot wiggling and I was unable to lock the door when leaving. There is no view, but lovely tall trees. I had to leave early because of health problems due to the altitude of Sedona.
Communication with the owner was difficult, at the end non existant.
We loved being in a neighborhood and away from the crowds in Sedona. Perfect amount of space for two people. The deck allows for plenty of outdoor space perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Great location to access plenty of hiking trails and the Peace Park. We loved the double shower. Nice treat after a long day of hiking.
The location was great. Close to 89 and half a mile from the The Sugarloaf trail. Nice quiet neighborhood. However, the Bedroom was small with ratty carpet. Strange layout with a huge upgraded bathroom, yet kitchen was basically in a closet with no sick. One of the bathroom sinks was supposedly to wash dishes but faucet was broke and leaked. Bed was somewhat comfortable, I like there were a firm and smoshie pillow. On top of the cleaning fee we had to pay $25 per dog per day, even though they donât come clean every day. The rules say wipe you dogs paws and your feet, yet to get to the room, you have to walk on a dirt path., which made it very difficult to try and clean dogs paws esp since it rained. I would also suggest the host maybe contact customers maybe a couple of days ahead with checkin instructions.
Property is located at the end of a quiet dead end street, behind and attached to main house. The walls are thin so sound transmits. Could be a problem for a light sleeper(I'm a light sleeper, so I heard some faint snoring and early morning phone calls coming through the wall, while my wife slept blissfully). The kitchenette and bathroom were fully stocked. A little awkward due to lack of countertop space, but we made it all work just fine. The double shower was excellent. We enjoyed eating on the small, private deck. You share heat with the main house, but the hostess promptly addressed the situation when the house guests unlocked the thermostat and turned off the heat. The main room is a bit tight for space, dominated by the bed. There's a small wood table and two wood dining chairs to sit on, so if you want to get comfortable after a day of hiking the bed is it. We didn't notice til after booking that there was an additional $20/night charge for the spouse / 2nd person. First time I have seen this. Overall, I would recommend if your on a budget.
I am originally from Brazil and recently moved to Sedona with my husband. We are music producers working with vacation rentals.
