Petit coin tranquille proche de Sedona trĂšs cosy propre avec jardinet privatif et jacuzzi !! Super je vous conseille cet endroit .

Overall‱All in all, it was relaxing. The jacuzzi felt amazing, and the dogs had a great time! A nice stay for guests who don’t need a workspace or full kitchen access. Room & Layout‱this apartment is a primary bedroom with attached private bathroom‱There are two doors that lead to the main house:‱ One next to the bed, covered with a sheet/fabric pinned to the door frame (IDK if there’s a door knob in that or not)‱ One in the bathroom with a lock but no knob(Unusual setup, but it still felt private overall)‱A heads up: some details in the listing could be clarified (like the absence of a desk and no on-site laundry) 🧺 Amenities & Practicalities‱Laundry isn’t on-site; it’s located down the street‱Limited kitchen access — only coffee and simple items like toast, bagels, or an English muffin could be made‱We ended up washing dishes in the bathroom sink‱We wouldn’t return only because the room isn’t set up for remote work. My husband is a QA engineer for the 911 software, so a proper desk and chair are crucial, and that wasn’t available plus there wasn’t the room needed to set that up. Neighborhood & Outdoors‱Peaceful, quiet neighborhood that feels very safe‱No real view from the bedroom, but great for dog walks‱Beautiful backyard with a jacuzzi and huge rosemary plants that smell amazing Accessibility Note‱Wheelchair accessibility may require assistance‱Not fully independent access, but the hosts seem very willing to help

Clean property and super quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what we were looking for. The spa was hot, clean and private. The room was small but that didn't matter because we were spending most of our time outdoors. The only downside was i thought there was a kitchen but there was not. You do have a toaster oven and fridge though. The bed and TV could use updating but it was perfect for us and for that price. We would stay again.

The host was inattentive to my request for a heater that didn’t work. I called, texted, and vrbo message at 430p 10-16 when I arrived about the heater not working and again at 1030p. It was to be 50 degrees in there the next morning. I complained to VRBO and they got me out of there and canceled the reservation. The host called me at 7am the next mroning 10-17-25telling me she got the heater to work by changing outlets. Too late!

Some suggestions: microwave better than toaster, location TV in front of the bed, not by the side of the bed; it is hard to sit on bed to watch TV, it is 2 people staying, it is good, provide an extra folded chair instead of just 1 chair, 1 more wine glass instead of 1, update password correctly, the park location is not a dog park, it's a park

Private quiet getaway in sedona

Our host was very helpful and nice. We were in a lovely neighborhood near downtown Sedona. Helpful Hints: Our accommodation needed a kitchen, cigarette smoke entered through the vents, and the bathroom door was missing, and our room was part of the host's home. *The description of what's available needs to be clearer.

Perfect for us

Lovely & comfy. The garden patio was private and quiet. We enjoyed a nightly dip in the hot tub and morning coffee listening to the birds. We were very comfortable and it met all of our needs. Great location! Close to stores and restaurants.

A nice place

The property is very nice, very well appointed and maintained, the area is beautiful and convenient, very close to the main street and restaurants and stores. I mostly liked and rented this property because of the outdoor area, which is very nice and well maintained too. The description of this property is pretty accurate. Bed is very comfortable and kitchenette area is very neat. Lots of electrical outlets and good wireless connectivity. Many interesting books and magazines were a great source of information and inspiration. But in my opinion it’s mainly suitable for young people who will not be in for long periods and less bothered by staying in someone else’s home. As other guests have previously mentioned the noises coming from the owners house are too loud. It seemed that they didn’t make an effort to accommodate the guests and try to control noises. Smells too were quite overpowering I was attracted by the serenity and peace that it seemed to offer but in many instances it was not what I experienced. Still I felt it was a great base to explore beautiful Sedona.

As described, very peaceful & private.

The property was very clean inside & out. Very quiet neighborhood. I loved being able to have my dog with us & not have to take him out online every time he wanted to go for a walk. I spoke directly to the owner twice. She was friendly & polite. In fact, THE ONLY problem I had was the sliding door did not lock. The mechanism would not engage. We used a cane to block it while we slept. That aside, I would cetainly stay at Peaceful & Private again.

Would not recommend

The ad unfortunately does not match. Peaceful sleep isn’t happening since you can hear the owner on online calls at 4am - swearing and yelling. Secondly, the place is clean however whatever the owner smokes in her own home filters into the bedroom and even with the door open it doesn’t go away. I contacted the owner and she told me to stop having a pity party, which I thought was an interesting response. I didn’t find her very accommodating

Disappointed

There was confusion on the lock on the gate. one message said it was a key lock and all the other messages said it was a combination lock. The add made it sound like it was a self-standing room when it is just a room attached to their house. one night we could hear arguing coming from the main house and doors slamming a couple of times making my partner very uneasy and we almost left that night.
