Welcome to Sedona! This Cozy Studio Cottage is all NEW and private. It is in a quiet, yet centrally located neighborhood in West Sedona. You will be in close distance to shops and spas, restaurants, movie theater and hiking trails. All furniture and appliances are new! Rest up in comfort and feel rejuvenated when you go back home!
NOTE: Please be aware of the policies and rules of my cottage. No animals allowed due to allergies. No smoking or vaping allowed in the premises in addition to inside the cottage.
There is also camera surveillance outside the cottage and premises for safety precautions. Thank you.
The space:
The 300 square foot studio has all new appliances and furniture and all the comforts of being on vacation! The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove top and a microwave oven. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a variety of breakfast bars available.
Note: The kitchen is suitable for simple meals, not gourmet cooking. Please do not cook fish or any other foods that produce pungent or lasting odors!
The queen size bed has a gel memory foam mattress and an additional comfort top!
Guest access:
This is a studio cottage that is totally separate from my home. It is completely private. You have one free parking space on the right side of the studio. The entrance is to the left side of studio. Key is placed in a lock box.
Other things to note:
It is very quiet and dark at night. Sedona is a "Dark Sky Community". You are welcome to walk in my private back yard and use the patio chairs to see the beautiful stars at night!

One night in Sedona

My husband and I visited Sedona for the first time on a week long trip to hit many locations in Arizona. We will definitely be back to Sedona. The location of this stay is perfectly private, safe, and easy to find.

2 night stay in Sedona

We enjoyed our stay. It was well stocked with breakfast bars, milk, oatmeal, pancake mjx coffees, teas etc. Small stove and utensils and dishes. . Well stocked in bathroom ..towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoos. Sitting area with Direct Bed is comfortable. Location is very convenient to resturants etc. Quiet neighborhood. Would revommend and i would return if in Sedona agsin.

Short stay

My wife and I only stayed one night, but the unit was clean and comfortable. Location was good - we walked to breakfast the next day and it was a short drive into the downtown area.

Cute Little Cottage

My husband and I spent four nights at Ivonne's cottage. The property was just as pictured in the listing. The neighborhood is tranquil and close to restaurants, stores, and shops. The space was very open and comfortable. Ivonne had little extras like breakfast bars, water, and chocolate. We would stay here again!

Perfect stay for my Solo Trip

This cozy cottage is just as advertised! The host is friendly, communicates quickly & it's conveniently located! This cottage was a perfect spot & I liked the added touches: coffee set up, little chocolates in a bowl, literature for Sedona site seeing, on site parking & privacy. I spent 3 nights here & enjoyed the tidy home. The only thing I would have appreciated was a bedside reading lamp. Otherwise, my vacation to Sedona was enhanced by staying is such a cute property :)

Perfect Location and Stay for an Adult

I had a wonderful stay at this cottage in West Sedona. It was close to coffee shops, restaurants, shops. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, and you could see SO MANY stars at night with the reduced light pollution. It was within 5-15 minutes of the most popular and sought after hiking trails in the area, including the Birthing Cave, Devil's Bridge, Boynton Canyon, and Subway Cave. Check-in and check-out were easy with clear instructions. I met the owner briefly and she was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The small kitchen was useful for preparing simple meals to save on cost and time. It had everything I needed-highly recommend!

Lighting issues

It was obvious this property owner did her best to provide a comfortable well supplied space.The difficulty checking in is a result of my not having proficiency using a cell phone.It was almost impossible to communicate with VRBO or the owner without one. The heating unit though very quiet has a bright light that lit up the room at night. There was no night table with a lamp but there was a night light lamp (?)that was difficult to reach to shut off. The owner lives about 7 feet from the VRBO entrance and her lights affected the space, I could notsleep there but am very sensitive to light and sound. I would not go back again and left a night early.

Mini Honeymoon

The cottage has a nice and cozy atmosphere for a little get away to enjoy the scenery of Sedona. Amenities were great. Along with the brochures of things to do and see. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great Two Nights in Sedona

The cottage was a perfect spot for us to stay for a couple of nights in Sedona. In a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to plenty of places to eat. We were able to quickly access all of the hiking trails we were looking forward to exploring.

A Comfortable Place

My husband and I were there for two nights. We walked to the Redwall Distillery the first night. This is in a nice neighborhood. Our only suggestion would be to have a couple of chairs right behind the cabin,in the backyard, so that guests wouldn’t feel like they were encroaching on the host’ porch. A very nice, comfortable place. We loved it.

Tucked Away Little Gem

Cute little place in a quiet West Sedona neighborhood just 10 minutes from Sedona shops and eateries. Apartment size refrigerator a plus. I really enjoyed the shower after a day of sightseeing. Check out the list of amenities. Parking is next to your unit. Take time to check out West Sedona. There is a variety of restaurants to choose from whole Safeway and Whole Foods available to bring back to your unit. Ivonne is a great host.

I have lived in the Sedona community for over 24 years and still cannot believe that this is my home! I work as a ED registered nurse in the local hospital and love and appreciate serving my community. Previous to Sedona, I lived and worked in New York City in the corporate world. This challenging experience has led me to repurpose my life's passion and meaning; hence moving to Sedona!
I love the simple things life has to offer, hiking or walking and enjoying the nature that surrounds me. However, I do love culture and art, and wine! One of my many passions is dancing. I used to teach salsa/meringue and cha cha. Every once in a while I venture in teaching and dancing and enjoy the comforts of social life.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The studio cottage is charming and efficient. It is suited for one or two persons that are active outdoors and then sleep in a very comfortable bed watching the smart TV or listening to music or white noise. It is a very quiet neighborhood yet close to hiking trails and stores.
