Mark's place was the perfect location for our week in Annapolis! Walking distance to everything we love in Annapolis- great restaurants, downtown, and the Naval Academy. So great having a place to park too ;)
We stay in Annapolis often and love this Eastport location. This is a perfect house for a couple - and had everything we needed. Host was great to work with.
Thoroughly enjoy our stay. The home is an easy walk to Eastport and downtown Annapolis shopping, restaurants, and fun. The home is spotless and welcoming. Looking forward to staying there again.
We had a great time staying at this house. It is in a great location with plenty of amenities. Our experience communicating with the owner was fantastic as well.
Stayed here for five nights. Property is clean, comfortable, and is in an excellent location as we could walk anywhere in the downtown Annapolis/Eastport area. Mark was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!
Our stay was wonderful. The house was well fitted out with the necessities. The location was great. Our landlord was very helpful. All in all, a great trip.
We enjoyed the property, location and owner. The house is very clean and perfectly located in Eastport.
The house did not have a hair dryer but the owner said to buy one and he would reimburse us for the purchase- that was really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
Great quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all of Annapolisâ sights, restaurants and the Naval Academy. The house has beautiful wood flooring and well decorated. Host Mark was an excellent communicator and responsive to our requests.
Small but mighty Eastport house, super convenient to all thing Annapolis. Clean, equipped, comfortable. Mark is great at all things communication. Stay hereâŠ.just not on the dates that I need it!
We enjoyed our stay at this property in Annapolis. It was a convenient walk to downtown and several great restaurants in Eastport. The house was impeccable, the beds and linens very comfortable, and the decor was beautiful. The host went out of his way to communicate restaurant ideas and other information to us and was pleasant to talk with. The owner has a locked section of the house on the back so there is no back door on the property for renters to use. We could access the backyard by going around the side of the house. The owner was not staying there during our visit and stayed at his other property. He did need to stop by while we were renting but communicated that via text so we would know when he would be on the property. The wine bar and bakery close to the house were lovely and the ease of parking in the roomy driveway was wonderful!
This lovely home in Eastport is very close to historical Annapolis. It was a short walk across the 6th Street bridge, and we enjoyed being a little removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. There was also a driveway to park, and we realized that was important once we started to try and park in the historic district! The house itself was spotless! The kitchen is very well equipped and quite big for the size of the house. The living room furniture was comfy and looked new. Best of all, the beds were extremely comfortable! After a day of touring and walking, that was much appreciated. Mark (owner) was really helpful and called before our stay and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The only caution is the shower is in a high sided claw foot bathtub, so it may be a challenge for someone who has mobility issues. We would definitely stay again! Check out the Boatyard Bar and Grill just down the street.
We had a great stay here in Annapolis. The property is PERFECTLY situated for exploring the area and the local community is friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evening amd talking to those walking by. The home is walking distance to nearly everything!
This property is in a perfect location; close enough to downtown Annapolis but far enough away to be out of the crowds. The neighborhood has several convenient, delicious restaurants near by so we avoided the boat crowd and the Navy football crowd. The front porch is delightful and so fun to sit in the sun and great all the neighbors that walk by. Everyone was very friendly. We had a great time.
Loved our stay in East Port. The bungalow was clean, very well appointed, and extremely comfortable. Walking distance to everything - a 5-minute walk to the circle with pubs, restaurants, and USNA gate 1 - yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood.
I bought this home for seasonal and weekend enjoyment for myself and others. I still spend time at my nursery property in Lothian but I have come to call 802 Bay Ridge my home. It is so convenient to everything, once I settle in the car stays parked in my driveway until I head to the country home for work and some pleasure!
You are in a very central and eclectic location, nestled among the locals, with walking access to everything when you stay at 802! You will feel welcome and safe; like you are in a second home that is comfortable and cozy.....
