NichĂ© dans le Cape Cod National Seashore, profiter de cette isolĂ©e appartement de style chalet; seulement 0. 2 (deux dixiĂšmes) d'un mile de Coast Guard Beach. Un autre mile au nord le long d'Ocean View Drive, vous trouverez Nauset Light, et les trois sƓurs Phares. A European Copper Tree Beach vous accueille dans notre maison et offre de l'ombre sur une journĂ©e chaude. Un mur de roche rose couverte donne un sentiment de Cape Cod il ya tant d'annĂ©es. Vous pourrez vous promener Ă  la plage, faire des randonnĂ©es, balades Ă  vĂ©lo, ou aventures en kayak Ă  proximitĂ©. L'intĂ©rieur de l'appartement dispose d'un salon avec un style ancien, poĂȘle en fonte pour hors saison chaleur. Trois grandes fenĂȘtres donne un effet spacieux ouvert. Il y a basique Antenna TV avec des chaĂźnes limitĂ©es. La cuisine est complĂštement fonctionnel et a une nouvelle cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz et un nouveau sur le poĂȘle micro-ondes. Il ya aussi une table et chaises de cuisine. La salle de bain au premier Ă©tage comprend une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse empilables. Deux petites chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage, chacune a un lit double / grand format. Il n'y a pas d'air conditionnĂ© mais les fans sont fournis dans chaque chambre, et le plus souvent, il ya une brise de terre fraĂźche et beaucoup d'ombre. Il ya un petit patio avec un barbecue au gaz, et un petit pont, plutĂŽt privĂ©e qui comprend une douche extĂ©rieure. TrĂšs Ă  proximitĂ© est une piste cyclable qui mĂšne au sel Centre Ă©tang Visiteurs juste un mile de la route. Ici, on peut trouver des ressources naturelles et de l'information, ainsi que canot organisĂ©e ou aventures en kayak (en saison), et une grande petite boutique de souvenirs. Options dans un mile ou deux sont trop nombreuses pour les Ă©numĂ©rer; mais quelques-uns sont: un club d'athlĂ©tisme, Drive In ThĂ©Ăątre, CinĂ©ma, sanctuaires de la faune, cĂ©lĂšbre Cape Cod MarchĂ© aux puces, Golf, tennis et plus encore. The cottage has everything you could possibly want to make an enjoyable visit! Beautiful, newly done, eat in kitchen, comfy beds, large living room and TV. There’s even a washer, dryer. It’s very quiet and peaceful unless you stop and listen to the sound of the ocean waves. The beach is just an easy walk down the road. What a fun beach for swimming or just flow with the waves. On the beach you can walk for miles and miles and see that every wave is different and magical! The hostess, Suzie, makes me smile! She’ll do whatever she can to make your stay complete! We love Cape Cod and ‘Walk to Coast Guard Beach’ is the place to enjoy it from!

Immaculate little slice of heaven within walking/biking distance to Coast Guard Beach. I know other reviews have mentioned it, but the outside shower was definitely a bonus. The overall location is perfect for a quick trip up to P-town or down to Hyannis! The hosts were definitely the best ever and we plan to return.

We absolutely adored our stay at this charming cottage in Eastham! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cottage itself is incredibly cute and thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was also exceptionally well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to beach towels – they truly thought of everything!What truly made our stay fabulous were the hosts. They were genuinely the nicest people, incredibly welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Their hospitality made a significant difference and added so much to our vacation.The location is unbeatable! We loved being just a few minutes' walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. Plus, being so close to the bike paths was a huge bonus for exploring the beautiful surroundings.We highly, highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fantastic and memorable stay in Eastham. We can't wait to come back!

Equidistant to cape cod beaches—ponds. National seashore. And all bay beaches in eastham. Quiet. There are stairs and bath on first floor. BUT wonderful outdoor shower.

Great little place in Eastham...

The guest house was great--private and peaceful and had all the amenities I needed. The location was a quick walk to Coast Guard Beach which allowed me to get to the beach in just a couple of minutes any time of day which was really convenient--no parking hassles or shuttle needed.Suzie was a great host and offered to help with anything I might need.

Perfection!

Everything was perfect! Coming in from the beach on a fall afternoon and into the coziness of this apartment was so comforting! Not to mention the homemade pumpkin bread that created us on arrival. The apartment was in pristine condition and decorated beautifully. Suzie is the sweetest! We will definitely be back!

Beach retreat

My husband, daughter and I loved our time at this well equipped, immaculate little cottage nestled in the woods. Suzanne and her husband were kind and unobtrusive hosts. We loved the easy walk to Coast Guard beach and the convenience of the nearby bike trail. And the outdoor shower ( the most well designed I’ve experienced) was a refreshing treat after our adventures. We’d love to stay again!

Cozy week by the beach

My family had a lovely stay at this very comfortable property. Suzie was very easy to communicate with and responsive. The property was clean and just what we wanted. Short walk to Coast Guard Beach (note: bring good bug spray!). Thoughtful touches on items I wouldn't think to bring (like sugar, trash bags)

I Found Heaven

If you love to walk for miles on empty beaches, listen for birds, bicycle for miles and miles on bike trails, and have total privacy, including an outdoor shower in a wide open sky, this place is for you. Literally a 5 minute walk to the ocean, which you can roar at night if the wind is in the right direction. The place could not be more comfortable, the kitchen has superb pans and good knives. The outside deck is perfect for meals and reading. As another person said who stayed here: I will be back! Thanks to Suzanne and Dan who clearly love their little peace of heaven.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for the weekend and wished we could've stayed longer! The apartment is cute, comfortable and perfectly appointed. The location can't be beat as it is minutes away from Coast Guard beach, the bike path and the Salt Pond Visitor center. The bike path provided a beautiful walking route. We were able to head out for dinner with ease and plenty of options. The hostess, Suzie, was available and kind. We highly recommend this rental.

A cozy retreat

Suzie's place (and Suzie!) is remarkable -- this home is in an ideal location for exploring the Cape, within walking distance to the Atlantic, yet quiet and secluded. This rental is very comfortable, well-appointed and simply delightful (we loved the gas fireplace stove!) Our host made us feel most welcome and recommended good restaurants in the area. We liked this property so much, we booked our next year's stay before we even left!

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a much needed fall getaway to Cape Cod and stayed at Suzie’s lovely cottage just minutes from Coast Guard Beach (Mid Cape). The place was adorable, warm and cozy. Situated on a beautiful lot off the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. The property had a nice private deck and outdoor shower as well as a cute patio for grilling. Inside the place was spotless and you could see all the attention to detail Suzie put into decorating. My husband enjoyed early morning walks to the beach in about 5-10 minutes. Suzie was a wonderful and warm host who greeted us when we arrived and took care of our every need. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect space and location!!

Suzie and Dan have created a lovely home in a perfect location along the National Seashore Beach. It is minutes from Nauset and Coast Guard beaches, tucked away and quiet but also centrally located just moments from the main road and everything the Cape has to offer. The home is small, and attached to the owner’s home. It is impeccably clean and very well appointed, with anything you might want or need for a weekend or a week. A beautiful outdoor shower, washer dryer set, updated kitchen - it’s just lovely! But what is even MORE lovely? SUZIE - she is just wonderful. We went down for a girls’ weekend, and ended up there during a storm. She sent us SO many options of things to do and see, as well as dropped off a cribbage board and took a pic of us! She just wanted us to have a great stay, and made every effort to make that happen, from answering questions when I was booking, to being available anytime we needed anything (which we didn’t, because she already thought of everything!) THANK YOU Suzie and Dan!!

Great location!

Suzie was wonderful--friendly, accommodating and helpful. The house was located VERY close to the National Seashore and the Cape Cod bike trail. We appreciated how peaceful the yard was and we liked having a washer & dryer.

Perfect location

Our stay at Suzi's place was perfect. Central Cape location was easy to get to everywhere. It was nice to be able to walk to Coast Guard Beach. The apartment was the perfect size and had everything we needed. Thank you.

Private apartment in great location

Great location walkable to Coast Guard Beach. Property is set back from the road, so very quiet. Easy drive to other Outer Cape locations like PTown, Truro, and WellFleet. Suzi and her family were very welcoming and attentive but also gave us plenty of space. Overall a great stay.

Proche de la beach!

Agreable sejour. Suzanne a été facilitante, aidante pour l'acces a la maison, pour les activites, restos. Les photos sont representatives de la maison. De celle ci , nous avons acces a la plage coast guard a pied , a moins de 7 min et la cape cod bike trail a moins de 2 min en velo. Adorable sejour. Merci Suzanne !

Great place! Walking distance to coast guard beach

We spent a week here with our 2.5yr old and this place was so perfect for us. Suzie is a wonderful host and so helpful with suggestions for anyone visiting the area. We really enjoyed our week here. We took full advantage of Coast guard beach which is a short walk away and nauset light beach was a nice evening visit at just a mile or so down the road. Suzie suggested Skaket beach which was a total gem at low tide and sunset. We highly recommend this to anyone seeking a peaceful stay close to the ocean and manageable distance to chatham and provincetown

Lovely attached unit close to the beach

Cozy, mini-apartment attached to the host's house on a well-planted property just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Kitchen is newly renovated and well-equipped. Seating areas on back deck and by the grill. Easy walk to the beach or lighthouse; slightly longer walk to Cape Code seashore trails. Perfect for a quiet weekend of hiking, beaching and reading. Suzi is a delightful hostess, eager to make sure all is working, but also respectful of your desired level of privacy.

quiet, and close to everything

Located set back from the road, this property was very quiet (day and night), but still very close to activities, restaurants, and one of the best beaches in the Cape. My wife, and 3 year old daughter really had a great time. The owners were friendly and available if needed, but certainly weren't overbearing. This is one of the better rentals we've had over the years. We never stay in the same place twice, but we may make an exception for this property. Highly recommended.

My husband, Daniel and I moved into this home in 1996. Prior to us it was in the family since the early 1970's when my brother, a sea captain bought this home and brought it back to life. We raised our 3 sons here, and tried to make it a friendly, welcoming, peaceful place to visit.
