"SOMBRERO HEAVEN" ~ Tout neuf, concepteur décoré et parfaitement aménagé, 4 chambres (1 lit king-size et 3 reines), villa avec piscine privée chauffée et 3 salles de bain avec quartier situé face à la mer et balcon situé au deuxième étage donnant sur une piscine privée et un canal! Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances parfaites aux clés ~ comprenant 2 vélos, des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, un parasol de plage, des jouets de plage, des nouilles pour la piscine, des jeux de société pour enfants, un sac à dos, une chaise haute!

"Sombrero Heaven" Villa est situé à MM50 sur l'île de Marathon. La villa est de nouvelle construction (décembre 2016) et offre une piscine en front de canal, une terrasse ombragée, un quai éclairé privé, une échelle de quai et des cordes, une station de nettoyage du poisson, un parking couvert et une salle pour votre remorque! Une plage de quartier en front de mer est à quelques minutes en voiture ou à 10 minutes à pied! Avec son littoral décor de sensation et tous ses équipements, la villa est l'île Vivre à son meilleur!

~ Embarquez sur votre bateau depuis votre quai privé pour une journée de pêche, de plongée en apnée, de plongée et de bateau ~ à quelques minutes des eaux libres et à quelques milles nautiques du récif!
~ Cuisinez votre prise dans la cuisine de luxe entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit ou sur le gril à gaz au bord de la piscine! Station de nettoyage du poisson sur le quai!
~ Le poisson de votre quai privé!

Le spacieux et confortable salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, un canapé-lit et salle à manger! La chambre principale dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain en suite avec deux lavabos et lit King size. Les 3 autres chambres ont toutes confortables lits Queen spacieux! Il y a une laveuse et sécheuse à l'étage principal, dans le coin cuisine. Nous avons également un parking couvert et une salle pour votre remorque de bateau! Beaucoup de stationnement supplémentaire pour les voitures supplémentaires!

Nos collections de produits de bain sont la collection Lavish d’eco sciences. Elle contient de l’huile de baobab au parfum rafraîchissant d’eucalyptus et un savon pour le corps à l’avoine et à l’eucalyptus. Nous avons également des chaises de plage et des serviettes de plage à votre disposition! Maid service tout au long de votre séjour est disponible moyennant des frais supplémentaires. Fantastic Keys Vacation.

Extremely nice and well equipped home. It's very close to everything; including the beach, restaurants, fishing, snorkeling, and just about anything you would want to do in the Keys! Highly recommend this home.

The rental was as listed, plus lots of extras that make a vacation easy: stocked spice cabinet, beach chairs, floats, etc. The management company was easy and quick to communicate with. Excellent property central to everything in the Keys.

Great location. Close to the grocery store, beaches, & local attractions.

The villa was nicely furnished & centrally located to Key West & Key Largo. There was plenty of room for our family of 8, & our grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. All in all, it was a great week spent making family memories!!

Will definitely come again!

I would completely recommend this property for the entire family young and old! The property is clean, the pool and dock are amazing! Everything you need for an amazing vacation and centrally located to all the stores and activities you need. We would definitely use this property again.

Wonderful Place To Stay

We had a wonderful time! It was very close to snorkeling, scuba diving, the beach, Key West, and any other attraction we wanted to go to. The pool was fantastic. It was the perfect place for us to all come together at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend!!!

Marathon with boat dock

Perfect vacation. Clean and great to have pool and Dock for boating and snorkeling! Just a bit far in canals but well worth it! Duplex well equipped but could use beach towels, we had to purchase some for our stay !

Beautiful Property

Everything was just as listed! We had an awesome time. Walked to Sombrero beach. Beautiful sunsets from the private pool and balcony. Rode bikes and close to grocery and all the great places to eat. Will be back next year

Good Vibes

This property was better than the pictures. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The best part was the nice cold, salt water pool. It was wonderful to come back from a hot day fishing and snorkeling on the boat and jump in the pool. Great location close to beach and groceries.

This house was GREAT! It had plenty of space for all of us and was very comfortable and clean! After a long day on the water it was great to cool off in the pool. Also, very conveniently located to publix, kmart, gas stations and the boat ramp. We couldn't have gotten a better location!

Clean, gorgeous, and fully stocked with ocean access

Best rental our family has ever stayed in! Great location, clean, gorgeous, and fully stocked. Every vacation rental should be cared for like this one is. There is pride in ownership here and I really appreciate that. This vacation rental felt like home to us. From the high chair to the silverware, to the decor, beach towels, and bedding. It's super comfortable and high quality. We loved this house!

All the comforts of home with a pool!

Great home for a family vacation. We had our 1 and 5 yr old grandchildren with us as well as our own kids! The keys have family things to do but also allows you to enjoy the home you rented with a private pool. Comfortable bedding - full kitchen, nice upstairs deck to overlook the canal and pool. Great selection water/sand toys provided the the kids. We enjoyed Pigeon Key, Robbies, theater of the Sea, Turtle hospital, a day trip to Key West and a day at sombrero beach right down the street. Meridith was wonderful to communicate with! This home was all we expected amd more.

Great house. Just as pictured.

The house is just as pictured. Super clean! We had plenty of room and loved having a space to dock the boat we rented. There’s ample space for parking 4 vehicles plus a trailer. My girls loved the pool toys that came with the house. The pool was the perfect size! Upon our arrival the pool was 95 degrees. It felt like a hot tub! We contacted the property manager and she sent over someone to chill the pool for us. He was there within an hour or so. He was very nice and helpful and showed us how to control the pool chiller if we wanted to make it a little cooler on our stay. He also aired up the bike tires while there. I will say, it cost us an extra $145 to have the pool chilled while we were there! I feel like that is something that should be done automatically before check in, being in south Florida. I found it a very steep price that we had to pay extra based on what we already paid for the house. We had no choice but to pay because there was no way we could have enjoyed the pool with the temperature it was upon arrival. I also want to warn any future guest about the biting gnats! They were awful in the mornings and evenings. They ate my girls up! There may be nothing that can done to control this, but future guests should bring bug spray! It might be a good idea for the property manager to set out some Off candles or tiki torches that repel bugs in the future. However, that would not hinder my decision to book this property again! It is a great property!

Lovely Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a little over a week in early May 2025. The location is great - very close to Sombrero Beach and amenities (side note: I recommend Publix over Winn Dixie). We also liked being in Marathon; there are tons of restaurants to pick from and it is easy to visit other Keys as well. This property was cute, very clean, and well equipped. Only downsides: (1) the property manager convinced me to pay to heat the pool before we got there and there was no need. We asked to have it turned off a couple of days in and even then the pool was more like a hot tub. Maybe earlier in the year it would have made more sense. (2) I received so many separate emails about this booking that it wasn’t until we were driving in that I realized I hadn’t received the code to access the house. I requested and received the code promptly, but it seemed like the priority was on limiting the owner’s liability and expense (pool heating) rather than the experience of the guest. (3) My husband and I like to have the TV on for background noise, so we noticed right away that the cable packages aren’t uniform between TVs and some are very limited, so there were channels we could watch in the living room that we couldn’t watch in the bedroom. I also never figured out how to stream in the bedroom and the living room TV has a blue streak (the panel is going out). Not a big deal - who goes on vacation to watch TV? - but something to be aware of, especially if traveling with kids.

Great bachelor week with friends

Our group stayed here for a bachelor party in the keys. It was the perfect spot for home base in the middle keys, everything was super clean when we arrived, AC was cold, plenty of fridge and freezer space and nice comfortable beds. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to work with, she accommodated every request I had and got back to me within minutes if I had a question. I would highly recommend this property to any group interested in a stay in the keys.

Born and raised in Canada, Marc and Nathalie moved to the USA with their two young children in 1996. After a quick stay in Seattle, the family moved to south Florida in 1998 for Marc’s work and this became their new home. The family fell in love with the Florida Keys while vacationing and had a dream to own a home in Marathon. Marc loves fishing and golfing while Nathalie enjoys spending time at the beach or by the pool.

Now that the kids are grown up, we have decided to share our home to others so you can enjoy all of what the Florida Keys have to offer. Perfect weather, beaches, great food, golf, water activities and fishing make the Florida Keys the perfect spot for the whole family.

We hope you will enjoy our little piece of “heaven” as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We loved the fact that this property is brand new with a great coastal design, four bedrooms and all the updated features offered in a custom build! We think Marathon is a great location because we are not too far from the main land, but also close enough to Key West for an easy day trip! The grocery store, great restaurants and everything else we need is so convenient, too!

This property is unique not only because it is brand new, has FOUR bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, but is also has a neighborhood beach AND a pool! We also love the porch that overlooks the pool and canal, as well as the patio area downstairs! This Villa truly has everything!!!
