Bienvenue à Meadow House Condo # 66! Aura 6 PASSEURS SHARC POUR 2020 !!! Pas de Sharc 2019.
Ce condo magnifiquement mis à jour, un niveau a des vues de chaque fenêtre et climatisation!
Ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.
La cuisine est équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et de grandes armoires en bois modernisées avec comptoirs en tuiles et dosserets pour plaire au chef. La cuisine s'ouvre sur la salle à manger. Il y a des sièges pour 6 personnes sur la magnifique table à manger en bois "live edge" et 2 autres sont disponibles au comptoir du bar. La salle à manger donne sur le salon, avec de grandes fenêtres et un accès au patio fermé avec barbecue en acier inoxydable. Le salon est complété par un canapé-lit futon complet et une table basse live edge.
Le salon a un nouveau mobilier, une télévision à écran plat et un foyer au gaz en pierre avec démarrage à distance
Le salon dispose également de grandes fenêtres donnant accès à un patio avec des chaises Adirondack, parfait pour observer les étoiles, observer la vie sauvage et se détendre avec style!
La salle de bain commune complète avec belle douche carrelée est juste à l'extérieur de la chambre de la reine.
La chambre Queen est également fournie avec un lit superposé et une télévision à écran plat.
Au bout du couloir, il y a une grande buanderie avec des armoires de rangement et un comptoir.
Vous serez enchanté par la spacieuse suite King Master dotée d'un grand espace de rangement, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une vue imprenable. La chambre principale a également accès à la pelouse extérieure qui donne sur le parcours de golf. La salle de bains attenante a des plans de travail généreux, des armoires encastrées et une belle douche carrelée.

Sunriver Vacation

Nice stay...have been to Bend a number of times for lacrosse. First time to Sunriver...nice vacation. The outdoor deck was great in the evening.

Great vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and in Sunriver more generally… very well located house, close to the bike path to the village, SHARC, nature center, etc. We also enjoyed relaxing in the house—lots of spaces to sit and read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or chat/hang out with friends.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great time at this condo. The kitchen has everything, the beds were comfy, the bikes worked great and the location is excellent. You are right off circle 3 and the view of the trees and golf course is ideal. The property was clean and well maintained for its age. We had a great time.

Overall, the house is large, comfortable, and suitable for all needs. The reason I give it 4 stars vs 5 stars is for two reasons. There is no hot tub on the property; it is listed, but is actually 1 mile away at SCARC as is the pool, fitness center and other amenities.. The second reason is the bed needs to be updated and is sagging in the middle on both sides.

Summer get away

nice place to stay. Small but well-stocked kitchen. Roomy family area to relax in. Bikes were great to ride around on. Walking distance to the village. One negative was that the owner's bed-king size-was saggy and a little uncomfortable.

66 Medow House

66 Medow House is an end unit which is really nice. Backyard has view of golf course not other units. A.C. was a blessing. We were very needy and the management co. was very patient and friendly. Would strongly recommend.

Thank You for staying with Sunset Lodging in Sunriver! Unfortunately Sharc was still closed due to COVID-19 so their pools and Hot Tub were not available. They are slated to re-open with limited capacity starting on June 25th, during Phase 2 of re-opening in Oregon! Hopefully we will see you in Sunriver again when things are all back up and running as usual!!!

Nice condo in Sunriver

Condo had a nice layout, more spacious than expected. The A/C wasn't working, which would've been nice to have since it was smoky out and we couldn't open the windows every night... but the property manager did communicate with us, and offer fans for our stay. Close to the bike/running path by the golf course, and a short bike ride to get to the mountain bike trailhead, and bridge to put in paddle boards. Would definitely stay there again.

Sunriver looks “tired” needs attention!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Meadow House #66 is a comfortable vacation rental. There were a few things that need addressed. I have a pretty sensitive smeller and I noticed a “pillow smell” in the primary bedroom. We replaced the batteries in the Heat& Glow Remote and under the chair cushions in the living room were potato chips and some other snacks. Kind of gross!

Dirty Blankets, Broken Down Mattress... But the Location was Excellent!

Pros: - The location was great - The condo was spacious - SHARC passes were included Cons: Master Bedroom - Just looking at the bed from a distance you could see the MAJOR dips in each side... like 5" dips! It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. - There were several long and short hairs on the sheets and the fleece blanket seemed to not have been washed. Gross! We had to strip down the bed and use spare blankets.

Great experience

We had a great time at the Meadow House #66. It is very clean and spacious. I had a specifically rented it for the bicycles, but when we went to ride them there was only one of seven we could ride. Someone had loosened all of the handle bars so they would not stay in place and all the baskets are broken. I called management and they came immediately and fixed the bicycles. It just took a few minutes and we were on our way. I was very impressed. If they left a tool to do the adjusting my husband would have done it too. The beds are very firm except the bunkbeds, but everything appeared to be new and was in excellent condition. It is a great location, right on the golf course. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A little disappointed

Address for house is incorrect. Address for check in office is also incorrect. No hot tub but it was listed as an amenity. Electrical outlets on kitchen counter did not work on second day. ( yes we did try the breaker box) also lights in kitchen and dining area kept going on and off.. Check out time is 10:00 from the main office not from the house so give yourself some extra time Good location and house was set up nicely. And clean..

We do send out multiple forms of correspondence with the check in information. We did find only one discrepancy on the newly launched app, in which in one area of the app, the address for our office had been transposed by the development team. That issue has since been corrected. The Meadow House Condos are in two different locations in Sunriver and the listed address is the correct one. We have scoured our descriptions, verifying that everything is as stated and could not find that amenity listing. Please note that our staff is available 24/7 and if there was an issue with the lights and or electrical we would gladly be able to dispatch someone immediately. We also appreciate when given the opportunity to do so during your stay. We will have any issued evaluated by our team. Check out time is at 10, to allow housekeeping ample time to clean the unit. The key does not have to be back a the office at 10. We hope you enjoyed beautiful Sunriver.

The beds were super comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested throughout our vacation. The AC was a lifesaver with the intense heat and a bit of smoke in the area, keeping us cool and comfortable.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meal prep a breeze. The bikes in the garage were a huge bonus—we loved taking sunset rides and cycling into the Village for Goody's ice cream. The large master bedroom and bath, along with the multiple beds in the second bedroom, made the house feel extra roomy for us.We especially enjoyed the deck with its beautiful views of the golf course—it was the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee and a good book in the mornings. We even spotted some wildlife, including a momma deer with her babies, which was a delightful experience.During our stay, we took advantage of the SHARC passes and explored Cultus Lake and Hosmer Lake, making the most of our time in the area. Overall, it was a successful vacation and one of the best rentals we've stayed at since we began coming to Sunriver every summer over the last few years. Highly recommend!

Nice for one stay

I’m a big fan of Meadow Houses, and looked forward to renting this one. Finding it turned out to be interesting. First the location of Sunset Lodging (to pick up the keys) on Apple Maps was completely different from where it actually is, and then the location of the condo as indicated on the VRBO and Sunset Lodging maps was also deceiving—rather than being in the loop where it’s indicated and where I had hoped it was, the unit is at the very end of the road that comes out from that loop, fronting onto Abbott Drive near Circle #3. Surrounded by conifers, it is a bit dark (and the canister lighting is unbelievably dim), and at the point we were there (late June), the pollen was terrible—a thick yellow coat on our car, the porch furniture, etc., each morning. I existed on Zyrtec the whole time. Aside from those things, this is a nice-sized unit for our family, and the kitchen was well-appointed for the cooking we wanted to do. We loved sitting out on the deck (after thoroughly wiping down the furniture each night) and watching the golfers as we ate dinner. Four of the six bikes were functional. The master bed mattress has seen better days—there is a deep canyon for each person, which, if you don’t move much while you sleep, is not as bad as it could be, but not great. While we would not rent this unit again, it is a nice enough place.

Meadow House 66

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Meadow House 66 and we have already reserved another visit! The house was very clean and the amount of light in the house was very nice - not too dark. The decor is great for relaxing. The living room could use some footrests with the seating. The TV's are way too small to view across a large living room. We could not get the TV remotes to select an app or channel, so not sure why. We could have used a laminated step-by-step guide as to how to get to cable - we tried everything on both TV remotes and even tried googling how to use the remote so my husband was unhappy about that. The porch had not been cleaned for a long, long time and prior renters had smeared ice cream all over the tables and left it; so it was gross. We loved working with Sunset Lodging employees! They were so helpful with all of our needs! :) We give them ten stars!!

Excellent Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental condo, even nicer than pictured. Plenty of space. Extremely clean. Fantastic location. Came with all the amenities listed online, including extra bikes and SHARC passes.
