Situé sur le bloc océanique de Maryland Avenue et à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de Rehoboth Avenue, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes de tous les restaurants, de la promenade et des magasins. Équipé d'un canapé-lit queen ainsi que d'un canapé-lit double, cet appareil peut facilement accueillir trois adultes ou deux adultes et deux enfants. À seulement 400 pieds carrés, vous serez étonné de l'espace dont vous disposez pour vous asseoir et vous détendre pendant la journée et compter vos zzz la nuit. La cuisine a un réfrigérateur et un petit congélateur, un grand four, un micro-ondes vous offrant suffisamment de polyvalence si vous voulez préparer vos propres repas pendant vos vacances. vous pouvez facilement. L'unité comprend un espace de stationnement attribué afin que vous puissiez vous garer sur place. Only a few minutes walk to the boardwalk.

This is a no frills property but prefect for a qet away. Awesome location. Pull out couch was fine. Apartment was clean. It is not a 5 star, but would stay there again.

Goood for two days

Nice but could not stay there for more than 2days. Not enough room for my fam but the location was amazing. If I were a newly wed or single. Best place ever.

Perfect for a Small Family Vacation

We stayed for 3 days for a family vacation. It was a great value for the size, location, and quality. The location is right in the heart of North Rehoboth Beach close to restaurants, shops, and the beach/boardwalk. The listing was exactly as described. It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach with two young kids. It was just enough space for two adults and our 5-year old and 2-year old. Air conditioning worked great for a very hot weekend. The owner was great to work with and check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend this property and owner!

Awesome proximity

If you are looking for an affordable place that has amazing access to all Rehoboth has to offer then this is your place. I must have scanned the info too quick, I didn't realize that it is common practice to not offer linens, but new to me. The only other quibble was the hide-a-bed has seen better days. But for the price, easy access, nice smart tv, solid wifi, strong AC, and a decently equipped kitchen - this is a great space.

Responsive host

There was a misunderstanding about the cleaning schedule but as soon as I notified the Host they immediately got someone out and gave me a price reduction for my trouble. I always say that you have a greater opportunity to make an impression when something goes wrong and that certainly happened here. The place was perfectly located and comfortable. It was a three minute walk to my favorite coffee shop (Cafe Go Go) and the same to the boardwalk. Damage refund was given in a timely manner. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again when in the area.

The property was as promised. Weak batteries made door entry and tv use initially difficult; owner resolved promptly.

Perfect for our needs

We wanted a place convenient to the boardwalk and this definitely fit the bill! The place was as advertised. There is both a drip and a Keurig-type coffee makers. Take a mattress topper as the pull out mattress is on the thin side; compared to what we are used to sleeping on.

Great Little Place

Perfect location, I'm grateful I read the reviews before going as someone said the bed wasn't good so we brought a mattress topper, thank God we did that the bed was not so great! The only thing off about the description was it said drip coffee so that what we brought but it was a k-cup, otherwise it was perfect! We will go back!!!!

Perfect for a Quick Getaway

This is the second time I have stayed here, and I enjoyed the stay. The location is really just a block away from the beach and the downtown shops and restaurants. This is a great place for a solo trip, and it fits the description of the ad. I hope to return soon!

Perfect location with off street parking close to beach!

Great little spot steps away from the beach and everything else! Not super fancy but perfect for the price! Blankets and sheets are not included but we brought our own! Also, we brought our own padded mattress covers which was a great help as the pull outs were super thin!! Also bring a couple of folding chairs for the table as there is no seating when the beds are set up! Otherwise, it was clean and met our needs for this trip!

As soon as we saw this property we knew we wanted it. We are a family of four and knew that our kids would love walking to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk plus who are we kidding, we knew we would enjoy it as there are so many incredible restaurants downtown that is great for a date night! We wanted to share the joy of Rehoboth Beach and by renting our property we can do just that.
