Nice stay for wedding weekend

We enjoyed our weekend in Pigeon Forge for a friend’s wedding. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Great communication from the property manager throughout the stay. Would recommend the company to anyone looking to book in the area.

Creek side getaway

This was a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood within 15 minutes of The Island in Pigeon Forge. We will be back. Just to note, bring cookware because there were no skillets or big pans for cooking, just 2 little ones. And no seasonings were left, I guess because of COVID.

Hillbilly Hilton Pigeon Forge TN

I would stay again, but they need to do some things. The carpet is off white and has stains all over. It needs to be cleaned or replaced. There is only a couch and a hard wood chair in the den. As for housekeeping, the air conditioner door and vent are covered in dirt and dust. Very unhealthy for breathing. The upstairs window screens in bedroom need replacing. One has a big hole. The other is bent and not attached at the bottom.

Dirty dirty!

Property itself, along with the management team were terrible. If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This property was absolutely dirty. Food left on dishes, oven mitts and towels. There was dust everywhere, crayon marks all over the walls, mold throughout the property, smelled, used q-tips on the floors. When contacting the property we had to jump through hoops to get an answer about moving properties. We ended up having to stay in a hotel and pay twice as much. It took us over a month to get refunded from this company and that is with us calling every other day. Do not stay here!!!

We were planning on staying a week with them but upon arrival and unloading our things we saw a roach well we said let’s give it a shot anyways, we went to bed that night and about an hour after the lights were out the roaches were coming from everywhere. One actually fell from the ceiling on to my face while I was laying in bed. I contacted the property at 7:30 the next morning which was a holiday (July 4th) and was told someone would handle this on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and we have already packed our things in the car and we decide to leave bc we haven’t heard from anyone. We go home 5 days early and our vacation was ruined. I call the office and they refuse to refund the cleaning fee, and other things including the 2 nights we were there living in pure hell. There was a pile of dirt in the bedroom floor it was awful! We will NEVER book with these people again and I highly recommend you don’t either.

Nice cozy getaway

We really enjoyed our stay , had really nice weather during our stay ... Cabin was nice and good location to everything ... Overall experience with booking agency and everything went really smooth .. Would use them again to book with and stay at same cabin again in the future

Great Family Time

Our family enjoyed gathering at Hillbilly Hilton. We had a concern with the seating in the living area, but Colonial Properties addressed it with an acceptable option.

Will NOT be returning

My husband and I stayed here for our vacation/ honeymoon. I have traveled my entire life and he worked on the road for 3 years, so we are both stayed in a lot of VRBO's. This house was far from what we expected. For starters, the house was not what it appeared in the pictures. The couch was different, and had not yet been updated with the pictures. It was a leather LOVE SEAT. If we would have been with a family there wouldn't have been room for everyone in the living room. The walls were beyond in need of paint. The carpets were stained everywhere. The shower/bath in the master didn't have cocking around the edges and was dirty. The bathroom in the other main level bedroom had something growing on the top of the mirror. Appeared to be mold. The mattress was so warn that you could feel the springs. The bedding was also very warn and thin. The creek in the back, is shared with a trailer/camper park. The only positive I have of this is that the check- in and out process was easy and the hot tub was amazing. I have pictures of the house that I will upload when I figure it out.

Jeep invasion stay

Was I not satisfied with condition of cabin. Yes it was clean but there were several issues. Three of the four chairs on back porche the backs were broken almost fell backwards. The tv’s didn’t work The handle for storm door fell off had to put back together A section of base board was missing with nail sticking out A/C quit working one night. Shower curtain torn All those things didn’t hurt our stay but I expected better

Nice Stay

This offered a nice location. The cleaning crew was not finished by check in time, which because of Covid I would understand; however, they had all their kids (many under the age of 5) running around which is why I think they may have been delayed. I also think they could of did a better job-there was no clean smell-a bit of the opposite. But it was livable for the short time we were there. The location is great for everything we wanted to do! Beware there is no internet! And it would be nice if there was a bathroom upstairs. Overall I gave it 5 stars because honestly in the area it was a nice location and we enjoyed the pool table and hot tub!

Great location ,peaceful and relaxing

Great location close enough to pigeon forge but far enough away to get out of the crowds . Only 10 mins from the island and main drag of pie from forge. Was very pleased with house , very spacious and ac was amazing after long hot days.

Weekend getaway

The place was great for a weekend getaway for us. It is just like the advertisement that was featured. My favorite part is the roaring river it sounds just like the beach when you walk onto the back porch. The reservation was simple and easy and emails were sent often. I would recommend to this to my family and friends. 😀
