great view of ocean, but could not see sunrise. Televisions did not work except in living room. I never received a response from a sent text about tvs. Could not go barefoot in bedrooms, carpets need a cleaning.

I’m sorry the bedroom TVs didn’t work and that your text went unanswered — that should not happen. We’ll have maintenance check bedroom TVs, remotes, inputs/streaming devices, and update guest instructions as needed. Also sorry about the carpet — housekeeping will deep‑clean the carpets and evaluate whether further action is needed. You definitely need to pay for an extra parking spot if you have more than 1 vehicle. I had messaged the host and he told me they allow 2 parking spaces but came back to tell me it was 60 for each additional parking space in the garage! Refrigerator froze all my vegetables and ruined them! We couldn’t find the settings to adjust the temperature!No oven mitts!No grilling spatula!Mattress didn’t fit the bed frame in Master Bedroom!

I’ll update our listing and pre‑arrival messages so that information is accurate. I’m sorry the refrigerator froze your vegetables and the controls weren’t obvious. I’ll have maintenance check the fridge and we’ll add simple temperature instructions to the house manual. We’ll also add oven mitts and a grilling spatula and review the kitchen inventory to prevent missing items. Sorry the mattress didn’t fit the master bed frame — I’ll have maintenance inspect and resolve that so future guests don’t have the same issue. Check in was a breeze and the elevators worked just fine! The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Perfect location to walk to the hang out, do some shopping and walk back along the beach if wanted. Beautiful and just like the pictures!

Great stay

Elevators need a lot of work. The staff and security were all super nice and the condo was nice. Great view and we loved the kids pool.

Rooms were very nice but the master bedroom was freezing cold and only one small blanket was provide

The condo came with 3 hide away beds but no sheets or blankets for them. Again the master bedroom we had to leave the balcony door open just so we didn’t freeze. Other than that the layout was beautiful and we had a wonderful time.

When we got there the whole place smelled like raw fish. The previous people that stayed there must have had raw fish sitting in the fridge so the whole time we were there is reeked of fish even after the cleaners came to clean out the fridge.

awesmome location!

great place to stay! 17 floors up was a beautiful view but definitely not a good floor if heights are an issue. Pans for eggs were a little worn, but other than that great amenities.

Went for a quick family girls trip and it was a comfortable place to stay.

This property accommodated us 5 women comfortably. Property management was very responsive. Some of the furniture was a little older and worn but still a great stay. Beds were very comfortable and no complaints there from any of us.

Super easy great views

The only issue I had was with the elevator was really slow a couple of times and the neighbor below loved to sit on the balcony smoking making it hard to enjoy the view from the balcony but overall great property and super easy check in and check out and some of the best views I’ve ever seen especially at sunrise and sunset

Beautiful condo with ocean view!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Prompt and thorough communication with the host, beautifully decorated, the cleanliness of the property being 10/10, close proximity to the beach, and sitting outside on the spacious balcony, relaxing and listening to the waves of the ocean are reasons that we recommend this property and will more than likely be back! 💚

Pleasant stay.

We had a great stay. We did discover the bed was broken in the master bedroom. We passed that info on. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on but we stayed busy with the beach and pool. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

Long Beach weekend

My husband and I, along with our three young adult kids, met for a long weekend on the beach. The condo is comfortable and clean. Everything you need. Beautiful view, and a high floor so the beach noise from the people below does not reach you. Just waves, birds and some road noise. We will definitely stay here again.
