Welcome to Sanibel 501, a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps 9. The living room is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a large balcony, offering stunning views and a perfect space for relaxation. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space, ideal for meals and gatherings, with easy access to the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, ensuring ample space for all guests. The third bedroom is perfect for families or kids, with one set of twin-over-full bunk bed. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

2024 Beach Vacation

This property was awesome! The location was perfect. Our family absolutely loved it. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the photo stated that one couch converted to a queen size bed but neither couch converted. I do wish that there was a pantry but overall it was perfect!

Cozy house with a great view!

We booked the Surfcaster house because of its location right on the beach. We were blown away by the beautiful views but also the charm of the house! We spent our mornings and evenings relaxing on the deck with the ocean view. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect location and views!

The location of this home can’t be beat! Close enough to run to grab food or shop in just a few minutes but far enough from the high rise condos to avoid the crowds. The deck being partially covered was perfect and very spacious. Very close to the water so was able to sit on the deck and watch the kids play on the beach. Home is one of the older beach homes I have stayed in and the cleanliness left a little to be desired but spending the majority of the time outside anyway, the location and deck were more than enough to make up for this. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

Such a great house!

We love coming to the Surfcaster- the location is fantastic, the beach is beautiful, and the house is super cute. It is definitely on the older side, but that’s not been a problem for us.

Awesome Place!

Very clean and well decorated. Looks just like the pictures. Great location. Management was very responsive to messages. They had beach chairs available for use, but laying out on the sundeck felt like you were right on the beach so we didn't even use beach chairs. I would defiantly stay here again.

Thanksgiving stay

We enjoyed our vacation. The property was as depicted on the site. My biggest issue was that we paid for a beachfront vacation, but were not notified that they would be working on the beach 24/7 with large dozers and workers pretty much the whole time we were there. The dozers beeped incessantly. We were not allowed to be on the beach and had to go down to the public beach. The house shook constantly from the work, and the work lights shone in the house all night. It would have been nice to have been notified that this was a possibility before not being able to sleep for days and not being able to be on the beach. Our first beach vacation in 8 years, and we couldn't enjoy it due to maintenance being performed on the beach.

Perfect Everything

This is the second time we’ve rented this house and we absolutely love it! We will be renting again for our next beach trip. The owners are fantastic. Checked on us and made sure everything was good. The house is the perfect location, not just for right on the beach but close to everything you need. We love that half the deck is covered and the other half isn’t. The beds are super comfortable. And, the house is the perfect size for the family to be close but can spread out.

It was exactly what we were hoping it would be!

Pros: - So close to the beach - some places are on the beach but the walk from the house to water is a bit long. Not here! It’s just over the sand dune. - There were beach chairs and sand toys available under the house which we didn’t know about when we booked, so it was an pleasant unexpected surprise. The beach chairs were perfect on the beach. - It had a very comfortable and home-y feel. The place isn’t overly big, but we had 8 adults and we never felt crowded and everyone had their own space. - 2 full bathrooms - The porch! It’s very big, with half of it covered and the other half uncovered. So you could chose whether or not you wanted to be in the sun while all still being together - Kitchen was well-stocked with pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. Cons (not really cons, but rather FYI’s): - We had some trouble unlocking the door when we first got there. Instructions would have been helpful. However, we made a quick call which was promptly answered and we were in. - With 8 adults, the one bedroom with bunk beds was less than ideal, but would be perfect for kids. - Location is perfect for the quietness but we needed to drive if we wanted to go anywhere. Town and stores were a few miles away. We would absolutely stay here again!

We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores for the last 5 years and we found this little house tucked away while staying our first year here. It is a great location if you like it more on the quiet side. It is the perfect home for a family or 2. We have shared this home with my brothers family every year we have stayed here. We love that it’s right on the beach and perfect place for us. We plan on to continue to book this place as long as we can! Thank you Gulf2Beach for the perfect “Best Kept Secret”!!! The house is just like what you see in the photos, it was the perfect location for us not to far from BAHAMA Bobs which is one our favorite places. It is a short drive to all places. The place was well maintained and kept. Management is very kind and helpful. You text and they are quick to respond!

Beach within reach

The house was very clean. The weather didn’t cooperate the best, but we could still enjoy watching and hearing the waves under the covered patio. The windows could use an update. As it grew dark we ended up with a few flying insects in the house and no clue how they got in other than the windows not being the best. We were more secluded and enjoyed the beach not being overly crowded on this end. We would likely stay here again.

April 2023 Stay

My husband and I wanted a cozy place to stay right on the beach and this was just perfect for us. Our favorite thing was the porch as we spent hours in the rocking chairs looking at the ocean and allowing all our stressors to fall away. We really appreciated the comfort and the location of the home and are already looking for a time to go back.

Comfortable Beach Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a larger family, we have a hard time finding an independent space for our crew to play hard and rest well while on vacation. This cottage is beautiful. It's clearly older but well loved. Bedrooms are small but comfortable for sleeping. Hearing the ocean at night from the front bedrooms was peaceful. The kitchen/dining/living space is very open and accommodating for larger families. The deck being partially covered was an excellent retreat from the beautiful sun when needed. Beach was clean and close. The only problem we encountered was not being able to get the smart TV to stream any movies... which we only tried 1 night. Also, the neighbors to our west were very loud and did not have good boundaries and were often on our beach. Maybe a more clear delineation of property lines would help? We will certainly be back though as this suited our family well.
