Une belle location du lac Norman, située à Denver NC. Apportez votre propre bateau, ou location de bateaux / Lac Norman disponible à la marina locale. La maison a 1 roi, 2 reines et un lit superposé complet. Le pont supérieur a une vue magnifique sur le lac avec un porche grillagé. La maison dispose d'une salle familiale surdimensionnée avec une table de billard, des poutres en bois artisanales de luxe. Imaginez votre famille se rassembler autour du canapé surdimensionné pour une soirée de jeu ultime. La maison est remplie de jeux de société pour rassembler votre famille pour quelques nuits de stratégie et de rire. Entrez dans la cuisine et elle est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un repas gastronomique. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un téléviseur 42 pouces. Property was just as described. We were nine people - three generations. The house was spacious and everyone had their own space. Kitchen well equipped. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. Wi-Fi great. Only downside was the weather. It rained six of the seven days and we had rented a boat for the week.

Great times!

We had a great time at this property. We stayed here for my brother's wedding. We fished, played pool, and just relaxed. We couldnt have picked a better place to stay. Plenty of room and nicely appointed. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Well-appointed house right on the lake. The large room upstairs was perfect for the whole group to watch movies and the kids loved their own space downstairs.

Absolutely loved it. House is absolutely beautiful, and equipped with everything you could possibly need!! Brandon and Eileen were super helpful with all of our questions. We had a large group and there was more than enough space! Check in and check out was easy!!

Enjoyable spot

Grill is Blackstone flat top on a propane tank, but was full. Firewood is provided. The bunk beds are not in a separate room, theyre in the bottom section right next to the kitchen. This is a duplex turned into a single unit and has lots of space. You pretty much don't need to bring anything except a can opener. There is a hunge number of tvs all over. Most of the guests had reception issues, but wifi in the house seemed to work good so just turn on Wi-Fi calls. Also, the dominos near there is super good. Food lion and abc up the street.

Great Family Stay

We had a great family visit. Everything we could have possibly needed was there- from an extension cord to a pack and play to a full kitchen upstairs and downstairs! Note to property manager- you should update the listing that you also have a pack and play AND beach towels are provided there. That was not information that was available to us, but would have been helpful!

VRBO on the lake

Our group went 9 deep. Plenty of room in this spacious home. Easy access to restaurants from car or boat. Just 25-30 minutes from CLT airport. Rapid response from management team via text. Will definitely revisit property in the near future

Great stay with our large family

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our large family gathering. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed kayaking and spending time near the water. Just a few minor maintenance issues that make my rating 4/5.

Wedding week stay!

My whole family was able to stay here during the week of my wedding and it was such a beautiful space to all be together. We loved that the upstairs and downstairs felt like 2 completely different homes which offered multiple spaces for people to hang out. The property is huge and multiple people kept saying this was the best place they’ve ever stayed in! Looking forward to coming back again.

Relaxing lake house

This home has everything: space for everyone, full stocked kitchens, tubes, kayaks, life preservers. We just hung on the decks or covered porch. I don’t believe we turned on a tv, we didn’t need it. Went to local brewery and to a concert. We enjoyed every moment !!!

50th birthday

The house was great and accommodated 5 couples well. Kitchen was stocked for cooking and everything we needed to grill out and sit by the fire pit at night. The online guide was helpful in renting a boat for the weekend. Checkin and checkout was very easy. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay on Lake Norman.

We had a great time! My only shock was there is not a wall in the bunk room. It’s open to a kitchen. There is a curtain. Weird. The owner and manager both worked quick when we had an issue. If you have issues with hips or knees, keep looking. Yard gets steep towards house and inside stairs are very steep. Very small dock.

Perfect property for large family or multi family

This house has everything you need for a wonderful lake vacation! It feels like two houses in one with a full kitchen and family room area in both the upstairs and downstairs section. The screened-in porch is a huge plus! Double balcony/deck areas provide the perfect location for family fun and relaxation. The amenities are perfect. By boat, we were close to fun sandbar locations and only 20 min beautiful boat ride to some of our favorite lake boat access restaurants!! We also enjoyed floating on rafts in the quiet inlet. Thanks for sharing your property with our family.

Great Fun on Lake Norman

Amazing house. Very spacious inside & out--upper and lower decks were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Great times swimming in the lake from the dock--thankfully there were plenty of noodles and life jackets for extended floating. Close to shopping but the neighborhood was very quiet. Outstanding time!

A Great Family Getaway!

We had a fabulous family vacation at this large, beautiful home. There were 5 nicely-sized bedrooms, and the 6th bedroom is behind a curtain in the downstairs kitchen
. there was plenty of space for 10 adults and a 5-month old. The location is very good and the dock area is very quiet. That being said, because it is at the very end, the water is somewhat dirty and not really swimmable. We had a boat, so it was easy to go just around the corner to find clean water for cooling off. We all enjoyed the kayaks, dock fishing and lake life! The large decks are terrific for gathering. (PS - one of the neighbors demands total silence at 10 pm, so be prepared to take the fun indoors even when the fire is still burning if your gang talks above a whisper). The kitchens are adequately equipped for cooking in for large groups, and we found a couple of places nearby with great food and fun! Royal Bliss Brewery has great food and drinks, and it’s very family friendly. We had a fabulous family gathering! Lots of good times and laughs, and Lake Life Paradise lends itself well to large groups that require accommodations for couples, friends, families, etc. we had a very mixed crowd, and we were all comfortable. It could be a 5-star with a little more TLC. I agree with anyone who suggested some type of door between the upstairs master bedroom and bath. Given the cleaning fees and insurance vs security deposit, I’d suggest some touch-ups to the interior every week or two. I realize it’s a rental, yet I’ve seen it done! The hole in the deck outside and the outdoor fan/light hanging by its last breath could be a hazard. The lawn wasn’t mown the entire time we were there, and it made it tough to do anything on the grass. All in all, I’d recommend this place over and over again!

Beautiful & Spacious House in quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful week staying at this house for our yearly vacation with three families! The house is very spacious with lots of places to gather together and/or get some quiet time if you want to. Having the two kitchens and living areas came in very handy for those in our group who were working at times during the week. The house is extremely well stocked! The owner has thought of everything and we were able to cook almost all our meals in comfortably. I would say that renting a boat was the best choice because the swimming is much better out on the lake and we had a blast! The owner gave us a great suggestion where to rent and they delivered and picked up the boat from the dock. We would 100% recommend this house!!! Thanks for a great stay!!!
