Explorez le 3bd / 2 moderne et spacieux. Maison de 5 bains située dans les cloîtres à Myrtle-wood. Cette charmante maison de 2100 pieds carrés a de l'élégance, avec des caractéristiques impressionnantes comme du parquet, un plafond de plateau dans la chambre principale, plusieurs téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble et un accès Internet WiFi gratuit.

Ouvrez la salle de séjour avec cuisine entièrement équipée et une demi-salle de bain en bas des escaliers. Appareils et chaises de bar en acier inoxydable pour une assise supplémentaire. En bas, il y a un canapé-lit pour 2 personnes avec une télévision à écran plat. De plus en bas il y a le garage pour 2 voitures

Great location with plenty of space

The host was great and it was a great property with easy access to most things around Myrtle Beach. The interior could use a bit of upkeep and some of the linens had stains on them, but overall a nice experience.

The location was ideal, close to Boardwalk, Broadway on The Beach. The space was ideal for our family. It was nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood! Quite a bit of dog hair left behind.

Great house!

We stayed for several weeks and were very comfortable the whole time. This house is close to everything, is spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were kind and helpful! Other reviewers mentioned the parking situation - I was able to park my q5 in the garage but it really is a tight fit. I folded the mirrors in and got in and out just fine though.

Great location and home for a week at the beach

We don’t mind staying a mile off the beach to have a whole home to enjoy for a week. This is a great value.

Family trip

Family of six…four adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of room for all of us. Owners were very easy to get ahold of and even offered up suggestions for us prior to our stay.

Not as Pictures

First there is Zero parking, if your vehicle does not fit in garage, don’t stay here. Next water issues on ceiling and in walls, very dusty and dirty, needs cleaning or coat of paint, couch arm broken off and good thing I did not need third bedroom, it had no power, lamps , outlets did not work, Towels provided had holes in them that were handing on broken towel racks. Had we not had a puppy the reason we chose this spot( paying over 250.00 more) it was not worth it. It is also very congested are , load and you can hear people taking out side , super thin walls. Best of Luck

First time ever renting a house and loved it. Due to this pandemic it was a safer environment more secure. The house was very nice and located close to all activities. This will not be the last time had a very nice experience. Thanks!

Great Bargain

Very happy with our experience here. Some nice extras for ease, remote control lights, cable and Netflix with nice size screens in each room. Comfortable to stay in. Owner very responsive with the few issues we had, and had great recommendations for food options.

Location was good for our purposes. Beautiful Home.

My one and only complaint is the cleaning. With such a steep cleaning fee on this property, I expected the house to be spotless. There were dishes in the sink when we arrived and a towel on the floor in front of the washer. Later we also found a cookie wrapper in the master closet. I wish there had been a welcome book left with the home explaining the wifi password and where the garage door openers were. Parking is limited so you'll definitely want to use the garage. Part of the garage is a seating area so you can't park there. My suggestion would be if you have more than one car in your group to tell the owner in advance so that they can clear it out so the whole garage can be used for parking. Most of the time we were there the garage was our only option to park as guests in other houses were using the parking on either side of the house and there is no street parking. We really loved being able to keep the garage door opener in the car, once we found it, and not have to leave the car until it was pulled into the garage, it really elevated our stay since it was cold and rainy. Overall we loved the house and the location however if we were tourists going to be at the beach I would not pick this property. It's too far to walk to the beach so you would have to drive and fight to find parking everyday. Since we weren't going to the beach at all we really liked the location because it was very fast to get to wherever we needed to go.

Great Location. Minutes away from everything!

We were offered this property after there were some plumbing problems with our original rental. What a lovely place! It is reasonably new, and does not have that "too many people have stayed here" feel. My kids loved their beds. They said they were too comfy and they wanted to sleep in every day. The location is the big selling point here. You are about eight minutes from the beach (Make a right out of the development and keep driving until you hit the water) We parked right at the beach entrance (there are about ten spots at the end of each road) We used the parking app which was awesome and easy. Just $2 an hour or $10 all day. It worked out really well, and we were only charged $3 when we stayed an hour and a half. That made us happy. You are also only about ten minutes from Broadway at the Beach (The Aquarium and Wonder Works and all the major shows) And maybe 15 minutes to Ripleys and Pirate Voyage. You are minutes from a Food Lion (Like, you could walk there) and fast food was super close, too. We could not be more happy about the location. It's right in the middle of everything. Drawbacks: Getting into the garage is very tough. It's tight. You are not supposed to park on the street, but people do. When they do, you cannot pull into your garage, because the streets are so narrow. This is a free standing house, which is GREAT, but these houses are squashed right on top of each other. I counted the steps between our house and the house behind, and it was exactly twenty feet between houses. So you have ten feet of backyard. If you look out your back window, you are looking right into the other house... which is okay, because there are plenty of blinds. It was just strange. The little backyard was flooded each day by the sprinklers as well, so you can't really use it for your doggies. HOWEVER right down the street (about a minute walk) is a long space of really great grass that everyone takes their dogs to. Just remember your poopie bags, because it is such a nice area, and most people perform responsible pup maintenance, keeping it nice and clean for everyone. My only real disappointment was a lack of a kitchen table for everyone to sit at. I also needed a table to set up a laptop for work, but all the tables were high - "stool-height" tables which are not amicable to working. We ended up using the bar stools around the counter for meals, and one or two sat at the high top table. We made it work... Oh! Holy air conditioning! Wow! A++
