Vous allez adorer en sirotant votre café sur notre projeté en terrasse arrière donnant sur le 13e trou du parcours de golf Pine Hills. villas Myrtlewood est une communauté de golf prestigieux qui dispose de plusieurs piscines extérieures et une piste de marche / vélo pavée. Notre lit 3, 2 condo de bain est très spacieuse et peut accueillir 9. Utilisez notre cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer vos repas préférés ou aller dans les nombreux restaurants à proximité. Laveuse et sécheuse unité intérieure. Planche et fer à repasser. Tous les conforts de la maison!

Notre condo est tout au sujet de l'emplacement! Nous sommes situés à environ 1. 5 miles à la plage et à 1 mile de Broadway à la plage. Situé juste en dehors des limites de la ville de myrte vous apprécierez les nuits calmes tout en étant assez proche pour profiter des nombreuses attractions que Myrtle a à offrir. Ceci est également le paradis des golfeurs avec la vue du terrain de golf et situés à proximité des nombreux terrains de golf que la région a à offrir.

Peu importe si vous êtes à la recherche pour des vacances en famille ou un voyage de golf, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Property was clean and spacious. Loved the screened in porch and watching the golfers. It was close to the beach and anything you needed, best of all it allowed dogs. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

This property is exactly as listed. We found it to be spotless and very comfortable for our family. The patio was a favorite spot! Sue is a great host and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location

We spent Spring Break at this beautiful property that looks exactly like the pics! In GREAT location! Unit is decorated so beautiful, beds, couches all so comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans, utensils everything you could need. 3bdrm ground floor Unit not easy to come by n it was perfect for my family!

Great Place

Our stay here was so relaxing! This condo had everything we could have hoped for—it was neat, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated; the grounds around the complex were great for walking our dog; We enjoyed the easy short drive to the beach. We definitely would stay here again.

Stayed for 3 weeks in February.

While we didn’t have swim weather we escaped the sub-zero weather in MN and NY! Condo is very nice and fit our needs very well. Location is easy access to activities, restaurants and Boardwalk area. We throughly enjoyed exploring Myrtle Beach and surrounding cities. We will be back!!

Golf~Beach~Pool~Relaxation

Our one week stay at the condo was very enjoyable. All aspects of this Myrtlewood spot worked well for us. I participated in the World Am, and as luck would have it I was assigned Myrtlewood (Pine Hills) one day. I passed right by our unit. It is perfectly positioned by the 13th green, so when not golfing, we could watch all the golfers hit their approach shots and putt out. Then there’s the proximity to the beach. Pretty much a straight path (1.5 miles) to the ocean and the least crowded part of the beach. If the pool is your thing, like it was for us everyday, the condo’s pool is located just a short distance from the back patio. Great way to spend the afternoon. The owner of this condo has it well stocked. Check-in and check out instructions are very clear, and easy. Their communication is excellent. I recommend this awesome golf/beach themed unit to golfers and non-golfers alike!

The best place

This is the second year that we stayed at Sue’s location. We thoroughly enjoyed being there. It’s very close to a lot of the attractions, beach and where my dad lives. I come down to Myrtle Beach every summer to visit with him. Sue is very accommodating. It has everything that we need especially all the beach toys and chairs comfortable seating and just really a blessed place for us to stay. Thank you so much Sue

Myrtle Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean and spacious. We loved the screened in porch and the first floor location. Our dogs love to sit on the porch and watch the golfers. The property is close to all MB activities. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Dever family vacation

We had an amazing time on our family vacation. The condo was beautiful. Check-in was super easy. We were even able to extend our stay because we were having a great time. Great location to the beach and other attractions and restaurants. My son in law also played the golf course. Highly recommended to stay here. I will be bookings with them again

Wonderful Myrtle Beach location!

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked for everything we needed for our month long stay. Our hosts, the Stums were attentive and helpful, always responded quickly to any request…. Location is convenient to everything, shopping, golf, restaurants and of course the beach! We are already booked for next year! Highly recommend 🌴☀️

Dirty!!!

The place was very dirty!! I brought extra blankets and sheets. Had to cover all furniture to sit down. Spent the first two hours cleaning just enough to make the stay bearable I had to wash the sheets in MB before using the bed. Loved the location but would never recommend this particular apartment.

With the love of golf and the beach this community and condo location was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We love the views and quiet community of Magnolia Pointe while being so close to the beautiful Grand Strand Beach! With plenty of restaurants and things to do there is always something for everyone!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The location! While so close to the beach and golf, our condo is also a prime location for Broadway at the Beach (1.5 miles away) as well as downtown Myrtle and the boardwalk. Our location also allows you to get to North Myrtle including Barefoot Landing and the surrounding attractions with ease.
