We loved this property. Very close to the attractions and smack dab on a lot with amazing views! We really enjoyed the fireplace and cabin thoroughly.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Itâs a perfect spot to unplug and enjoy the outdoors. Our young child enjoyed the opportunity to explore and we got to enjoy lots of wildlife right from the front porch
The house was beautiful and the setting was lovely. We spent several days with three adults, four kids, and two dogs. Everyone enjoyed the house and location!
The beds and furniture are on the older side and the lack of any curtains in the upstairs bedroom had all the kids rising with the sun. It was a beautiful place to spend a quiet morning, but some curtains would have been niceâŠ
I stayed with my family for a long weekend. My kids are 5 and 8 years old and I did not notice in the posting for this that the only bathroom for the whole house is on the main floor. The kids bedroom is upstairs with the loft/living room space so if your kids need to go to the restroom at night, they have to find their way down the stairs. Also the morning sun coming in the living room and loft windows created some early mornings for us. My kids were up moving around in the room upstairs and you can hear every footstep in the main bedroom downstairs. Other than this, the cabin was comfortable, grounds were beautiful, and it was a great base to explore the white mountain area.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Eaglet. The home is absolutely beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (even spices and some dry goods which is really helpful). The kids loved the ping pong table and foosball. It is SO peaceful! Nearby hiking was tremendous. Cort at the reality office couldn't have been more helpful. We miss Franconia Notch!!!
our second time staying here. We love the space and mature surrounding. Id most likely stay again due to the natural beauty that surrounds and the was access to the area. We loved the fireplace and house layout. One bathroom becomes an issue at times. The TV (although we didn't watch much, we wanted to watch a game at night is located upstairs in a strange location so we moved it down the the proper space. The furniture is really gross and old. We don't mid but most are grossly stained or broken and the couch in the lost is literally supported by wooden plans. The bed in the loft is placed where a toddler can only sleep, so we moved it a bit. I own 3 rentals on cape cod and it's only appropriate to provide your guest some basic furniture that is fairly comfy and clean. Old time charm is one things but these are terribly out dated and a disservice to people paying money. We brought our own sheets and blanket because I had stayed before and it was necessary. It's one thing to cut corners but these are simple fixes if the owner would put a few bucks into the place. All this being said location is great and we were mostly out. But comfort helps after a long day. One last thing, we spent tons of money on wood. It's best to provide a small amount of wood. The wood provided were basically a tree quartered up. Can't start a fire easily like that.
We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet log cabin in the woods. Note you are booked and handled by an intermediary agency, Vacassa, not working directly with the hosts.
This house had some of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. So uncomfortable that we left several days early. The warning on the fireplace saying that it leaked and that smoke would come in the house was a little alarming as well, especially when the power went out (unavoidable in a norâeaster) and the temps were quite low. The house is beautiful and one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, the views spectacular, and the game room was the favorite spot for my husband and children. Had we all been able to get comfortable sleep this would have been a great experience.
Me and my husband live this cabin, the location and view!! Also love the fact that it is very dog friendly! Rated 4 stars this time because the beautiful in home stone fireplace was out of order and that was not disclosed to us before renting / arriving. The fireplace to us is a huge part of our enjoyment so it was pretty disappointing to arrive to a broken damper. Also vacasa provided the incorrect lockbox code so I had to call to get the correct one and finally Wi-Fi was not working. After scouting around the house for 1 day we located the router in the basement connected to a non working power outlet. We reconnected it to a working outlet and network was activated. We still love this place and would recommend but a bit bumpy this last visit. Will def check if fireplace is working for our next visit.
My family had a great time at this place, very relaxing location. Just wished it had an additional 1/2 bath, TV downstairs & more electrical outlets but would definitely stay again.
Excellent kitchen with everything you need. Shower is great, water pressure is very good.Pool table very nice.Just looking at the construction of the house is awesome.Very private and secluded.
Perfect property for a relaxing vacation with our 3 young kids and dog. The house was clean and comfortable, with amazing views and privacy. Would highly recommend! Look forward to staying there again.
We had a wonderful time here from start to finish. It's a spacious and comfortable home located in the forest with a spectacular view of the nearby mountains. Clean and modern, full of character. Definitely a place to return to.
The property itself was wonderful. Just as described; very clean and very well appointed. The bonus was the beautiful views of the mountains.
The management company, Vacasa, was NOT responsive and tarnished the experience. They were virtually uncommunicative which was very frustrating.
My partner, in-laws, 2 dogs, and myself had a wonderful stay at the Eaglet Log Home. We were welcomed by an incredible view of some of the White Mountains finest peaks the day we drove up, and throughout the stay. No problem with directions or getting into the house. We used the kitchen to make breakfast (eggs, toast, coffee). All amenities we needed to cook and clean the dishes were provided. Wood was available for the fireplace a quick walk from the back door. One bathroom worked for our group of 4, no problem with hot water/toilet. The dogs had a blast in the secluded backyard, no neighbors in sight.
