Notes sur le stationnement: Les places de stationnement ne sont pas dédiées. Les places de parking ne sont pas dédiées. Garage de stationnement est sous le bâtiment. Les clients peuvent se garer n'importe où dans le garage. Une fois que les clients se sont enregistrés, ils devront afficher leur laissez-passer de stationnement à tout moment dans le garage. Il y a un maximum de 2 véhicules par unité. Pas de scooters, voiturettes de golf, mini véhicules à louer, bateaux ou remorques autorisés sur la propriété.

Spacious Beach Getaway

With a toddler and an infant, space for them to move around was important to us and this place has more than enough space. The balcony and the ease of getting to the beach were our favorite part. I would say though some cleaning products and a mop would have been nice.

Great Stay!

This is an amazing location, close enough to everything, but on a beautiful beach without the crowds. Large balcony, spacious condo, parking garage, & had security/safe. Even though the pool was under maintenance we had an amazing Girls Trip!

Unbeatable view, clean, and in good shape

This place has incredible views, it was amazing to sit at the kitchen table and see the ocean on two sides. The deck was nice and large, but the wind made it difficult to do anything other than sit and sip (we had hoped to eat out there or play cards). The place was clean, and the furniture was comfortable.

Beautiful setting and uncomfortable beds

This place needs new mattresses and bed pillows! Also your Direct TV only works on one of the four TV's in the place. The front load washing machine has black mold growing around the opening. There are only seven forks and four spoons in this poorly equipment kitchen and the non-stick finish on the cookware is heavily damaged. The "shower" in the main bath is in the 1980's style soaking tub and is dangerous getting in and out of. Front guest bath and guest bedroom leaked during a rain storm. Over the years we've stayed in a lot of nice condos on the beach but this was definitely not one of them!

Family vacation

The stay was great! Loved the big balcony! I think the condo needs a few small rugs to help with some of the sand. Also, noticed toliet in master bathroom seems to run water a lot, so I think there maybe a problem.

Celebration of Life

While attending our parent’s’ Celebration of Life is a solemn occasion, being with my family in one condo helped ease the pain. This condo was large enough to accommodate my two grown children, my daughter’s spouse, and my mother in law. The view of the beach was gorgeous, the location helped to minimize time spent in traffic, it was perfect! The beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, everything was in good working order. Our family all gave it five stars.

The room stayed hot our entire stay. The thermostat read 78 most of the time but felt a lot hotter. The manager said he would relocate us but it was at a totally different condo down the road where the bedrooms did not accommodate our family. They also waited half way through our stay to offer this. They did have the repair guys come out three times but it only got worse every time they came. One time we were completely without air for three hours. The directv never worked, the dryer quit, not enough towels so I requested more and they would never give them to us. Upon departure we were to take our bedding up and when we did we found blood and urine stains on one bed and something unidentifiable on another bed. I requested a refund and was not even given an entire night’s stay. Requested the manager to call me back because I have pictures to prove what we found but of course he promised he would but never did. I WOULD NOT stay in this unit. Not to mention it was extremely dirty when we got there.

Great property TERRRRRRIBLE elevators

We loved the condo, but we will NEVER stay here again because of the elevator situation. It was super clean, well appointed with furniture, tvs, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances (including coffee maker, toaster, crockpot), and there was a "game cupboard" near the door with pool toys, puzzles and children's books. The large balcony was amazing! There were a few issues (toilet constantly running, sliding door got stuck) that we reported. I was able to get in touch with the proper people and they sent a service person to assess the situation within 2 hours. The door was fixed, but I am sure they waited until we were gone to fix the toilet. I would have LOVED some sort of child lock on the sliding glass doors so our 2 and 4 year old could not go out without an adult. It caused more than a few moments of rushed panic. I tried installing a temporary child lock, but without being able to use a permanent adhesive, they were not effective. Now, the elevators. We waited sometimes 20 to 30 minutes. And no, this was not just on move-in day. It was everyday and all hours of the day. Unfortunately many other guests were quite vocal (cursing) about their frustrations with the elevators. Only 1 thing would keep me from booking this condo and it is the elevator situation.

This condo looked exactly as expected after viewing the pictures. The rooms were spacious and the balcony was huge. It's nice having the parking underneath, very convenient. We had a great time!

Family Trip 2023

We are a family of 8 and 3 generations ❤️. I will start with the positive 😀. The patio/balcony was the best thing about this condo..Its like having another family room..( get rid of the high top table, not kid friendly). The condo was clean and was close to the stairs and parking. Only 1 elevator so you will wait for that. This condo is on the ground level so your wait isnt bad. We used the stairs going down alot. Overall I would love to come back.

Disappointing Stay

When we first arrived at the house everything appeared clean, but we went into one of the bedrooms and found a shirt laying on the floor. It was very obviously on the floor, not sure how housekeeping missed it. There were also clothes left in the dresser which proves housekeeping didn't even look through the room properly. There was also a terrible smell coming from the garbage disposal that we had to clean ourselves. It made me feel like the cleanliness was not up to par, I'm pretty sure the sheets were also dirty and just left on the bed and the pillows were re-made. We also had an unpleasant experience with one of the "owners" of a condo at sterling reef. I won't be using Vacasa ever again for vacation. I spent way too much money on this room to have all these awful experience during my trip.

Beautiful View/Worn Furniture

The view is amazing and the extra-large deck is wonderful. The interior is showing signs of wear and tear particularly the sofa and love seat. The place needs fresh paint and some overall TLC. The deck door tracks need cleaning and oil. My petite wife was unable to open them as it took a lot of force.

Big, bright condo with huge patio and amazing views!

This condo totally lives up the the pictures and the positive reviews! The place was super clean, plenty of space for our family of four and the east window in the dining area creates an awesome view and makes the condo so bright and open. The sunsets from the oversized patio were stunning and it's is full of comfortable furniture in great condition. The first floor quick access to the beach and pool made it easy for us to go back and forth to our condo very with little effort. We are already looking at when our family can book this place again!

The BEST Balcony/Patio in PCB

We had an amazing experience this past week! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and overall the lay out of it was awesome! The best part was the GIANT balcony!!! It was by far the selling point on this condo and we will definitely be back!!! The staff and security on property were friendly and knowledgeable as well! The only complaint, which had nothing to do with this specific condo, was the elevators. There were only 2 and it made it difficult and time consuming trying to unload/load the car and daily beach trips, with a wagon and 3 kids. More than one day one of the elevators was broke all day, but if you are able the stairs are right by the condo door! The beaches weren’t crowded and it’s a short walk to the pier. Also, parking was great and we always felt safe!

Horrible HOA

Our condo itself was absolutely gorgeous! But, the HOA of Sterling Reef was full of lies/excuses, communication sucks for a few reasons! 1. (long story short) they advertise “2 parking spots regardless” we had a 15 passenger van that could not fit in the garage with 7 foot height restriction and only in outdoor front space parking. Where were then told if those parking spots were full we had to park a half mile away at water park. Then, got told to park in a handicapped spot by security and due to lack of communication the next security on duty was going to have us towed if we hadn’t been walking past at just right time to stop to explain why we’re parked there. No where in their advertising does it say “height restriction for parking” or list any restrictions, it just garuntees two parking spaces! It was a fight every day with them, just for us to have a spot like we were promised in our reservation. Mainly because staff would be parked there, allowed people to be doubled park and have no parking passes in their windows. The HOA would say he would have them towed so we could park in a non handicap spot and NEVER did. Ended up having to pay for a cab to go everywhere. 2. Pool is Not heated 3. Gate access to beach was broke, told front office who told us “you’ll have to go find security” 4. Only 2 elevators for 19 floors with more than 4 rooms on each, which wait times were very long. 5. Very hard to find because they were rarely in the front office nor would they answer the phone. 6. Trash chute was broken leaving a horrible smell. As for the owners of our condo it was perfect and absolutely gorgeous! As for Sterling Reef they have a lot they need to work on and update. Especially communication between customers and employees! And update their advertising of condos!
