Accueil front de mer avec une vue imprenable sur le meilleur côté du lac Anna. Près de 100 pieds de front de mer pour la baignade, les éclaboussures, la navigation de plaisance, la pêche et plus encore. Une rive sablonneuse adaptée aux enfants avec une extrémité peu profonde et profonde pour une expérience lacustre incroyable. Superbe maison avec chambres spacieuses (5), salles de bains (4), salon, cuisine avec îlot, salle à manger, salon et salle de jeux. Vues époustouflantes vues depuis les chambres à coucher et immense pont de débrayage pour les familles. Un barbecue au charbon extérieur donnant sur l'eau pour des temps de barbecue parfaits. 2 kayaks, paddle board, canoë, flotteurs, tubes et gilets de sauvetage pour tous les âges sont des commodités incluses dans la location. Un foyer près de l'eau avec une chaise de plage fait un feu de joie mémorable et s'mores.

Location de bateaux livrer des bateaux à la propriété et le lancement de votre bateau privé ou jet-skis peut être fait quelques pâtés de maisons. Situé sur le côté privé du lac et dans la meilleure section, la circulation des bateaux publics est inégalée.

Always a great stay!!

This was our fourth stay at this property and we couldn’t be happier! The house is in a great location and the provided kayaks/canoes/paddleboards are very appreciated. The house is clean and well stocked, and the check in and check out processes are a breeze. The owner is very communicative and willing to help. We look forward to our trip to the lake every year and always book this house! Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful location

Beautiful spot on the lake. Very private. Well appointed home with lots of space to hang out and relax. We loved using the kayaks and canoe. We would stay again!

Location,location,location

Located on a very quiet and secluded inlet with almost no boat activity. The dock was perfect for sunbathing, fishing and relaxing while watching the eagles, heron, osprey, deer and fish jumping from the smooth glass like water surface. We enjoyed the use of the canoe,kayaks and paddle boards so graciously provided by our host. The house was large enough to accommodate our family of eleven adults. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage and we were pleasantly surprised that the linens and towels were not only furnished but of fine quality. It was also very easy to communicate with our host with any questions we had.

Great family get away!

We had a long Labor Day vacation in this home which was well suited for several families. The home was comfy, well stocked and clean and was able to accommodate kids of all ages. The location was superb and offered plenty of water toys such as kayaks, a canoe and paddle boards as well as noodles and floating toys. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely hope to return next year.

**Review for Lake Anna Vacation House** I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful vacation house in Lake Anna, VA, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The house was impeccably maintained, with spacious rooms and stunning lake views that made every morning feel like a dream. The open-concept living area was perfect for gathering with family and friends, and the fully-equipped kitchen made cooking enjoyable. Outdoor amenities were a highlight—there was a lovely deck for lounging, a fire pit for evening gatherings, and direct access to the lake for swimming and boating. The location is ideal, offering both tranquility and proximity to local attractions. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, this vacation house is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Anna. I can’t recommend it enough!

Long weekend at the lake

We enjoyed the fire pit and water toys. The kitchen was a bit lacking and living room furniture a little worn. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable.

Excellent rental

The house and location on the lake were perfect for a quiet getaway. The house had lots of space and sleeping options which made it easy to accommodate multiple families. The house was very clean and had just about everything we needed. The power in the neighborhood went out our first evening, and the owner was on top of keeping us updated until the power was restored a couple of hours later. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing Vacation

We have stayed 4 years in a row and already booked our 5th for next year. The backyard is beautiful! No better place to kayak and paddleboard. The new firepit is awesome! The inside is spacious. The owner is very responsive. Look forward to coming back every year.

Relaxing and spacious

We enjoyed our long weekend! The house is spacious and well stocked. Plenty of dishes and silverware for the 8 of us. There is some wear and tear noticed, but everything was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the deck, the dock, and the fire ring. The kayaks and paddle boards were a highlight. The dogs enjoyed the big front and back yards. It is a beautiful and quiet location. Would definitely recommend!

Lake Anna vacation

Great swimming for our toddler and older kids. Use of canoe, kayaks and paddleboards was a big plus! Sand play area is a great addition. Property is well shaded and away from public access. We really enjoyed the private setting. We brought our own boat and owner was very helpful in making arrangements to launch. Would rent this property again.

Wonderful Vacation with Family!

We really enjoyed our vacation staying at this house. We loved the beautiful lake view with all the provided lake equipment. Owner was very responsive with answers to our questions. Was very nice to have the extra refrigerator in the garage. Loved the big yard. Kitchen could have been better stocked with kitchen essentials but overall was a wonderful place to stay and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house.

Excellent Experience!

I rented this location for my family during spring break for my children. It did not disappoint. Very large house on about 3 acres of property, lakefront with pier and two small sand beaches. My kids had an absolute blast playing in the water, catching fish and turtles. It is nice and secluded so we were able to enjoy ourselves without distraction. I would absolutely stay here again given the opportunity.

Labor Day Lake Stay

My family had a great time at the lake house. House is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy the lake. The home is on the private side and the water temp was perfect! We used the kayaks, paddle board, and float which were a lot of fun. I had to contact the owner and he responded quickly which I appreciated. One recommendation is to bring water shoes! We plan to return next summer.

Great rental on the Lake

We were grateful to have secured this property for a last minute getaway with our pup. The furniture was new and nice and the home itself had a lot of space. We agree with other reviewers, the bathrooms could use some TLC and it was odd to have to make our own bed upon arrival. The outdoor space was very nice and we enjoyed use of the kayaks in the mornings. Our only wish was that side of the lake was a bit more private as boats from other areas seem to like to gather near the "off shoots" next to the home making it quite noisy, especially on Saturday.

Exactly what we needed after a long winter

Had a great stay. Location is ideal for family with kids. The sand area and the lake kept our group of kids busy and entertained. Caught some cat fish. Everyone enjoyed the canoe and paddle board. For the nightly bonfire, we got the firewood locally - call 804-887-0698. They delivered a truckload for $75. The internet speed and cellphone reception is not that great (if that’s important to u)- which was a blessing for use. All the kids keep talking about going back to the ‘lake house’. Will definitely want to go back.

Amazing !!!! Best Lake house so far !

This was our pre-Valentine's Day retreat, and it was an absolute dream experience. The property is nestled along a breathtaking private waterfront, and the interior was more spacious than we had imagined. The house was clean with normal wear and tear, but the furnishings and tasteful decor made us feel right at home. This house provided us with a perfect sanctuary for our getaway, with an abundance of amenities, from the expansive deck overlooking the serene waters to kayaks and canoes, and the fire pit overlooking the water where the kids enjoyed roasting s'mores, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The attention to detail and care provided by the hosts made our experience truly unforgettable. Beautiful lake, outdated house

Pros - lake view, kayaks Cons - dirty carpets and rugs (smelled of urine); absolutely no internet or WiFi as promised; no phone and no cell service; everything is old - cabinets falling apart, sliding doors won’t open/close, deck peeling; SUP broken - foam inside showing and no fin The owner was responsive but unable to solve any problems outside of the linens service being an hour late on check in. Definitely in need of some serious remodeling.

Summer lake house vacation

The home was as advertised. Great location in neighborhood. One of our children left his wallet and cleaning crew and owner are making sure it is being returned to us. Thanks. Two minor issues the sewage septic system backed up outside in yard but the property management company working with owner promptly resolved the issue. The second issue is this lake home is located at the private side of the lake with no water access to the main side of the lake. We rented a speed boat for a few days but could not use the home’s boat dock. We had to store our boat at the marina. We all had a great time. Gary

Perfect vacation spot for my family

This was a perfect vacation property for my family, which included my 4 year old grandson, my 17 month old granddaughter, and our golden doodle Phoebe! Our day began with a hot cup of coffee, while we sat on the back deck overlooking a beautiful view of Lake Anna. In the morning, the grandkids both played in the large sandbox area, adjacent to the water's edge. As the temperature warmed, the kids waded out into the shallow lake waters, from our private beach area, where we were able to safely play for hours. At nap time, the young adults took the paddleboards and the canoe out into the calm water. using the provided life jackets. Swimming for all resumed in the late afternoon. And in the evening, we roasted marshmallows in the firepit, also near the waters edge. We couldn't have asked for more! Thank you.
