Family vacation

Had a great time in Rome with the family, celebrating our son’s Highschool graduation. The apartment was extremely close to the Vatican and restaurants, would definitely recommend renting this apartment.

Perfect accommodations!

The property was fantastic and perfect for my husband, me, and 3 adult children. Davide, the host, is very available and helped us with numerous questions. We also recommend eating at his restaurant across the street - it was wonderful!

Awesome place!

Davide is awesome! We were able to drop our bags off and check-in early. He arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. Great location to walk to the Vatican. Place was clean and perfect for us to stay. Highly recommend when staying in Rome!

Beautiful Rome home near St. Peter’s

Beautiful apartment that looks just like the pictures. The location is superb. The owner’s family restaurant nearby is wonderful!! Davide was very responsive when we had questions. Written info on the appliances and tv might have been helpful.

Super convenient apartment

Super convenient apartment within walking distance of all major attractions, close to some beautiful restaurants, cafes and essential shopping. Very friendly and accomodating host. Great to have a washing machine but a dryer or clothes rack would have been handy. Single bed in second bedroom is just a rollaway bed so be clear with how many sofa beds you need made up before arrival. Parking garage for 20euros a night just opposite. Overall a great stay. Listing needs to be revised as there is no small breakfast included and no mention of city tax fee.

Location, location, location

What you see in the photos is accurate. The apartment is located near the Vatican, with the bus stop practically outside the front of the building. Since we drove to Rome, we were concerned about parking. No need to be worried because there is street parking for free. We used it and it was completely safe. We had no issues. There are two parking garages close to the apartment, as well, for a fee. Davide met us for check-in and check-out, which was easy. He was available for any questions. We appreciate the quick responsiveness and ease of communication. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a washer, but not a dryer. There is a drying rack, which proved handy. There is an iron and board. You will need a 3-vertical prong Italian adapter. Overall, the ease of the buses made commuting simple to everything. The spaciousness of the apartment accommodated 4 adults easily and comfortably. Thank you, Davide for being a gracious and responsive host. We would highly recommend!

The apartment’s main advantages are its location and safety. It’s just a 10-15 minute walk to St. Peter's Square and about 40 minutes (2 km) to the historic area of Rome. The building is along a major bus route, and there are two metro stations nearby. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well. The building has a concierge and a locked entry when unattended. There's also an elevator.We didn’t spend much time in the apartment, but the layout is clear in the photos. Drying clothes on the balcony drying rack worked well after washing them. There are also chairs to set up outside.Parking was a major issue. While street parking is free, finding a spot is tough. There are two garages across the street, but we couldn’t find the recommended one and parked in another, paying 25 per day. We didn’t use the car while in Rome, but if you need regular access, allow extra time for parking.Several outlets were inconvenient or didn't work, as they couldn't hold adapters or required moving the nightstands to be accessible. Thus, we were unable to use the nightstand lamps while charging devices. A multi-device charger would’ve been useful.If you take long showers, be aware that water can build up while you shower, likely due to old plumbing. Overall, the apartment met our basic needs. More parking information would help future guests plan better, and there was an amenity listed that wasn’t provided, although the listing has since been updated.

Lovely Apartment near the Vatican

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at this lovely apartment near the Vatican. It truly was a short walk to St Peter's Square and the Basilica, the Vatican Museums just a little further. A convenient bus stop was on the main street where we caught several buses to all the main tourist sights. Davide and Elena were prompt in answering our questions and even arranged our transfers to the airport. Our group of 6 were very comfortable with the beds, AC and kitchen amenities. It was a great stay!

Great place

This is a very nice apartment about a 20 minutes walk from the Vatican. Davide the host was terrific and his family owns a trattoria nearby which serves wonderful meals. A bus stop is nearby so it is fairly easy to get around. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property and location

This apartment in Rome was lovely! It is centrally located, very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our pre-cruise stay (5 days). The owner, Davide, was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. He assisted us with setting up a transfer to the cruise terminal at the end of our stay, which made things much easier. He was a very nice young man, and assisted us with locating activities and restaurants. Speaking of which, his family-owned restaurant across the street from the property was delicious and very friendly! We ate there three times! Very Italian-family atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Roma!!

Beautiful Spacious Apartment

We were two couples staying here & we had plenty of space with the 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and large shared space. It was spotless & very comfortable. And Davide the host was wonderful- he responded within minutes to any questions and went out of his way to allow us to leave our bags for a couple of hours before our flight. Thanks Davide for a great stay!

Really great location

Best of all Davide was a great host.He was so helpful.Our luggage was lost and both times Davide meet the delivery and placed the luggage in the apartment.The coffee shop down stairs next to the apartment was the best.And across the street is a outstanding restaurant where his Father works.the airconditioning worked great.There is an elevator.The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. We will return again.
