Cette villa neuve est située à Cala Bou (San Agustin) à proximité de l'Hôtel Monterrey et se trouve à seulement 700 mètres de la plage la plus proche et la station balnéaire de San Antonio Bay. La villa est une fusion de moderne et traditionnelle avec une lumière et aéré sentir partout. Il dispose de 3 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bains et est idéal pour 6 personnes.

La villa est ouverte et est de style dans un thème moderne et minimaliste avec un canapé en cuir blanc, table à manger pour 6, cuisine entièrement équipée avec îlot de cuisson, grand frigo américain avec tous les conforts modernes. Il y a une télévision à écran LED de 50 pouces dans le salon et 32 ​​pouces LED TV dans toutes les chambres, toutes avec Freeview TV SKY numérique. Il existe également une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit par fibre optique gratuite pour tous les clients.

Au rez-de-chaussée il y a 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains et au premier étage se trouve la chambre de maître avec terrasse privée avec vue sur la mer et une salle de bains

L'extérieur de la villa est propre et bien rangé avec une grande piscine et 3 terrasses séparées pour attraper les rayons à différents moments de la journée. Il y a une terrasse plein sud avec ombre directement sur la cuisine qui est idéal pour les repas en plein air. Il y a aussi une grande terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer qui est idéal pour les adorateurs du soleil comme il a le beau soleil d'Ibiza pendant toute la journée.

A great villa - nice walk to get into the main area of St Antonio but situated away from the busy hubbub. Kids loved the pool and table tennis.

We had a fantastic stay at Martin’s villa. We couldn’t fault a single thing. The communication from Martin was fantastic and the villa was in a great location. We never had an issue with taxis and we were walking distance to local shops including a boat taxi which took you to the main side of San An bay. I’d recommend this villa to anyone!

Great villa. Great location

Marrtin is probably the most responsive host ive ever encountered. Brilliant. It makes life so much easier. The villa has everything you need. Location is perfect being a short walk to shops and restaurants. Yet quiet and private at the same time. I cant recommend highly enough.

We enjoyed our stay in Can real. It is very spacious with lots of dining space. We enjoyed the use of pool and bbq. Can Real is in a great location.

Ideal stay for Ibiza

Lovely villa

Lovely modern villa with everything you need Clean and bright, super smooth check in, gorgeous pool in green surroundings, lovely interior and well equipped kitchen. Roof top terrace to catch the last rays of the day! Walking distance to the beach and super easy to get around

Fantastic stay in Ibiza!

I stayed at the property with my friends and we loved it! It’s exactly as shown on the pictures and is in a great location - far enough away from the bars so that you can sleep, but close enough so that they are accessible. If you are venturing further afield then the main road for taxis is only a 5 minute walk away. There are also a number of restaurants and shops nearby (within walking distance). Thank you for a great holiday!

Amazing Villa

Amazing villa in a great location, conveniently situated around 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and bars. Very quiet and peaceful if you just want to relax. Lovely & chilled

Martin was a great host, made things straight forward and informative. Villa was a great getaway, very quiet, lovely, and chilled with easy transport in and out. Only negative was occasional smell due to poor drainage that is planned to be rectified, but can't fault the stay just because of this. Fun was had by all!

Loved it all

Great space, great pool, great facilities - all good. As a family of 6 we all fitted in comfortably and it all felt nice and spacious. The pool was great, nice and deep, and also well maintained. The o yo thing we planned to use but didn’t, so can’t comment on is the bbq, as we couldn’t get hold of any charcoal - but everything else worked and was as described.

Brilliant spacious villa, great location !

We loved being slightly set back from San Antonio, but within walking distance of the local beach and restaurants. We always felt safe and there was great security on the villa when we were all out and about. The villa is comfortable but minimal, maybe another comfy seat is needed inside for those days when it does rain ? We hired a car to see around the island, which is beautiful, and no problems parking the car at the villa. We would definitely book this villa again, thanks to all from The Sadler Team

Perfect holiday villa

We absolutely LOVED our holiday here, the house was perfect for our family of teenagers, we spent so many hours in the gorgeous pool, we had bbq’s, it was just perfect. It’s in a great area, close to everything, we hired a car and visited stunning beaches and towns nearby. The kids were close enough to the ‘action’. It’s near restaurants and bars and shops. The best holiday we have ever been on! A couple of little problems were sorted out fast , thanks so much Simon and Martin!

Nice villa in good location.

Villa is large with great room for 6 people. The facilities are great (ping pong and bbq) however the iron, ironing board were not great and need replacing. The ironing board wouldn’t open properly and the iron left marks on our clothes. Other than that the villa is a in a great location and Martin sent communication throughout. I would stay here again definitely

I've been living and working on the island for more than 25 years. I bought this house in 2013 and spent 3 years rebuilding & reforming it for weekly rental.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I love the open plan layout plus its in a great position close to the resort yet just far enough out to get away from it all. The Hotel Monterrey directly opposite also gives it a holiday feel.
