Maison typique d'Ibiza, construite au début du s. XX et rénové en 2016. Il est situé dans un quartier calme de San Rafael, avec piscine et barbecue, à 11 km de la ville d'Ibiza et à 5 km de San Antonio.
Idéal pour se reposer en famille, ou entre amis, à 3 km de la ville, où ils ont des restaurants, supermarché, pharmacie, tabac ...
Il se compose de 3 chambres avec a / c et 2 salles de bains (dont une en suite), cuisine équipée, salle à manger et salon. Il a une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse.
TV satellite et WiFi.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The location is ideal — close to all amenities yet peaceful and secluded, which made it perfect for relaxing. The house itself is stunning, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The host was extremely responsive and kindly allowed us to check in and out at times that suited us. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great traditional rural villa!

First of all, Alex is a great host with a villa to match! We stayed for 10 days and had a lovely time - the outside pool is great, and the villa has a modernised tradition feel! We went with our 4 children (23 to 15) who enjoyed both the villa and the nightlight of Ibiza! The villa is rural, up an interesting road, but within minutes of a Sant Rafel and easy access to almost everywhere! To be very transparent we’re delighted with our choice!

Great property & awesome host

Its a nice and cosy property a bit outside from everywhere to enjoy a few days off :) The furnishing of the property is nice having a full kitchen with induction and everything needed. The beds are very comfortable if u like it a bit harder from the mattress. The pool is nice an big enough space to have fun in it with all together. The "road" to the house is a bit bumpy - better get an old car or sth like a jeep :) we re considering to come back since alex is a really nice and warm host we definetly can recommend - every time available for good food spot recommendations, issues with the house if occuring or anything else.

Best villa ever!

We have just returned from a 5 day stay at Alex's villa. The pictures online do not do it justice! The villa is pure luxury! The location is the most peaceful place I've ever stayed and we had a really lovely holiday! Alex was superb from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Magic Mansion

From start to finish we were only talking about how nice the place was. Even when we were in the city (or somewhere else) we were longing for the swimming pool, the magic mansion and the peace and quiet. The barbeque was a big YES. We already recommended the place to various friends and family, but they have to invite us if they go, jajajaja. Thank you again for everything Alex, you will hear from us in the future.

Beautiful villa, but secondary problems

The villa itself is very nice. Everything you want is in it. Including airco, dishwasher, washing machine, excellent (salt water) pool with jacuzzi. Located on a nice private location in the middle of the island That was also one of the reasons why we choose this villa. We really value privacy. Now let me tell you upfront that the owner is a nice guy who responds well to whatsapp messages. But we have made it pretty clear that we do not like unannounced visits. Nevertheless this happened 3 times during our stay. 2 times his father (who owns the piece of land adjacent to the villa, but uses the villas gate to get there) and 1 time the owner himself. The women in our group did not feel happy about this (most sunbathe topless) and it gave a foul taste in our mouth. Last but not least: the last night we partied a bit hard. Damages were made and acknowledged. We have told the owner that we would not mind paying for the damaged items. However owner went directly to VRBO and demanded the maximum amount they could charge on the CC. Luckily things don't work like that.

Dear Jeroen, we are sorry for the inconvenience for my appearance to clean the pool and my father to start the water engine to irrigate his garden outside the house. I always notice that I will come to clean the pool and I have never had complaints, it is something necessary for maintenance. Regarding the deposit we have not had other remedy to retain it completely. Vrbo has bills for the burnt table that you didn't even communicate, bills for the towels with which you cleaned the floor and the paint we bought to paint the walls dotted with drink as a result of your party. In five years it is the first time we charge a Deposit, I think it is perfect that you enjoy your holidays, but in Ibiza everything is NOT allowed.

Een echte aanrader

Wij hebben zo genoten van ons verblijf. Alex is een perfecte gastheer. De finca is heel netjes, de tuin en het zwembad zijn zeer goed onderhouden. Enkel de tuintafel en het huisgerei (borden, glazen, enz) zijn wat krap voor 6 personen maar dan zijn we echt aan het muggenziften.

Die moderne Villa von Alex hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Der Treffpunkt, das ein- und auschecken sowie die Kommunikation mit Alex war sehr unkompliziert. Dank der zentralen Lage konnten wir mit dem Mietauto viele Strände und Ortschaften auf der ganzen Insel erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
