Notre condo est situĂ© dans la magnifique plage de South Mission Beach, Ă  quelques pas de l'ocĂ©an Pacifique ou de la baie. Nouveau dans la location de vacances annuelle, il a le meilleur emplacement. Cour calme, situĂ© Ă  2 rues au sud aprĂšs le parc Belmont, Ă  quelques pas des restaurants, des boutiques et du parc d'attractions. Les vacanciers adorent notre emplacement. Plan d'Ă©tage trĂšs ouvert pour se dĂ©tendre, griller et profiter aprĂšs votre journĂ©e de plaisir! 3 tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat avec chaĂźnes cĂąblĂ©es et Ă  la demande. Smart TV dans la salle familiale, oĂč vous pourrez profiter de Netflix et d'Amazon Prime. Il y a un roi dans le maĂźtre, un roi dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et 2 lits jumeaux dans la troisiĂšme chambre. Un nouveau futon en taille rĂ©elle est dans la salle familiale pour les personnes supplĂ©mentaires. Cuisine, salle familiale ouverte avec une porte pliante sur le pont, c'est une belle grande piĂšce Ă  rĂ©unir aprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage ou Ă  visiter!

Nous avons tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la plage, les vélos, les planches de bodyboard, les chaises de plage et les parasols!

Il est également à quelques pas de Belmont Park, avec des montagnes russes historiques et fonctionnelles, des manÚges, des restaurants et des boutiques. Notre condo familial est abordable, spacieux et trÚs agréable. 6-8 personnes. Situé au 744, tribunal d'Ensenada. C'est le deuxiÚme et le troisiÚme étage du condo.

Perfect short getaway for friends. The location is absolutely fantastic. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the beach. We did not really use the kitchen or most amenities as we were only there for 2 nights but the beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony with the accordion doors. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our weekend getaway

This location was ideal. Steps from the beach and we enjoyed the bikes available to explore up the boardwalk. This home has a lot of space and was very comfortable. I would recommend this location and host.

The property is tucked inside a tidy little community of condominiums. There are several eateries and stores in walking distance to the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

3 Night Stay - Beach getaway

Great location and a great property. Fulfilled everything we were looking for. Very close to beach and they even supplied plenty of beach items to make it more enjoyable (chairs, boogie boards, beach toys etc.) Would recommend and would be happy to stay here again! The owners communicate very well.

Perfect spot

Visiting family in San Diego, we wanted someplace close but with a beach feel. This location was great, we were able to walk along the water, take in the sites of Mission Beach and still see family. The unit was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Just a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk. Having a garage was nice and although we didn’t use the beach amenities they were all sites in the garage.

Second Time Here

This was our second time, reserving this home for our 7 day stay in SD. It’s spacious, has all the amenities and perks of a beach rental. Our kids loved it so much the first time that it was the only place they wanted to stay when we returned. Host is incredibly accommodating and very communicative in any questions we had. Would recommend 12/10!

South Mission Bay rental

Very nice rental. Clean and tidy. And SUPER close to a very nice beach, only a block away. Enough of a walk for the kiddos to get rid of some sand. Beach chairs were available as well as shovels and pails for the boys. The garage is a tight fit but we were able to get my Palisade safely in and out. It’s just a short drive to the zoo and about 30 minutes from LEGOLAND so the grandsons (5 and 7) weren’t too antsy. I will definitely rent this place again.

Nice upper level home, close to beach

This is nice upper level home within a block of the beach. Due to weather, we did not use the bikes and beach gear, but it was all available. Two large bedrooms, and a smaller one, were comfortable. The second bathroom is small, but easily workable. Kitchen equipment, grill, and lots of games serve guests well.

Safe and convenient location

We had a great time at this property on our family vacation! It was a little tricky, figuring out how to get in initially. But once we figured that out it was all good! There was plenty of blankets, towels, beach towels and toiletries. There was tons of beach toys and games, beach chairs, and bikes a plenty too (although we didn’t utilize the bikes) the only possible issue we had was when we tried to light the bbq on the patio. It was hard to light and while we were trying to light it the whole patio smelled like propane so bad. We use grills to cook a lot so I don’t think it was a user error. But it worked out anyway, we just walked down to the beach and got some dinner out. This house was so close to Belmont Park and the beach. It was so awesome to be so close to everything and we didn’t have to fuss with parking. The rooms were exactly as described! Two kings and two twin beds. The living room was comfy and they had lots of channels. The kitchen had a lot of dishes but make sure to bring your own K Cups! We were very pleased with our stay. Also the host reached out and was very communicative before we even got there. Thank you for having us at your beautiful beach house!

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We loved our week long stay in Mission Beach. The location was great, view of the beach from the patio, and a short walk to feel sand between your toes! We were close to Belmont park, but the noise was minimal (the park closes at a reasonable hour). We had access to the garage and street parking for our second vehicle. The only night we had parking issues was Friday, and we were able to find parking after 10pm when Belmont closed. The owner was vert responsive, when I messaged her during our stay she responded within an hour and when I messaged her after our stay, she responded within a day. All in all we would book this unit or the downstairs unit again. One note - the pictures paint a pretty clear picture of the unit, the upstairs loft room has minimal privacy, but we knew what we were booking based on the pictures and we were fine with that. There were also lots of stairs, but again, we knew what we were getting thanks to plenty of pictures!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this rental. You can't beat this place for cost when considering how close to the beach and how spacious and clean it is! We loved being able to sit out on the front patio and see and hear the beautiful Pacific Ocean through the cute courtyard while enjoying coffee and food. When we arrived, everything was clean. We had an issue where the oven went out, but our hostess arranged for an air fryer/toaster oven to be delivered right away. The laundry was very handy. The kitchen, bathrooms, living room area, and bedrooms were well-stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We made good use of the beach chairs, towels, and beach toys as well. We appreciated being able to park our rental vehicle in a locked garage. One suggestion would be to get a new grill. We used the grill one time and it was hard to get it working properly so it took a long time to cook the food. We would have liked to grill more often. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

We live in San Diego, about 30 minutes away from our rental property. Steve and I both graduated from San Diego State University, and lived down in Mission Beach, and have such fun memories from the area.
