I highly recommend this property. The place was very well kept and exactly as described. It was in a great location relative to the town and the beach and the pool was really nice to have. Watching the unset from the roof deck was a highlight. The service was otherworldly. The check-in and out instructions were clear. I received text updates when required and was able to respond directly to that number if we had any issues. The only problem we had was the internet went out at one point, but within 10 minutes of notifying them a tech was there to fix it. I would not hesitate to stay here or with this management company again.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, just a short and easy walk to the beach, which made everything feel relaxed and convenient. The elevator was a big help, especially bringing things in and out. The space itself was very clean, open, and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out. It really felt easy to settle in and enjoy our time!

Great location with a short walk to the village and across the road from Siesta Key beach access #10! However, the road is quite busy and loud at night. Beautiful kitchen, great layout and a very comfortable place to stay!

Very responsive host great location with easy access to beach perfect family getaway elevator wasn’t working first day but was told before and had it fixed the next day. Only complaint we had was the traffic noise maybe cause it’s memorial weekend but heard that throughout the entire night. Other then that perfect stay

The location of the property was wonderful. However, the floors were absolutely filthy! We had to wear socks the entire time or our feet were black with dirt. The elevator did not work and cooling system on the 3rd floor did not work either. The cost for the rental was very expensive for the amenities that were provided.

We loved the house and the location with regards to the beach and the main street downtown was awesome. Located close to trolley stops. Great spacing in the house for all 6 kids and 4 adults. Game room was good for the kids and a place to eat lunch while playing at the pool. Spacious kitchen and living room area. Good amount of seating around the pool area. Communication was overall good. Pool was a little on the smaller size. We would definitely stay there again.

Open space in the kitchen, dining, living areas. We liked the balconies - one screened in off the dining room and another on the rooftop. There was also a shared balcony that faced the ocean. The rooms were clean, plenty of towels and toiletries to get you started. The location was ideal - close to the Village where you could eat, drink, shop, etc. The transportation was frequent and free, which was ideal going to dinner with 7 people and not having to rent 2 vehicles to go anywhere. The beach is also about a 5-7 min walk right across the street from the house. The only complaint I would have is the pool in the back of the house has a shallow and deep end. It seems too small to have a deep end for small kids. Plus, no handrails so it was very hard for our parents over 70 to get in and out of the pool.

Great location and amazing house!!

Everything was exceptional from the three bedrooms with King size beds to the large livingroom, dining and kitchen. The sunset views from roof top deck were amazing.

Home was nicely decorated and close to beach and Siesta Key Village. Trolley stop close by. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool.

Family get away

This property had everything we needed with a nice beach feel. Tons of room for family fun but also room for privacy when needed (some of us had to work). Walking distance to the village for entertainment. Definitely will stay again!

Beach stay

Great view from roof top patio. Overall a beautiful condo with awesome amenities. Perfect location to access the beach and short distance walk to the village. The pool was perfect for our family. We had an absolute blast!

This place was awesome. We all enjoyed are stay. Very close to everything. Only suggestions I would have is to have swimming pool area sprayed for ants and to supply umbrella for beach. We would definitely stay here again.
