Profitez de cette belle maison neuve entièrement meublée avec 6 chambres et 2 salles de bain à quelques minutes de la marina publique. Chaque chambre est spacieuse. Les arrangements de couchage peuvent accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 11 personnes avec 4 lits queen, lits superposés dans une chambre et un lit king dans la chambre principale. Il y a aussi un bar pour ceux qui veulent boire un verre! La maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris une buanderie et un grill sur le pont arrière.

Great vacation rental

The house has plenty of bedrooms to spread out. We found it to be clean and comfortable with good proximity to the beach and Assateage.

Tenants were as good as family. They cleaned and washed all lien and towels as well as made the housekeepers job very easy. :) Will rent again and again to them.

Weekend Getaway

Only positive things to say about this location. Johnny was very quick to respond and made everything super easy. Location was a perfect 5-10 minute drive to the board walk and neighborhood was private yet in close distance to everything. Would definitley recommend.

55th Birthday Trip

This was a nice spacious home. Clean and neat. It was 9 of us and no one was on top of one another. We had a great time and it was a short drive from everything especially the beach. Id stay there 10 out of 10 times. We had a blast!

Me and my family / friends booked here for country calling and it was very spacious! We had 8 adults and one teen and we all fit perfectly . The three bathrooms and 5 bedrooms made it very easy to have space to get ready and not crowd over each other . It was only a short drive to the park and ride and not far from the inlet . Plenty of stores are just a quick drive down the road as well .The host communicated very quickly when we had questions. We would definitely book again !

Great house, very clean and well appointed. Bunk room was only issue, not for us but if you have kids it's not a very nice room. Over all pleased with the place. Owner very nice and easy to communicate with.

Lovely

Very positive experience. House was much bigger inside than it appeared outside. Very clean and beautiful decor. Cameras really didn't bother us, in fact it kept the 9 year old minding her manners. Location was nice, close enough to boardwalk and stores, but able to get away from the hustle and bustle. The deck needs work, so we put chairs in the yard, but we didn't mind. Overall I would recommend this property.

Quiet neighborhood close to the beach

5 spacious bedrooms. Open livingroom to kitchen floor plan. Large wrap around deck. In a nice quiet neighborhood. Family friendly. The home was decorated with wonderful beach themed items. Well worth the time spent with our family of 8. But room for more! It is a short drive over the bridge to get to ocean city boardwalk. Close to assateague park as well. Would absolutely recommend and will return in the future! Kudos to our host Johnny! 👏 👏

Birthday Trip

As a new tradition, my family and i have been staying in Ocmd for my which always is around Memorial Day which kicks off the summer. We are a big family so it is sometimes difficult to find a place accommodating to us. The home was super comfortable and spacious. It rained two out of the 5 days we were there and we still managed to have an incredible time playing games and enjoying leisure time together. The location was close to any and everything you could want to do. We love Maryland for the seafood and there is a restaurant/ takeout literally 3 minutes for the house we feasted once while we were there and got some to take home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And hope to return in the near future!!

Great place to stay!

We were so happy with our stay at this house. It was clean and spacious. The house looks small on the outside but it was so spacious. There were 5 adults, 4 kids under 8yrs old and an 8 month old and we had more than enough room. The location was a short drive to the beach/boardwalk, outlets, and places to eat. Johnny was very responsive - on our last night we went out to eat and to the boardwalk and got back to the house after midnight. We realized that my sister locked the bottom lock and we had no way of getting in. Johnny responded to my calls that late and we were able to get back into the house. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Inside better than outside

I was quite dissatisfied with the property's location. I had not anticipated staying in a mobile home park. I believe the property's location should be stated at booking. It was upsetting to arrive at a mobile home, and it was even more disappointing to have other family members view the site. After entering the property, the setup was surprisingly better than it appeared from the outside. However, we had to contend with a slew of bugs and ants. When Johnny, the property manager, emailed me the address, I googled it and saw a mobile home; I messaged him about my problem, and his response was "you don't have to come." I was offended by his remark because I was not going to lose the money which my family paid. Overall, the trip was satisfactory.

The community has no mobile homes. Some are premanufactured homes but its FAR FROM A TRAILER court. As far as bugs, wow first time ever hearing about this guess if you leave food out ants will come. And YOU complained before even getting to ocean city to say the least. Can not please everyone. I am sorry our beautiful home wasn't up to your standards but as I told you before you even went if your going to be negative about everything then please don't rent again. All I can say is good luck finding a better home in ocean city for anywhere near our home. Neighborhood is one of safest in Ocean city. Good luck

Less than impressed

The property was not what we expected. There was supposed to be a grill and there wasn’t. There was a hole in the ceiling of the one bedroom. The room with bunk beds is behind the laundry (more of a punishment room than a reward for the kids.) Dirty dishes were left. The outside fence was not fully in tact. Trash was in the trash cans. Contacted the owner to get these problems resolved and was told we could leave. Owner was responsive but fairly unhelpful with resolving issues.

We never show or tell anyone we have a grill as for a hole in ceiling that's ridiculous. the roof as well as whole house was remodeled less than 2 years ago and the roof guy did bad job over the one back room that your calling a punishment room. lol But yes it had a leak that caused drywall on ceiling to crack but not a HOLE as your calling it. YOUR ungrateful for a clean well priced house with PLENTY of room for 12 to sleep and eat comfortable. This home is worth every penny and i even offered your money back to leave since we didn't have a grill that you so called needed so bad. Give me a break lady. Good luck finding a cleaner nicer house in ocean city for twice what you paid us. :)

Huge house, convenient location, kitchen - passable

Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this property to others. As others have noted the house is much larger than it looks. We were 9 people (adults and teens) and all had plenty of room to spread out. Beautifully maintained and super convenient to OC beaches and boardwalk, and Ocean Pines (where we spent most of our time). The only downside was the kitchen - it was inadequate for a house that sleeps that many people. One 5 QT pot for boiling water (had to cook spaghetti in batches), tiny cutting boards (like 6x6), can opener - broken, blender - chipped and you had to let it cool down after blending for 30 seconds (so dreams of smoothies quickly were quashed). May not seem that important - but if you are traveling with a big group, you can't eat out every night, and the house should supply at least the basics to cook for a crowd. Communication with the property manager was average - he was responsive, but not accommodating.

Perfect home for our group!

I was very pleased when we checked into the house. Very spacious - plenty of room for 10 of us (plus extra - if my kids would have been a bit older, we would have put them in the bunk beds instead of in our bed). Beautiful decor - reminded me that I wanted to be at the beach, even when I'd just come from the beach. House was clean - plenty of yard for us to hang in. Appreciated the small details (there were coffee filters - something so small that made a big difference). Very close to the beach/boardwalk. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable.

Property looks nice but it wasn’t cleaned good. Had used and used condoms in the drawer. Pillows on beds are discussing. Pots were pealing in side. Grill was dirty and rusted. The bugs eat you up when you sit outside We had to go buys sheets and towels. The min bathroom shower is like a match box. The property wasn’t worth the money.

I am sorry it wasn't up to your standards. Spoke to house keeping and they assured me the so called new and used condoms were not there when they cleaned. As far as sheets; all the bedrooms had sheets and pillow cases washed and folded on the corner of the beds. Not sure how many towels you needed but there was 10 full size towels, 10 washcloths, 10 hand towels and even several beach towels. I would love to see that receipt you so called bought these items. Whatever you meant by min bathroom shower is like a match box, well its a grown persons size. I am sorry you didn't fit. Master bedroom has big enough shower for 4 NORMAL people to shower.... Ridiculous feedback. Guess the saying you can't please everyone holds true for some!
