Belle maison de style ranch avec beaucoup de charme! Propriété fermée dans une communauté paisible avec un accès facile à l'autoroute, aux plages et aux magasins et restaurants à proximité. La maison principale comprend une grande chambre des maîtres avec salle de bains attenante et une deuxième chambre avec salle de bains privative. Belle grande cuisine ouverte avec des appareils modernes et un grand espace de vie idéal pour recevoir. Les trois autres chambres sont situées dans des maisons adjacentes avec salles de bains privatives. La propriété dispose également d'une grande piscine chauffée et de chaises longues, d'un spa jacuzzi pouvant accueillir 8 à 10 personnes, d'un foyer extérieur et d'une grange donnant sur la piscine équipée d'un bar avec évier, d'un billard et d'un jeu de fléchettes. Le patio extérieur a une grande table à manger et un barbecue. La maison principale et la zone extérieure sont équipées d'un système de haut-parleurs Sonos. Une connexion Wi-Fi et un câble sont également disponibles.

Excellent property!!! Highly recommend!

This place was AMAZING! My family enjoyed it so much they spent most of their time there instead of sight seeing! Tons of amenities and had everything we needed. The barn and pool area are phenomenal. We will definitely keep this place on our saved list. Owner was very pleasant to deal with and asked any questions we had right away. 5 stars!

Love This House!

We can't wait to go back. This is a fantastic house with plenty of room (we had 11 family members) and amenities. It was super clean and the beds were so comfy. The surrounding property is beautiful and the pool was amazing. David is a great host and we highly recommend this property.

What a fantastic location for a larger group. We never left the property. All the amenities that you could possibly need. This house is a smart house so you should be able to navigate apps. The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was due to the cobwebs in the game room. This was likely due to my last minute reservation and it is a country property. Would stay again

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 and our friends (family of 5) spent 3 days at this property. David was a great host - check in was very easy and he was accessible when we were figuring out the pool and hot tub. The outside space is amazing and the kids loved playing in the barn. There was still an ant problem in the house (bathrooms mostly) but otherwise we enjoyed our time there.

Perfect for families

We had a great time at this house. It was the perfect size for lots of kids to run around, swim, and generally have fun. We appreciated the huge kitchen and many places to lounge!

Great Property

We thoroughly enjoyed the grounds as they catered to everything we were looking for, pool, space, and clean rooms. However, there was an ant problem in the kitchen which prevented us from using the kitchen, and I felt the host did not accommodate to that fact. It wasn't until I needed to place new traps and my guests constantly having to wipe away ants, were we able to utilize the kitchen. Additionally, the pool was not heated as stated until I had to turn on the heater myself which took over 24 hours for the pool to be heated. Overall the property served it's purpose, but was not happy with the responses received from the host on how to handle some issues.

Perfect Family Getaway

Just a beautiful location. Very Private and all accommodations were perfect. The family enjoyed the pool, spa, the barn and the awesome Sonos system around the entire property. Kevin was an awesome host.

Amazing home

What a cool place to stay. 50s ranch style home that has a super chill vibe and plenty of space for lounging and hanging w family and friends. Would def recommend. Great for our trip to the safari park w the kiddos.

Awesome Family stay’cation

The house was PERFECT for our family of 11 including our 4 grandkids ages 3-10. Loved the pool, pool house with lots of games & things to do. The lot was perfect for the kids to drive their motorized cars around for hours of fun. We hired a chef & made it a perfect resort experience! Can’t wait to come back 😎

Perfect family getaway

Dave's ranch was the perfect getaway for our extended family of adults and kids ranging from 2-8 years old. The place was very spacious, nice and clean. The kitchen is a dream kitchen - with a chef worthy stove and all the cooking/baking equipment you could need. Our family took advantage of the outdoor dining table almost every meal. Outdoor table linens were also provided, which made the outdoor dining experience even better. The pool is more beautiful than in the pictures, and looked amazing with the fire pit turned on in the background. Everyone loved the pool and spa, especially the kids. The shallow end was perfect for the younger kids, and you can dive in the deeper end. There were also tons of pool floaties available to lounge on and an ample supply of beach towels. When we weren't in the pool, we were playing foosball and billiards in the awesome barn, which has AC too! The ranch also has a lot of open space where you can play croquet and corn hole (also provided). We brought our son's electric car and the kids had a blast driving it around the ranch. I also can't write this review without raving about the all-around SONOS sound system. That was probably what took this vacation to the next level. Having music playing EVERYWHERE (bedrooms, kitchen, pool, barn, etc.) just made everything better and made you feel connected to the party wherever you were on the ranch. It really was an amazing trip and experience. Not to mention that Dave was the perfect host. His communication was on point before, during and after our trip. Thanks so much, Dave! We would love to come back again!

Epic Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed this beautiful property! The game room was an added perk where we spent a ton of time. But the pool was the star of the show! It was amazing. The pool lounge chairs were so comfortable and made us feel like we were at a resort. The kitchen was great too! It came stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve our guests. Would 10/10 recommend for a get together!

The Coolest/Most relaxing place ever!!!!

David was awesome and the property is Amazing! We had a group of remote employees come into town and their stay at David's property was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the game room/barn area, and swimming pool and extra space throughout the property. David was quick and very responsive with our needs and we appreciate him. What a great time we had!!!!

Astonishing

We rented the place for a small family gathering, but when we saw the property in person we extended our stay for two more days :-) The amenities are amazing: the pool table, various games, large master bedroom, hot tub, and fire pit outside for late night guitar sessions. Two things worth mentioning that made our stay even more enjoyable. The sound system is simply amazing - there are speakers all over the house and outside areas and one can set up volume of each independently, as well as use master volume adjustment. And all that is controlled from a phone! The second is the pool - not because it's heated, but because it's very deep. You can actually dive at the deep end, which had a depth of more than 6 ft. David was very helpful in accommodating us and answering all our questions. Thank you very much! We are going back for the next family ReU!

Great family place

WOW! I must say that the pictures don’t do this house justice. We LOVED this house and everything about it. We rented this house out for mine and my fiancé (now husband) families for the two days prior to our wedding. We just wanted a nice getaway with fun activities and of course for photos. This house was the best and everyone had a blast. Each night we stayed up late because we were having so much fun with the activities. We played pool, croquet, corn hole, foosbal, went swimming, hung out by the fire pit, and more. I would have to say one of my favorite features was the sound system. It is connected all over the house and outside. I loved that you could walk anywhere and hear the music. The master bedroom is amazing as well. Thank you so much!
