Idéalement situé sur le cÎté de la plage de Ocean Drive, à proximité des restaurants, des lieux de divertissement et des magasins. Vous avez à votre disposition une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une chambre principale avec lit king size, une deuxiÚme chambre avec deux lits queen et un espace de vie ouvert. Le salon donne accÚs au balcon avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la ville. Les chambres sont trÚs grandes et spacieuses, chacune avec son propre dressing. Notre maison est joliment décorée et meublée avec des meubles haut de gamme.

Very nice and comfortable condo. Please be aware that the balcony is not available for use and windows are covered with dirty plastic due to the ongoing construction. Thankfully, they do not work on Saturday or Sunday. It will be exceptionally nice when the construction is completed. Great location.

A really great spot to make the most of the beach!

The condo itself was incredibly spacious and had everything we were looking for. The beach is a stone’s throw away and the balcony was a great spot to spend time outside. Additionally, the closet full of equipment was wonderful to have at our disposal.The building renovations were mildly inconvenient at times but weren’t a problem during the early mornings and the evenings. Lastly, the resort provides you with a location fob to access different spots within the building as well as the pool and one of the beach access points. Our first fob did not work for some reason so we had it switched out - just make sure to ask the desk if you experience the same issue.All in all, I would certainly recommend the property if you’re looking to have a great beach vacation!

Wonderful place to stay for my family of four (myself, husband, and our 2 teenage boys). Right on the beach-beautiful balcony view of the ocean-very clean-beach accessories for us to utilize-only a few minutes drive to the boardwalk and grocery stores. We had no problems at all checking in or parking valet (valet people were super nice every time). Kirill and Nadie definitely offer a wonderful place for a great deal. This was our 1st time staying somewhere, besides in a hotel ever, and I would definitely book here again if we venture to this part of Florida in the future.

Fantastic condo

Firstly, the host is very responsive and was wonderful to us. The condo is exactly as described. It is right on the beach, in a fantastic location and the views are so amazing. The building is beautiful; the valet was fast and the front desk people were extremely nice. I highly recommend renting this condo you will not be disappointed.

Everything was just as it said. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys and chairs. Condo is spacious and very well kept. 16th floor gives a nice view of the ocean off of side balcony. Pool is a plus and warm to swim in.

Beautiful spacious ocean view condo

We really enjoyed our stay to this condo. Well stocked, nice ,clean and spacious. Spectular view from the balcony and seating (Intracoastal one side and ocean view the other side) .Very well located near everything ( grocery stores, shopping , restaurants , broadwalk and most important the beach!) We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo for 4 people. Very easy to check in and check out. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet to have a good night sleep. Owner provided great communication at all time and was attentive to our needs. Pool is heated and the beach is right across ( beach lunger rental is available) .Parking is safe ( valet parking) and at reasonable price ( 10 per day).The employees are also very nice and helpful ( special thank you to Sergei and Sebastian ) . We will definitely go back!

Family Vacation was great

My family and I really enjoyed this stay right near the beach. It was important to us to have a place where we could be a short walk to the beach and have a view of the ocean. This place has that as well as a heated pool and gym. It was located close to shops and restaurants. The managers were very responsive and helpful.

Beach vacation

The property was very much like advertised. The unit shows some age but over-all very nice. . The beach is big and well maintained and beautiful. The view from the balcony is to the Northeast one way and northwest the other wsy. Both views are very nice. There is some restaurants within walking but if your looking for a affordable price point your best to drive a few miles

Fantastic view, Clean and Well Accomidating

Overall, the stay was great! Great view of the ocean, definitely passed the white glove test for cleanliness, and items were available such as chairs to chill on the beach. Pool and gym was also well maintained. This would have been a perfect 5 star rating if I didn't have issues with the check in. I'm sure this is an isolated incident, but checking in was a bit disappointing. I got to the valet and it was a bit crowded. No worries, I waited in line and when it was my turn, I was told that the line I waited in for 15 minutes was for those who have already checked in and that I needed to pull out of the lot and get into the other line on the right of the valet. Ok, a little frustrating. Once I got everything situated with the valet, I went to check into the building and was told that I couldn't stay there for two nights as they have a 3 day minimum. My heart sunk because I thought I'd need to find a new place to stay in the middle of my vacation. I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before I contacted the host who immediately picked up and stated he was working on getting everything situated. Sitting in the lobby, there was definitely drama with the building staff and the owner. One of the receptionists made a scene stating she didn't want to get fired and walked away. An exception was eventually made and my stay after that was perfect. TL;DR If you're staying less than 3 days, contact the host and ensure he has taken care of making the proper exceptions before arriving.

Beautiful property that is well maintained, communication was always good. Never had any trouble parking our car ourselves did have to pay $10 a day to use the garage. No problem using the elevators.

Upon my family and I arrival there was alot of people checking in. Its required for you to check in at the front desk and pay $30 for a key that allows you private beach access. I will say that we never used the key. We also had to pay a daily valet fee. There was only one elevator working for a resort with 16 floors and that was a nightmare. Great holiday at the beach

The apartment was spotless and bright. Kirill, the property manager, was immediately attentive when we had a question. The kitchen was equipped (save a missing potholder). Having TVs with accessible apps, and comfortable beach chairs was very appreciated.

Nice and clean

As the pictures showed. Easy walk to beach. One set of elevators out so a traffic jam sometimes. Ok going down because on second highest floor. Spring break kids a little noisy one night but not owners fault. Would stay again.
