Villa Tre Querce est une élégante villa située dans les bois, à seulement 3 km du centre-ville de Sienne.

Des chênes (d'où le nom), des fraises généreuses, la villa est discrètement située sous la piscine panoramique.
La villa, datant des années 70 mais récemment rénovée avec un mobilier toscan moderne et traditionnel, est l'endroit idéal pour les réunions de famille et d'amis grâce à ses nombreuses chambres et espaces de vie, à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.
La Villa, sa structure, le mobilier précis et élégant sont des éléments qui déterminent une place particulière.
Le grand parc offre plusieurs zones de détente en plein air.
Dans la cuisine, ils sont petits et grands.
La villa développe sur 3 étages et offre 5 chambres doubles, idéales pour vos adolescents, mais aussi comme salon supplémentaire. Avec 6 chambres et 6 salles de bains, plus une salle de bains, la maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans des canapés-lits totalement confortables. La maison dispose également de 2 lits pour vos jeunes enfants.

La cuisine est un autre véritable délice de cette maison, conçue pour les cuisiniers enthousiastes. Il est grand, entièrement équipé avec toutes sortes d'articles, deux fours, deux lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur à double porte. Il est directement relié à la salle à manger extérieure, ce qui le rend facile à cuisiner et à servir.
La maison dispose de deux salons confortables, l'un au rez-de-chaussée. Vues sur les collines environnantes Cette chambre est un salon d'hiver.

Over-Sold

this review is really a two-part review since there were two distinct areas to review. #1 was the Best of Mas management team that immediately took over once my booking was confirmed. The team of Sabrina, Francesca and Marta were awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests for cooks to come in for us and rental cars for us that were waiting for us at the house when we arrived. Then there were several things that came up while we were there and these gals were on it! Can't say enough good about these gals and their team. The house was disappointing for me, as i believe it was over-sold on the listing. The house is impressive- particularly the common areas, grand staircase and the grounds are pretty nice. Other parts of the house were not up to par with the rest of the house, particularly the kitchen which was one of the strangest kitchens I've seen, particularly for a house of this size. The listing boasts of a large in-ground pool and a separate hot tub on the property. Well the swimming pool itself was rather disgusting as the filter system was not on and there was a scum line on the liner just above the water line with salamanders and other dead bugs floating in the pool. Needless to say, nobody was interesting in sticking their toes in that water. The hot tub was not on when we got there so we asked for it to be cleaned and brought up to hot tub temperature. They did clean the tub but the temperature never got close to hot tub temperature so we never used this either. The pool and hot tub were both major disappointments. when we were leaving in the early morning hours of our last day, the owner of the property - who was a nice man- was just hanging around while we were bringing out our luggage and waiting for our driver to show up. This we just weird and make everyone feel uncomfortable. The location of the house was in a neighborhood with many house that all had dogs that were barking a lot of the time..... So with some minor efforts this house would have been much more enjoyable for us.

Perfect spot for a group vacation

My husband and I came for two weeks to celebrate his birthday, and we invited all our closest friends to join at different times during the two weeks. It was perfect - right amount of space, outdoor dining, the pool, the view. Everyone had a great time. We worked with Best of Mas to arrange for daily breakfast/dinner and cleaning, and it was delicious local food (including changes for food allergies). They were very flexible with our requests, though I won’t be specific to avoid creating an obligation. The home owner was responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Wunderschönes Domizil im Herzen der Toskana

Tolles Objekt, es hat uns sehr gefallen, der Gastgeber war sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Auch die Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Einziges kleineres Problem war das doch relativ ständige Hundegebell Tag und Nacht, der umliegenden Grundstücke. Und als Anmerkung noch, die Auffahrt zum Grundstück ist anfangs sehr steil, so dass wir mit zwei von drei Fahrzeugen immer aufgesetzt sind. Also mit einem SUV ist alles kein Problem.

Awesome Tuscan property

We just finished a 2 week stay at this villa in Siena and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience! Manlio is a gracious host and his pizza/karaoke night was one of the highlights of our trip. We had 11 people staying in this property and we never felt crowded. It’s an ideal location to visit surrounding areas in day trips. You won’t be disappointed if you book this villa!

Fabulous Villa!

We spent a week at this lovely villa after a week on the Amalfi coast and loved every minute of it. The location was perfect for day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Montereggioni and Florence. The pool was perfect for afternoon swims! We cooked outside on the wood-fired grill most evenings which was one of our favorite things to do and had a pizza party with Manilo one night which was also a highlight! Francesca was so kind and helpful with recommendations and rides! I do hope we can come back soon! ♥️

Fantastic Tuscan Villa Perfect for Large Groups

This villa overlooks a magnificent view of the Tuscan landscape. Located in Chianti between Monteriggioni and Sienna it offers the perfect launching point to travel to many different sites in the region. Plus, you get to return to a warm, relaxing and spacious home with a pool and spa. We were traveling with friends, 3 other couples. The house is very spacious with all rooms having their own bathrooms and views with plenty of space. In fact, the master suite has two bathrooms. The grounds are immaculate and we particularly loved getting fresh eggs for the chicken coop located in the back of the property. The owner and management team were friendly and knowledgeable. The owner, Manillo, welcomed us all to the home with a lovely Prosecco toast. The Best of Mas folks responded quickly to any questions we had. They also arranged a cook to come in and give us all a lesson on making pasta, ragu and dessert. Yum. The cook, Kathy, was delightful and a great teacher. I would strongly recommend staying here for any large group. Ciao

We stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday with 10 adults and 2 babies. The house and property is even better than the pictures and we absolutely loved it. The owner is a gem and was super helpful, too! This house has everything and more, was super clean and has a great Location. Next time we will stay longer!

Fabulous villa in great location with wonderful host!

We felt like kings and queens staying in this gorgeous villa. The location is very private with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the great outdoor areas for relaxation. It was the perfect home base for exploring beautiful Tuscany. Our host, Manlio, was very kind, friendly and warm. When we arrived we were hungry. He took the time to have us follow him in our car to the small town nearby to show us where to have lunch. We had outstanding pizza at the local restaurant. He also had a bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge for us and was flying an American flag which were very nice touches. We cooked our own meals for a few nights to use the grill and enjoy the outdoor dining experience. We made some wonderful memories with our friends at the villa and hope to be back again!

Unforgettable stay!!

Our stay at villa Chiara was incredible from the beginning!! Incredible kindness and hospitality of its owners, and their constant efforts to assure that every detail of your stay is enjoyable. The house and grounds and the views are gorgeous and immaculately kept: well-appointed, well-stocked, sparkling clean and looking better than the photos: the pictures simply don't do this home justice.... Lots of space, with high ceilings and large rooms. A wonderful place for the family/friends to stay together, with several common areas, including large living room, dining room, and two outdoor sitting areas , in addition to the pool, that provides privacy and peace. So many rooms and living rooms and every space is perfectly equipped. Abondance of tableware and kitchen equipment, 3 perfectly working dish-washers and 2 washing machines as well; airconditioning and TV's all-over. The huge garden is a dream: extremely well kept( with a gardener/helper coming every day which is a plus ) and provides a lot of shade for children to play and adults to relax in. We'll surely be back!

What a beautiful Villa in the most magnificent setting: the pictures simply don't do this home justice. Every morning was like waking up to look at a postcard.The location is perfect, only 10 minutes from Siena and less than an hour's drive to Florence, with all the beauty of Tuscany in between. We really enjoyed going into Siena, our dinners were wonderful and the streets are just as we imagined Italy should look. This villa and its owners are simply the best, It is hard to imagine better hosts in any respect. The house and grounds are gorgeous and immaculately kept, likewise charming, accommodating, and caring. The home is spacious, with high ceilings, a wonderfully stocked kitchen with 2 perfectly working dish-washers and 2 washing machines. Beautiful views from the expansive verandas and large ensuite bedrooms with comfortable beds. The pool was extremely welcoming , the outdoor patio space was brilliantly designed the garden is extremely well kept. The property also has an outdoor brick oven and we used it one night to cook our own pizza’s. We’d come back again!

Perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir wurden herzlich von Manlio empfangen. Das Haus ist großartig. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind perfekt! Jeden Morgen kam Manlio um den Pool zu reinigen. Bei Fragen stand er uns jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Für Ausflüge in die Toskana hat es die perfekte Lage. Schnell ist man in Siena, Pisa, Florenz, San Gimignano und Monteriggioni. Wir haben als Familie zwei schöne Wochen in der Toskana verbracht.

An excellent week in Monteriggioni

Villa Tre Querce is an excellent villa if you are as we were a party of 9 people where each one of us, family, could enjoy a bedroom an bathroom of their own with good standard. Add to that property owner Manilo Merlo was extremley helful with all practical matters from on the arrival day drivng me to the nearest grocery store so we could have a meal in the evening and the folowing day to arranging a birthday dinner for my daughter on her 40-years birtday with local Toscany food and whine. We all loved it. Thank you Manilio!! I have no problem recommending this villa for my friends Regards Ola Thunfors and his family

Beautiful home with close access to Siena

The pictures simply don't do this home justice. We stayed here for a week this past May and the home was perfect for our group size! We had three couples and 4 children. Sadly, it rained every day during our visit but that's what made this home even more special! It was so spacious it never felt like we were on top of one another. More importantly, the outdoor patio space was brilliantly designed so that you could sit out there during the rain and not get wet. Our host, Manlio, was very kind and accommodating throughout our stay. He cooked us two meals that were just perfect! A few reviews indicated that the home was showing its age. I stayed in another Italian villa a week later and felt as though that comment was more appropriate for that villa. This villa is not brand new but at the same time I didn't feel like the age or lack of renovations in some rooms negatively impacted our stay at all and I'm a picky traveler. Compared to some other Tuscan Villas, I felt like this property was well cared for and extremely clean. If I were to visit Siena again I would 100% book this home.

From the moment we arrived at the gate, we realized that we were at a very special place. Our impression was immediately re-enforced upon meeting our Host/Owner Mario who did everything to ensure our comfort and total enjoyment during our stay. The Villa, the Grounds and the Views all in all magnificent and beyond our expectations. A special thank you to Ramel, the Villa Assistant and Groundskeeper who was wonderful. Every inch of the grounds reflects his dedication towards maintaining the place. On behalf of the group, I thank you Mario and Chiara for the opportunity to share your splendid Villa. By far the most enjoyable rental experience I have ever had

I rarely write reviews and am very selective about using superlatives, but this is an exception. This villa and its owners are simply the best. The house and grounds are gorgeous and immaculately kept. Though I enjoyed the villa with just one other couple, this house could easily accommodate 4 couples or more and still feel spacious. With a wood fired pizza oven, wood grilling fireplace, and well stocked kitchen, the villa is a dream for Tuscan cooking at home if that is your thing. But the absolute best thing about Villa Tre Querce is the incredible kindness and hospitality of its owners, and their constant efforts to assure that every detail of your stay is enjoyable. An evening with Manlio at the helm of the wood fired pizza oven is a must have experience, and his friendliness and charm are incredible. Chiara is likewise charming, accommodating, and caring. It is hard to imagine better hosts in any respect. This property and these wonderful folks should be the poster child for VRBO worldwide. You guys rock!! Thanks isn't saying enough, and we loved every minute of your hospitality.

Wonderful spacious and private villa with lovely owner

Just returned from a marvellous one week vacation in Toscane, I feel the urge to write about our rented villa near Siena. Together with my family, 9 adults, 2 kids and one baby, we enjoyed an unforgettable time in villa Tre Querce (Three Oakes) in Monteriggioni. Let me start with the villa itself. What a dream! Plenty of room, rooms and bathrooms and more than well equipped. An abondance of tableware and kitchen equipment, 3 perfectly working dish-washers and 2 washing machines as well; airconditioning and TV's all-over. One can feel that the owner and his wife live there themselves with great pleasure when holidays are over. It is clear that they love comfort, all of which the renting people can profit. The abondous garden is a dream, daily taken care of. The gardener also maintains the swimming pool and on top of that he does twice a midweek cleaning of the villa. The swimming pool is not very large, but wonderfully situated and a nice place to relax. After all this superlatives, I come to an unusual positive point: the owner of the villa, called Manlio. He is a very nice guy, extremely helpful if necessary, bakes real Italian pizzas on request at the spot and can fullfill nearly everything you ask him. Manlio even accompanied me to visit a garage to help me with a car problem and he provided very pretty and tasty birthday cakes from a baker in Siena at anniversaries (we had three of them!). Apart from all the advantages in and around the house, the villa is situated only a few minutes by car from Siena and in the center of many typical Toscanian villages. Is there really nothing that is less positive than the lyrics written here above? Well, the view from the villa on the Toscan countryside is mostly hided by all the trees and plants in the garden. But the view at the garden is a nice alternative. All and all we can recommend this villa dearly and would like to add that the relation between price and quality is extraordanary positive.
