Nouvellement disponible 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain au deuxième étage en bord de mer privé, condo bien aménagé avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan, des fenêtres sur trois côtés et une très grande terrasse enveloppante. Le condo est situé dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers de Providenciales (Provo) dans la station Grandview parfait pour une retraite tranquille, tout en étant situé sur la belle plage entre le luxueux Grace Bay Club et le célèbre Club Med.

Le Grandview est un complexe fermé adapté aux enfants, très privé et sécurisé, à distance de marche de tous les restaurants et commerces de renom. Il y a un ascenseur, une salle de sport, une piscine, un bain à remous, des chaises longues sur la plage et un grand jardin bien entretenu avec des zones ombragées calmes. Un parking est disponible sur place.

Fantastic vacation!

We absolutely loved our experience at this lovely location. The property managers were so lovely and met us with chilled rum punch when we arrived! The condo was spotless and the location was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Grandview

We have stayed a couple times now at Grandview and feel that this is one of the best properties and best locations on a great island. Would recommend it to anyone!

GREAT PROPERTY AND LOCATION

We loved this property and the VIEW!!! very close to the beach. Pool was great. Condo was clean and well stocked. A short walk to town. Highly recommend.

Fantastic value on Grace Bay!

We have visited Providenciales seven times, and this is our third stay in this unit. The new property management team was easy to communicate with, and we appreciated the warm welcome at check-in. The Grandview is located in an ideal location on Grace Bay. The unit is spacious, tastefully decorated, and the views from this unit do not disappoint. We look forward to planning next year's trip!

A wonderful spot

We had a great time at T&C and the Grandview was fantastic. It was very nice and well maintained. The location was great and the access to the beach was awesome. Communication before arriving was good as they answered all of our questions though the VRBO app and then Jing met us upon arrival and made sure we knew where everything was. My 15 year old son and 13 year old daughter love it and rotated between the pull out bed in the living room and the second bedroom. The master bedroom and bath were very spacious and nice. The porch was nice and large and we played games at the large table out on the porch several evenings. We rented a car and I’m glad we did. While you could walk to things it would be a 20 minute walk to the main area of restaurants and shops, but with the car we had gated parking and then a 5-10 minute drive to everything. I would highly recommend the Grandview.

Best vacation ever !!! Condo, service and location on the beach cannot be beat !!

This was our 4th vacation at Turks and all 4 times we have stayed at different units at Grandview. It is our favorite location on the beach (quiet out front but close enough to larger properties with bars and dining if that is your preference). When we arrived we were met by the owners managers and they had the condo in perfect shape and even helped get our luggage into the unit. During the week we communicated with several times on recommendations. This experience was the best we have had at Grandview and will definitely stay with these owners again. The last night we invited the managers to dinner and they joined us. They became a part of our family. The condo was perfect, view was incredible, and the flowers they left for us on arrival stayed beautiful the entire week. All of the condos in Grandview are really nice, but the customer service from the managers truly make this the best condo to choose. Until next time, we will miss you Turks, Grandview, and our new friends that manage this condo. Rest assured, we will be back. The Wades Dallas, TX June 2019

Amazing location!

Had an amazing week at the Grandview in this wonderful condo. Everything was perfect and the location could not have been more ideal. It was so nice to have umbrellas and beach chairs right out front at any time of day. No need to rush down to save chairs. The proximity to the beach itself is also a huge bonus - it was a very short easy walk. The view was just stunning and the turquoise water seemed to change daily based on the cloud cover. The property managers are very helpful and kind. I might have shed a happy tear arrival day when I saw the view and he greeted us with rum punch. We ate a few meals in the kitchen which has everything you need to cook and ate at some fantastic spots near by. We walked next door to Infiniti at Grace Bay club for a sunset dinner and taking our rental car to Omar’s were our two favorites. We took a boat excursion right from the shore at Grandview and also used our car to hit some nearby snorkeling spots. While the beach area in front of the condo is amazing and we spent a lot of time at this beach, there is also so much to see and do nearby. We loved having a car and gated parking was very convenient. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The unit was very clean and well kept. I absolutely loved that this was a smaller complex and would stay here again in a heart beat! We can’t wait to return.

Amazing views and perfect location!

You just can’t beat the views from this great condo! Every day-perfect sunsets from the very large balcony! We had a wonderful stay and the property managers were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, great pool and very nice hot tub! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Just a few upgrades would have made it even better…we loved having a grill on the balcony, so convenient and we used it several times! It was older, hard to light, and did not heat evenly-but did not keep us from cooking delicious dinners, just needs some TLC. There was a king bed in the master with awesome natural lighting - and a queen bed in the other, although plenty of room for a king bed which would have been ideal, it was nice, but wished it had a dresser for more storage and better lighting. The closets are a good size, just needed more hangers. Those are really small minor things, and just our experience and opinion. We had an amazing 10 days in this lovely condo and would definitely recommend staying here! We are looking forward to returning again in the near future! Thank you!

Perfect vacation for family of 5!

Location is perfect - this condo is low density so you have access to your own private patch of uncrowded Grace Bay beach in front, but right next door on one one side you have Grace Bay Club restaurants (excellent food and drinks - grouper sandwich and mahi mahi club and all the tacos were stellar!!!) and on the other side you have Pelican Bay restaurant and ability to rent kayaks and long boards and all sorts of equipment. Short walk to a lovey wine shop and grocery store is not much further on. We did not rent a car, and got around on foot or picked up by dive operator bus. We called a local taxi driver when we wanted to go snorkeling at Coral Gardens (never disappointing!). Unit was spacious and clean and well equipped for cooking. Perfectly maintained, looks brand new. The outdoor patio space was my favorite. Very spacious and comfortable to relax. There is local management which were extremely helpful in stocking fridge with food before we arrived and also arranging babysitting (lovely woman that our daughter looked forward to seeing each time). Excellent home away from home. Would definitely return!

Amazing beachfront property!!

We have been coming to Turks and Caicos for the last 15 years- this was our second stay here and our new favorite beachfront unit in Grace Bay. The unit is a second floor corner unit with a beautiful view! The property is immaculate- so clean and convenient- walking distance to many restaurants, the grocery store, pharmacy and of course the beach! The property is very private and quiet. The sheets were the softest I have ever felt, the beds are extremely comfortable- which is very hard to find in a rental property! I haven’t slept this well in a long time! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! We cannot wait to return next year!! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Undisclosed property construction

First thing I noticed was the spectacular view of Grace Bay Beach. Second thing, my bare feet turned black from walking around the condo. Third thing, the jacuzzi doesn’t work. Reported it to property management team. They were aware but obviously didn’t disclose. Fourth and MOST IMPORTANT, there was RENOVATION and scaffolding that went up all around the property including next to the condo balcony. The sliding glass door did not have a very secure lock. Knowing the people working on the renovation or anyone else could easily access our balcony, I called and notified them about the scaffolding and safety concerns of someone possibly breaking in and taking our belongings or harming my family including my 2 year old. The property manager did make an effort to have a portion of the scaffolding removed which was blocking our view of the water. Needless to say all of the sanding which smelled awful, the staircase closest to our car was closed off most of the trip, we had to squeeze past and not scratch ourselves or child on thee scaffolding to walk around the building and get to the beach, the not even disclosing renovations going on in the VRBO site was incredibly stressful for an entire week. There was no follow up from management to apologize for the huge inconvenience. I don’t need to mention how expensive this rental property is. There were more disappointments but I’ll leave it at that.

Dear Voula, Thank you for taking your time to write a review, but we were surprised by it. As per our policy, we were ready to give you a full refund if you wished to leave, but you were satisfied with our efforts to address your concerns during your stay. Renovations being done by the building’s management were beyond our control and came as a surprise to us also. Construction work was supposed to start in September. As soon as you let us know about the scaffoldings, we were able to convince the construction company to move it away from our terrace and to start working on the other side of the building. The lock on the glass door was also changed immediately after your raised your concerns. We fully understand how you felt and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. If you wish to stay with us again in the future, we will do our best to compensate for your disappointment. Cordially yours, Jie
