Waterfront Condo - 2Br / 1Bth

I've been renting property a long time & have never had someone personally attack me, my family & my character. VRBO recommends I not address the reviewer/show my temper. I will use facts, but can't help but acknowledge the nutcase factor here, and point out that attacking me and my family is a great indicator of the reviewer's character. We welcome guest feedback and work to maintain and improve our properties, and are known for being attentive to guest needs & issues. This is a waterfront property that sits perpendicular to the water. Every photo listed is either taken inside this specific unit or from the common beach, patio or dock that is shared among the seven units in the complex. The reviewer and I spoke on the phone multiple times and I very clearly described the property and the location of this unit. I recommended she cancel the reservation for a 100% refund if she was in any way not satisfied with the location. We do have a cleaning service that cleans between guests, and have used the same person for several years. This is the first complaint that we have ever had about her service, and have shared these concerns with her. There is no "black mold" in this unit. My family does spend much of the summer at the lake. We love sharing the lake with others. No photos listed are of, or were taken from, our family unit. It's interesting that this reviewer watched me and my family so closely that she timed how much we used our boat, but I guess this is reinforcement of my earlier observation of the nutcase factor here. The facts - there is one boat stall and six boat slips on the dock - in addition to a buoy that is available for use. One of our boats occupies the boat stall that is privately owned. Our other boat was tied to the side of the dock - not in a boat slip, leaving six boat slips and the buoy available. Again, a little too much attention being paid here to me and my family. The facts - The dock has a number of platforms available to all and used for many, many fun days at the lake. There are in fact five (5) ladders on the dock. Watching me during the parade too? Why not the boats, dance teams, crazy clowns or fire trucks? We had someone look at the toilet handle after asking permission to enter the unit. This is common practice in unit maintenance. No concerns/issues were mentioned to us during this stay so they could be addressed. As noted, we were clearly readily available. Future guests welcomed. No more nutcases please!
