Villa de luxe à quelques minutes de la «Turtle Beach» primée

Notre villa est conçue pour vous donner le confort de la maison, vous aurez donc une tĂ©lĂ©vision et une connexion Wi-Fi, une table Ă  manger pour 6 personnes Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et une table de patio pour 8 personnes supplĂ©mentaires Ă  l'extĂ©rieur au bord de la piscine. Une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprenant un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge pour que vous n'ayez pas besoin de fourrer la valise avec des vĂȘtements pour chaque jour.

Nous avons 8 chaises longues autour de la piscine pour que chacun puisse profiter du beau soleil de Céphalonie. Nous avons également deux grands canapés 3 places, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez aussi vous détendre à l'intérieur et la climatisation gardera tout le monde au frais

Envie d'un barbecue, pas de problÚme. Avec beaucoup de petits supermarchés à Katelios ou Skala ou les plus grands supermarchés prÚs d'Argostoli, des aliments frais pour ce barbecue sont facilement disponibles.

Dormez confortablement; la chambre principale a un lit double, salle de bain / douche et toilettes. Asseyez-vous sur le grand balcon et savourez un café le matin tout en regardant le soleil se lever derriÚre les collines voisines ou le regarder se coucher sur la mer et l'ßle voisine de Zante.

La deuxiĂšme chambre double est en bas et a un accĂšs direct Ă  la piscine, donc tout nageur passionnĂ© peut l'utiliser sans dĂ©ranger les tĂȘtes endormies de la famille. Il a Ă©galement un accĂšs plus facile pour les moins mobiles.

A l'étage, nous avons également deux autres chambres, chacune avec deux lits simples. Un lit bébé est disponible sur demande. Enfin, pour éviter les disputes avec les toilettes, il y a deux salles de douche et toilettes, une à l'étage et une en bas, en plus de la salle de bains.

En dehors de la propriété a ses propres jardins privés, un barbecue de style traditionnel et un parking sécurisé ainsi que la piscine et la grande terrasse de la piscine.

Nous recommandons fortement l'utilisation d'une voiture à la fois pour faciliter l'accÚs à la villa et pour profiter au maximum de votre séjour sur l'ßle. La Villa dispose d'un grand parking pour deux voitures.

We are just back from the most wonderful week at Villa Eirene. The villa is so well equipped and very comfortable. The children loved the pool and spent most of the week splashing around.The loved exploring the area, we would have liked to try the local restaurant but it was fully booked, so I would recommend booking in advance.Thank you Tony.

A warm June

The last two weeks of June were very warm not dropping below 30 degrees but Villa Eirine offers the perfect respite with the aircon and the lovely pool. On the day it hit 38 we spent it taking advantage of those facilities. It was a lovely well equipped villa and all the booking arrangements went without a hitch. The village was perfect and the local taverna Avli Ratzkali was brilliant for both food and company, the host Irene made us feel like 'locals'. Just for a change the beach taverna was not far behind in its hospitality and as a consequence we limited our touring. The drive up the coast to Poros was very pleasant and Skala itself offers a lot of variety. My advice would be that a car is essential for this villa situated as it is in a beautiful but very hilly part of Kefalonia.

Lovely quiet location for a family vacation. Managed to get to see baby turtles hatching and going to the water for the first time on the local beach. Amazing place.

Wonderful!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at this Villa and are already looking at returning in the near future! This is one of the cleanest villas we have ever stayed in and to have new bed linen and towels midway through our stay was such a bonus. Our party consisted of two grandparents in their 70`s, a 20 and a 17 year old and us two parents. We didn`t hire a car as nobody was keen on driving, but the taxis were so reasonable and easy to book that we never had a problem visiting Skala, Katelios or Argostoli. Kamini beach is stunning and you could swim out for a long way before it got too deep. The loungers were reasonably priced for the day and the restaurant there sold delicious lunches and refreshing beers! We did struggle with the walk back up the hill to the villa, but we were in the middle of a heatwave during our stay. We ate at a local taverna, Avli, many times during our stay and were treated so well and served the most delicious foods. The family who own this are just the nicest people you could meet! Villa Eirene was perfect for all our needs. If I could make one suggestion it would be to make the steps into the pool clearer or to have a short hand rail to make entering and leaving the pool a little easier. The communication we had with Antony throughout the booking process and with Will during our stay was great. If you are thinking of booking this villa for your next holiday, please do you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Lovely property in fantastic location

Villa Eirene is a fantastic property, it has everything you could possibly need and is of the highest standard and cleanliness. The pool was perfect at the end of a hot day, proximity to the beach was perfect although not for the faint hearted at the end of a hot day if walking of after a cocktail from the lovely beach restaurant! We were given some excellent advice by the pool maintenance man of rock jumping options. Boat hire from Yammas in Katelios throughly recommended to explore the secret coves, Myrtos Beach is the most stunning in the island and para gliding from here also recommended. A brilliant villa and 5 star hosts. A best holiday ever from my three 14-18 year olds!

Thorpe Family Stay

We chose this property as it was walking distance from where my father lives. The property was clean and tidy on arrival. Instructions from the airport and how to enter the property were very easy to follow. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival which came in very handy. I would definitely recommend this property to a large family but would also recommend car hire. The nearest beach was very clean and tidy with sun beds and a reasonably priced snack bar (I highly recommend the tuna salad sandwich). There are only two things that I will touch on 1) The pool is not heated. In the later months (we stayed in May) this wouldn’t be a problem but it was far too cold for us, especially my two year old Granddaughter. 2) Our party was 7 adults and 1 child unfortunately there was never enough hot water for us all to have a warm shower. Other than those two vey small things our holiday was very enjoyable. The Villa was excellent. Thanks for letting us stay.

Fantastic villa, two mins from the beach

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Kefalonia. Fantastic villa, spacious, had everything you needed, up the road from the most gorgeous beach. Such a lovely island and we will definitely be returning. Tony who owns the villa couldn’t have been more accommodating in the lead up to the holiday with the uncertainty of whether we would travel due to the green, amber and red categories. Car hire is needed to get the most of the island as there are lovely places to visit. Skala is about ten mins away in the car where there are plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy.

Villa was perfect for family

The whole bookings process was so amazingly easy, the villa is well kept and spacious, good facilities - the freezer dispensing ice and child water and aircon were especially lovely, with the heat. The pook is well loomed after and was well enjoyed. The Beach was much further away than expected and was down a steep windy road. We didnt hire a car but local taxi companies are excellent,

April in Kefalonia is quiet but that suited us perfectly - as did this lovely villa. Skala & Katelios are just a short drive away and both had what we needed even out of season - admittedly for us that simply involved a supermarket in Skala & a restaurant in Katelios (Medusa, wonderful!). The villa's facilities include everything you need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen had everything required to cook for a family of six. The owners could not have been more helpful in assisting with our trip too. Bliss! Highly recommended!

Fantastic villa, ideal location

Being our first time to Greece, I was a little sceptical of what to expect, but WOW! This little gem did not disappoint! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, I could not fault anything. The villa was absolutely spotless, with all facilities in full working order. The villa is ideally located, only a stones throw away from all the local amenities. The pool was fantastic which was of a good size, ideal for the kids. We had a fantastic stay in this truly stunning villa. Would definitely recommend to anyone! 5*

Truly Magnificent

Well, what can I say? All of our group fell in love with the Island and that was in no small part due to the lovely accomodation we were in. The Villa is really superb, spacious, very well maintained and really well equipped. Everything we could ask for was there and we all agreed that that we would happily come back to this Villa. The star of the show is the huge outdoor area and lovely pool, which has plenty of Loungers and chairs for all. We had a group ranging from 65 years old to 2 year old and we all found it absolutely great. Tony was also great in the run up to the holiday, replying to messages quickly, offering great tips on Car Hire, supermarkets and restaurants and generally being an excellent host. Amazing Island, lovely people and fantastic Villa.

Tranquility First Class

Just returned from this great villa. If you want quiet (other than the sound of the chirping cicadas!) then this villa will not disappoint. The views are amazing and the villa has everything you could want and need. The internet is ok and as the TV operates via the internet it can be temperamental, but it worked a lot of the time and had a great selection of all channels! There is one taverna on the beach open of an evening as well as the day-'Anemos' that is walking distance (although a hilly walk back) but no mini markets in walking distance. A car is definitely essential for the whole holiday. Would definitely return again. The owner is extremely obliging and readily contactable for anything you need to query. You will not be disappointed staying here!!

The Villa is a beautiful home from home , with a modern yet Greek feel to the property. Ideally situated close to the beach , this home suits family’s perfect . The kitchen is very accommodating , for all your dining needs. All the bedrooms are of a good size with ensuite. The exterior is wonderfully kept , and the large pool is the icing on the cake. We would like to thank Tony for letting us use your beautiful home. Kefalonia was a wonderful experience and the comfort of staying in a delightful home was splendid. Excellent location. Very clean. Well maintained.

Absolutely loved our stay. The villa had everything we could possibly need. Angela is available 24/7, even on a Saturday night when we managed to lock ourselves out! Good restaurants nearby. Excellent beach nearby. Thank you for letting us stay, we'd love to come back!

Perfect villa, perfect location.

Perfect warm welcome, greeted by food parcel so we didn't need to shoot off to a supermarket. Large enough for a family of nine or groups of couples. Villa is perfect, clean, fresh,cool with air con and all mod cons. Location 5 minutes to skala, 10 to katelios, kaminia beach 2 minutes drive down a steep hill, but perfect sandy beach for small children. We will book again.

Absolutely Fantastic Holiday

A big thank you for the loan of your home on Kefalonia, you were right, the island is very special and the people are very warm and welcoming. We could not have chosen a better spot, the nearby beach is probably the best we have ever been to, shallow, sandy and wonderfully warm. It was safe for the kids to play and unlike most beaches, really quiet, very exclusive. We found Skala a great place to head to most nights as it had plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Katelios is very Bohemian, a great place for sea food. The villa was just in the right place to get the best of all the nearby features.Car hire is essential though as the local village only has the one restaurant although it does serve fantastic food. Everything in the villa was as described, it all seems very new and was a great place to stay; love the electric shutters and gates, felt like we were 5 star guests. Would definitely stay again and would like to thank Tony for giving our family a very special holiday that all of us enjoyed and will live in our memories for a long time. Joe

The villa was just in the right place to get the best of all the nearby features.Car hire is essential though as the local village only has the one restaurant although it does serve fantastic food. Everything in the villa was as described, it all seems very new and was a great place to stay; love the electric shutters and gates, felt like we were 5 star guests. Would definitely stay again and would like to thank Tony for giving our family a very special holiday that all of us enjoyed and will live in our memories for a long time. Joe

Great villa, excellent location

Many thanks for the 'loan' of your lovely villa. Had a great time, quiet area, close to the beautiful Turtle beach. Lovely sea views from the villa. A great welcome pack of food items on arrival and the mid week clean and bed linen change was greatly appreciated. The villa had everything (and more) that we needed. Great restaurant on turtle beach for lunch and/or dinner. Good choice for us vegetarians in all restaurants. As only 10 minutes drive from Skala and Katelios can soon be in local towns. Bonus for family was a great local dog 'Bes' who was a regular amusing visitor.

I live in England with my wife and 3 children. We are animal lovers and have had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, gerbils and fish.

I run my own business which unfortunately means we can't escape to the sun as much as we would like!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose this spot because of the location next to the most wonderful beach where I have been privileged to watch my children have fun each year as we visited the island.

Being lucky enough to now own a property nearby, I'm happy to open up my home to those wanting to discover the same experiences.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I have tried to make this a home away from home. So whether you just fancy a day lazing round the pool, iced cold drinks are available from the American style fridge/freezer or are more adventurous and want to tour, the villa caters for all.
