We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay at Morgorlwg Fila. The AC unit in the living room area is not advertised in our advertisements. We state there are AC units in all bedrooms only all in perfect working order, we are sorry you felt this affected your stay but the AC is not in use and is advertised for use either. In regards to the notes in the villa these are for informative use only for toilets and AC use and in no way threatening. As you mentioned you enjoyed your stay so it was a minor issue of mis read information

It’s lovely to hear you all had a lovely holiday at Morgorlwg Fila and enjoyed the pool and especially the outdoor spacious areas that the villa offers in comfortable settings. We are situated in a perfect location for exploring the island in all directions. We don’t have signs everywhere but we do have to put them in the bathrooms as Greece pipe work is different which you will notice anywhere you go signs not to put paper etc down toilets. All other useful information /tips are in your welcome pack, which we feel is informative. During your stay your party damaged a few things at the property which you were fully aware of on your departure, our cleaning manager informed us of these damages which we sent photos of to you with the charges for replacement which you agreed to before the deductible amount was taken from your security deposit. A security deposit is in place for such damages and if you don’t damage anything there is no deductible amount. We have an important note at the property as most villas do:- •in the toilets asking that you use the bins provided for waste items including toilet paper. This is due to the pipe work in Greece being different and if items are disposed of in the toilets it can cause very costly repairs. You will see these in most toilets you use in Greece and it is certainly not patronising. In your arrivals pack sent 1-2 weeks before arrival you are informed of the days the pool maintenance is undertaken and our pool guy calls discreetly mostly early morning to prevent disruption to pool use as much as possible. The cleaning is also advised by time and day so you are aware of this beforehand and this is also done as discreetly as possible, since Covid it is required that guests remain out of the property while cleaning is being done this does not stop you using the outside space as it is not a lengthy process. We have surveillance and a lock with code at the gate entrance in use for everyone’s security this does not impose on your privacy. You are the first guests to mention the fact that outside lights are on timers these are on up to 1.30 am which has been sufficient for all our previous guests, if you had requested them to be on later we could have arranged this for you. On your departure you messaged us saying you had a lovely holiday at our property it was not until the damages were mentioned that you have mentioned any of the above. We are sorry this has upset you but had the damages not been done during your stay we would not have had to inform you and deduct the small amount. Best wishes Sharon & Leigh
