L'emplacement isolé et tranquille de la propriété rend la villa l'endroit idéal pour des vacances calmes et reposantes: embarqué dans une magnifique ancienne oliveraie, offrant de belles vues sur la campagne, à seulement 2 km (5 min en voiture) de la petite village de Karavomylos et son rêve Lac naturel. Suivant plus grand village est Sami (environ 2 km de la villa.) Avec toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin dans vos vacances: restaurants, cafés, boutiques, plages. La plage spectaculaire de Antisamos est à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de la villa. L'intérieur spacieux (185m²) est confortablement meublé, entièrement (chambres + salon!) Climatisée et équipés pour répondre aux besoins de tous. Il ya 3 chambres + 3 salles de bains. Dehors, il ya une piscine privée et une vaste terrasse ensoleillée en pierre naturelle de couleur claire, ce qui crée un contraste harmonique au vert olive de l'environnement. La terrasse est entourée d'un jardin soigneusement décoré avec de vieux oliviers et pelouse bien entretenue, idéalement pour les enfants à jouer.

Superb Villa Stay

A beautiful and well organised second home for us during our holiday. We were particularly pleased to have bottled water supplied by the owners as it meant we didn’t have to go out looking for a supermarket.

Fabulous Villa

The warmest of welcomes from Danny and Satu who then showed us all around the villa. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and loads of room. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. The pool area was absolutely beautiful with 7 sunbeds and plenty of seating and a great bbq. Very peaceful just bird song and the bells on the sheep. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Kefalonia stay

Great villa. The owner provided supplies which was appreciated. My only criticism would be the air conditioning needed to be able to go lower but this is my preference as I look to be very cool at night.

A wonderful stay

Wonderful 2 weeks spent at this gorgeous villa and its pool and gardens in a fabulous location.Good mid week clean and excellent communication from hosts. Our only suggestion would have been the option to borrow some beach umbrellas for trips out and maybe a jug for the kitchen.

Beautiful property

A beautiful, well equipped property with a lovely outside space. The house was immaculately clean and the clean came half way through the week and changed all the linen. The owners were very informative and close to hand if we needed them. The only small downside was the distance from the town and beach but the exercise did us good.

A slice of heaven….

We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful Olive Garden Villas. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the garden looking at the magnificent olive trees and surrounding mountains. The pool was just perfect, cool enough to combat the late afternoon heat each day and yet warm enough for an early morning swim. Sunrise was spectacular over the mountains and our hosts were so lovely and responsive. We felt like we were home away from home. Thank you for making our stay so magical.

Lovely Villa with a great pool

We were met by our hosts Danny and Satou. We had a warm welcome and they showed us around. Lovely villa in the heart of an olive grove, location was good and was lovely and quiet but not to far from Sami, a nice 15-20 minute walk. Facilities were good and had a great pool area. We went last week in September so it was nearing the end of the season but still enough for us to do and see. Weather was good 25-35 degrees some days. Sea was still glorious to swim in. Overall a great week was had by everyone and wished we’d stopped a bit longer. Until next time Kefalonia.. YAMAS 🇬🇷❤️

Super villa holiday

Our first visit to Kefalonia and had a fabulous holiday. Villa was superb! Well equipped and maintained and regular maid and pool cleans.We spent many afternoons enjoying the welcome shade around the pool and the large balcony overlooking the mountains was beautiful for evening drinks. Our hosts were great and made us feel very welcome. We regularly visited the beach at Agia Paraskevi/Saint Friday which had good parking and was quieter than Antisamos. We ate in Sami a few times but preferred nearby Agia Efimia and would recommend the restaurant Amalia. An evening trip to Fiskcardo and Argostoli for dinner was also very enjoyable, allow plenty of time for journey as roads aren't great. Overall a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend Olive Garden Villas.

Vi har vært her i en uke.En nydelig plass med alle fasiliteter.Veldig hyggelige verter, og god service.Mange fine strender og restauranter i nærheten.Det ble grilling på huset og hyggelige kvelder på den fine uteplassen.Veldig fint saltvanns basseng.

Geweldig !! Wat een complete villa met een heerlijk zwembad. We hebben genoten. Danny en Satu zijn hele lieve fijne mensen die altijd voor je klaarstaan.Wij hebben 2 auto's bij finsauto gehuurd. Twee splinternieuwe MG suv's. De villa ligt iets buiten Sami en is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. En het strand van Antisamos is alleen vanuit Sami te bereiken. Prachtig daar ! Trouwens, Kefalonia is echt een prachtig eiland.

Perfect retreat in Sami

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Sami. It was everything we hoped for – tranquil, peaceful, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.The outdoor area was a highlight, especially the brilliant BBQ space where we enjoyed three fantastic barbecues. The pool was just lovely – spotlessly clean and the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well.The location is ideal – tucked away in the quiet countryside, offering real peace and privacy, yet only a 15-20 minute walk into Sami with its charming tavernas and beach. It really is the best of both worlds.The hosts were so friendly and helpful – always on hand if we needed anything, but never intrusive. Their warm hospitality made the stay feel even more special.We truly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne Woche auf Kefalonia

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Zwischenreinigung und der Austausch von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bereit nach 3 Tagen. Der Außenbereich und Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Comfortable and pleasant stY

We have had a very pleasant stay in the Olive Garden villa with my family. A very nice pool with soft water, a great bbq to make fish and souvlaki dinners, the house and kitchen have everything you are looking for and the airco’s keep you cool at night. Danny and Suta gave us some great tips on the neighborhood, restaurant and beaches to visit. I hope to back and recommend this villa highly. Enjoy!

Great place

Great place, hard to pull yourself away from the pool! Lovely planting, large rooms, fantastic bbq. Although in the olive groves, Sami's many restaurants are 20 mins walk away, just perfect for an evening stroll. Antisamos 7km away.

Family holiday to Karavomylos

Beautiful villa set amongst stunning scenery. All facilities were excellent and the outside area and pool are brilliant. Great location to explore Sami and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic holiday in a quiet, relaxing villa

Villa Erotokritos is private, immaculately clean and only 15 minutes walk from Sami. It's the ideal getaway for a quiet, relaxing holiday and Danny and Satu are the perfect hosts. We had a fantastic holiday and look forward to booking again.

Fantastic, Relaxing Home from Home

What a wonderful stay at this relaxing villa! Cannot rate a stay at Satu and Danny's place highly enough. Friendly and welcoming hosts, wonderful facilities, lovely pool and everything was clean and comfortable. Sami is a just a short walk away with a range of excellent tavernas and shops. Our family favourites were the Mermaid and the Adonis. The villa is also in an excellent location for exploring the island with a car. Sad to have left but will look to come back next year. Thanks for having us.

Happy holiday in lovely villa

This was our first visit to Kefalonia, Sami and Olive Garden Villas and we absolutely loved it. We were a family group of three generations (2-65 years) and there was something for everyone - walks in the olive groves, swimming and fun in the pool and exploring the island. The villa itself is very well equipped and comfortable with the outside area having plenty of sun loungers, dining table (under cover) and a great outside kitchen/BBQ which we used a lot. The upstairs bedrooms are lovely with great views over the hills. The lower ground floor bedroom has three single beds and although huge and cool it isn’t en-suite. The villa is fully air conditioned. Satu, the owner, was there to welcome us and was so helpful and friendly during our stay. It was really good to have the villa cleaned midweek and in our middle weekend. Sami is within easy reach either by car or walking (approx 30 minutes) and has plenty of shops and restaurants along the harbour front. The best beach locally is Antisamos which has free sun beds - you just have to buy a drink. All in all, we had the happiest of holidays and I would definitely recommend this villa.

Top ausgestattes Haus in toller Lage!

Die Lage in einem alten Olivenhain war super. Sehr ruhig, schnelle Anbindung nach Sami und ideal für Ausflüge auf die gesamte Insel. Die Vermieter waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
