Villa Afroditi est une villa de luxe récemment classée, avec appartement séparé disponible pour les grands partis. La villa se compose de 3 chambres doubles, toutes dotées d'une salle de bains privative et d'un grand espace de rangement. Deux autres chambres sont disponibles dans l'appartement situé à l'étage inférieur. La maison principale dispose d'un salon décloisonné et d'un coin cuisine avec table à manger. Les balcons et les vérandas bénéficient d'élégantes pergolas et offrent une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis ce lieu fantastique. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez également un grand restaurant Al Fresco permettant aux clients de profiter pleinement des environs.
Le coin salon mène aux grands patios entourant la piscine privée, qui dispose également d’un jacuzzi intégré. Un barbecue familial et un charmant coin bar où vous pourrez passer la soirée à bavarder entre amis sont également une caractéristique unique de cette magnifique propriété.
Il y a un grand parking extérieur et la propriété est entièrement entourée de murs.
Les frais de location indiqués correspondent à la villa principale de 3 chambres. Si l'appartement 2 chambres situé au rez-de-chaussée est nécessaire pour les groupes plus importants, le supplément par nuit pour cet appartement sera de: 50 € par jour (basse saison), 75 € par jour (moyenne saison), 100 € par jour (haute saison).

Absolutely wonderful, when we arrived Peter the host welcomed us in to Villa Affroditi and showed us around, he also laid on food and drink for when we arrived, which was so thoughtfull, the positioning of the property was ideal close to the airport, and a great view looking over the ocean. The villa itself is just perfect for a family, the bedrooms, kitchen lounge was just perfect, the swimming pool was excellent, a fantastic weeks holiday Will i come again Most Definately,

Absolutely Stunning

Wow - what an amazing experience it was staying at Villa Afroditi. Not only was the villa exactly as described but the owner was so so hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there when we needed him. Wonderfully stocked fridge when we got there. Cannot fault our stay at all. We all loved it!!

Incredible holiday

The villa is amazing and everything we hoped it would be. When we arrived we had a warm welcome with some amazing cooked food and a fridge full of items. It is the best welcome I have ever received. The villa was spotless, so was the pool and surrounding areas. The location is perfect with everything you need close by such as bars, restaurants, shops and beach. We had the most incredible holiday all thanks to a high quality villa and an unbelievable host. We hope to return one day!

We had the most fantastic time at this villa. We were warmly welcomed by Peter and nothing was too much trouble throughout our whole stay. There were so many lovely touches - a fridge full of food and drink and inflatables for the kids already in the pool! The villa was spotless and the beds so comfortable. It was a dream! Will be back!

This property was beyond our expectations and it was like a dream! It was so beautiful and perfect location. Communication with the property manager was great from the start. They were quick to answer any questions we had. When we arrived at the property the amazing host Panagis was there to greet us. We were all at a loss for word at how kind and welcoming Panagis was. He truly has a heart for serving. He not only provided us with everything we needed he provided home cooked meals. They were delicious. We did rent a car to see all the island had to offer and driving was no problem. Honestly the house was so great we could have just stayed there and not left. The house was a great location to amazing beaches, restaurants, and sites. I would recommend this place to everyone and this experience is why we will be coming back.

Group of 8 came out for long bank holiday weekend. Was greeted by owner, who could not have been more helpful. Lovely touch of home made pastries, fruit bowl and even wine and beer in fridge! Villa was fantastic, had everything we needed. Great views of sea and runway, which we loved. Great base 5 min from airport. Would love to return.

Amazing Greek Island tay

Our stay was amazing! This Vrbo stay was just so impressive. First, let's start with the beautiful property. Not only was it so clean, it was beautiful with the beautiful outdoor area and pool. It was convenient to get to and easy to access. Now let's talk about our host..just WOW! He made us feel at home right away by having an amazing spread of homemade Greek food waiting for us and a STOCKED fridge with water, soda, beer & wine (including homemade wine!). He was so easy to communicate with and gave us some great recommendations on which beaches to go to and some restaurants to try out. Every morning we'd wake to the outdoor pool area with new fresh towels on lounge chairs. If you are looking for a genuinely good person as a host on an amazing property, this is the location to stay!

Without a doubt the best Villa in Kefalonia

The Villa is just fantastic, the views alone are enough for a wonderful review but no, there's more... the pool is spotless, the poolside bar/kitchen is fantastic and such a social area. The villa inside is well equipped and spotless, just what you want for your holiday. But the best treasure of all is the host, nothing is too much trouble, he introduces himself to you like you are old friends, and that's now how feel about him. We will definitely be going back there not just for the great Villa but to see our friend x

The house was clean and beautiful. Our host, Pete was fantastic. He filled the refrigerator, cooked us dinner and gave us 2 bottles of wine. He couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing

What a great place! a place where we immediately felt at home. This was mainly due to the owner Panagis. He took great care of us and a friendly chat every day. A well-stocked fridge, fruit bowl and homemade snacks on arrival. The house is equipped with all comforts, a lovely swimming pool and a well-kept garden. in the shed stuff for a day at the beach. we will come back to this place for sure!

Fantastic Villa

Our party of 8 stayed in the Villa Afroditi and had such an amazing holiday. Peter was so welcoming when we arrived and had even cooked us a most delicious meal. The outdoor space is top class, especially the pool and bar area and the villa is so well equipped, spacious and spotless. It is in a very quiet spot, so peaceful with the most fantastic views. The fridge was fully stocked with drinks and wine, we were blown away by his hospitality. He even drove us to the Supermarket to stock up on our 2nd day. Cant recommend this villa enough, the only down side was that we had to leave!!

Excellent Villa, pool and view, Panagis the host is the best ever and the welcome pack is immense!

This Villa is perfect. Great location, close to beautiful quiet beaches, local restaurants and a short drive to Argostoli. The villa is excellent, beautifully clean, with everything you need, with swimming inflatables, pool towels and beach seats and equipment provided. Panagis, the host makes the holiday! He is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. He provides the best welcome pack we have every had, then cooked us a delicious meal mid stay too. He has the loveliest dogs too that the children loved playing with. I would recommend this or his other villa to anyone and we all hope we can return to stay with him again very soon. Missing you already!

Sublime!

Wow! What a welcome with home cooked food, cold drinks and wine in the fridge for our arrival, and a fabulous greeting from Penagis. We felt totally at home. Even a travel cot, highchair and toddler toys and inflatables for the pool. Villa is spotless! Beds so comfy. Aircon good. We hired a car to get around but only 6 min drive into Lassi and 12 to Argostoli. Cannot express in words just how perfect villa Afroditi is. We have booked again for next year and already counting fown the days 😆 Thank you thank uou thank you for the holiday of a lifetime.

Amazing Villa with top host

We arrived at Villa Afroditi to a fantastic welcome from Panagis. This included a nice friendly smile and a full stocked fridge. The Villa is stylish with great terraces and the pool area is amazing. One great feature about Panagis' villa is that you want for nothing Towels, robes, coffee and linen changed every 3 days plus lots more. Would recomend hiring a car with the help of Paul Hitchin, property manager. Particular favourites to visit were Fiskardo, north of the Island and Anti Samos fantastic beach with free sunbeds and very good quality food and drink at very reasonable prices. The resort of Lassi close by is a nice place for sundown cocktails with many good quality restaurants and bars. Overall great stay and see you again soon Panagis ( oh and thanks for all the red wine, hic)

Panagis is the best host on the island!!

Best host on the island! Panagis and his wife were fantastic to us right from the start. When we arrived in the evening they had a fantastic dinner ready for us, that consisted of a variety of meats, salads and a couple of sides. It was delicious. The fridge was fully stocked with pop, milk, juice, wine made by him and beers. He even had chilled glasses and ice ready made for us. Never expected it but was a wonderful addition to our stay, as all the other villas we stayed in never offered any of this. He showed us around the house and offered all his knowledge and suggestions on the best local restaurants and beaches in the area. The house was impeccably clean. It was very spacious and fit 11 of us very comfortably where four kids shared the two bedrooms downstairs and the remainder of us in the three rooms in the main house. The house was cleaned after three days and we were brought fresh bath towels and pool towels and they also changed the sheets for us. The pool and yard was cleaned every morning before we were up. Had a lovely bed to relax on and there were several lounge chairs to sunbathe. The shed had several beach umbrellas and chairs and some beach toys for the kids that we were able to take with us and use while at the beach. Overall, best stay, best place and best host! Would highly recommend any family to stay here! If you’re contemplating, DON’T! Book it now. You won’t regret it! Will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Kefalonia! Thank you again

Villa Afroditi was everything we could wish for and more. We are a party of 10 including 3 children. The Villa is very large with 3 double bedrooms in the main part and 2 additional bedrooms in the apartment attached to the villa. All en-suite rooms and 2 fabulous lounges and kitchens. So much space and so incredibly maintained. Stunning! The wonderful host Peter met us and welcomed us on arrival. Despite arriving at 11pm we were made so welcome, shown around the villa and Peter had made us a delicious meal to arrive to…. Various meats, the best Greek salad I’ve ever had, pastry’s filled with feta and spinach to name just a few things. The fridge was stocked with cold drinks and essentials and wine to celebrate our arrival. In my many years of travelling I have never experienced such a warm welcome. The outdoor space and pool is beautiful. Luxury sun loungers, a fabulous pool, outdoor dining, a bar and bbq to name a few. The well kept gardens are a picture. Peter lives next door and is on hand if you need anything and he displays a notice with additional info and his phone number should you need it. Towels are provided around the pool. If you want them, inflatables for the pool are at your disposal too. There is a storage room with chairs and parasols which you can use to take to the beach. Everything has been thought of. We hired a car which was perfect. The nearest beaches are a 5 to 10 minute drive away. We can’t wait to return.

We stayed here for 3 days, and couldnt appreciate the owners hospitality enough. Best experience ever. Location is great, close to airport and Argostolli. Great views, clean property n lovely pool.The owner, a fan of cooking, prepared us lots traditional greek food, provided fruits, milk and few bottles of wine n fridge stocked with cold drinks n milk etc , all to last us during the entire stay. Cant appreciate enough.

Stunning villa

Amazing place to stay with perfect host. The view was shockingly good. First class We were thoroughly spoiled. When we arrived Panagis had not only filled our fridge with absolutely everything but had also made our supper as we arrived late. The villa and gardens are stunning, crisp clean linen, huge amount of space with every facility you could imagine (we even had an egg steamer) we were treated to lovely local wines and shared a bottle with Panagis on arrival which was so lovely. The villa is incredibly secure with electric gates and car port. There is even a small store with things you can take to the beach so we really didn’t have to buy anything at all. Marvellous holiday. Can’t wait to book again

Home from home

The villa is extremely well equipped and the owner Panagis is easily the kindest and most generous host we have encountered in all the years that we have rented a holiday home. Very thoughtful attention to detail right down to frozen insulated beer mugs in the freezer and a fully stocked fridge! He even cooked for us. Panagis is a warm hearted and generous man and he really does go the extra mile to make you feel you are his invited guest and not a customer. A lovely villa with a great view.
