We absolutely loved our stay! This luxurious 16th-floor condo offered breathtaking views from the spacious balcony with seating for 6. It was the perfect place to relax.The condo is beautifully decorated with modern, comfortable furnishings. The king-size beds were incredibly comfortable, but they do sit a little high for shorter guests that can’t get around as easily.Bonus of Two oceanfront master suites. One of the masters has direct access to the balcony. The bathrooms were spotless.. The main master includes a nice magnifying mirror but does not have a hairdryer. The second master has a wall-mounted hairdryer, but isn’t removable, you may want to bring an extra if multiple people are getting ready.TVs in every room. There was plenty of space to spread out. The washer and dryer were also a great convenience.The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. There are no basic pantry items like salt, pepper, or other spices, so plan to pick those up if you intend to cook. There is a standard drip coffee maker rather than a Keurig and it takes V-shaped coffee filters. One of the refrigerator’s two ice makers wasn’t working properly during our visit, but more ice is available for purchase at the resort if needed.Our host was wonderful, checking in with us on arrival and again at checkout to make sure everything was going well.We truly had no complaints and would not hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Great stay

We had a great time staying here. The condo was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and we all liked the cool air in the breezeway between the garage and the complex. The elevators were quick. We will be staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condominium was nice and clean. There is a lot of detail to aesthetic appeal. Location is great for being able to have an ocean view and walk to the beach of places to eat and shop. The biggest downside is having to additionally rent chair and umbrella that is otherwise provided by many of the other condos as part of the package. Overall experience was good.

We have spent 13 years of retirement traveling, enjoying condos across the country and truly, none compared to 1602 at Aqua! It was seriously five weeks of heaven.We have already reserved it for 2024... That probably says it all!

Reviewer Comments: i didn't like the wait for the elevators when we arrived. 2 elevators were down. also the condo was not properly cleaned like they said. it was sand still in the condo. not properly dusted. the sheets on all the beds kept coming off.

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo and well furnished. Very clean inside upon arrival.My complaint has to do with the complex(not the room). Our last day, we headed for the elevator and a security guard greeted us and said he was completing maintaince on the elevators. He said it was OK to ride down with him. The elevator dropped approximately 6ft in a free fall. The guard yelled for us to "sit on the floor". Absolutely a terrifying near death experience from the 16th floor. Wouldn't stay here again, I see many reviews with complaints on the elevators. Location was great, we walked everywhere for meals and didn't need a car. The pool bartender was very nice and made great drinks. Plenty of luggage carts available in the parking garage. Complex was very clean. Did not like renting chairs for the week and having people put tents up in front of our views of the ocean. Signs and complex rules ask individuals to specifically not do that.

Family Vacation 2021

We booked this property with high hopes of an awesome vacation experience. Our condo was everything we thought it would be, however, the property had only 1 working elevator. 😪 We were on the 16th floor and wait time on an elevator was up to 45 minutes!! We were told by management the reason the elevators were not working is because they couldn't get inspectors out to inspect them! This issue resulted in over crowded elevators traveling way above the maximum capacity not only with people but with weight limits as well. I was worried to death the whole week with "What If's". This was our first stay at Aqua, and unfortunately, our last!! We go on vacation to relax and enjoy ourselves, not to lay in bed at night worried to death and dreading each time you leave the room knowing you will be standing there for long periods of time. Have you walked up and down 16 flights of stairs with a 3 year old, a 5 year old, floats, coolers, etc??????? WE SURE DID!! 😪😪😪😪 We also had to plan our whole schedule everyday around the elevator issues. We were out at 11:30 pm the night before we left loading our vehicles in order to hopefully avoid high levels of elevator traffic. In my opinion, Aqua is not a safe place to stay. God forbid an emergency were to happen in a 23 story high rise condominium and only 1 working elevator. Makes me shiver to think about it. Management/Condo Owners need to get a hold of this issue fast before somebody gets hurt! I would NEVER recommend staying here!!

The closed elevators are for everyone’s safety while we wait for the repairs to be completed from previous storm damage. Like many other industries, the impacts of COVID put elevator repairs behind due to not being able to get parts. Regardless, this is unacceptable, and we are working diligently to get all elevators back in good working order. We will address every concern and hope that you will stay with us again in the future!
