Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the beachfront St. Simons Beach Club.

Lush grounds and stately oaks welcome you at the gated entrance of the St. Simons Beach Club. Each residence overlooks the tropical foliage in the courtyard and beautifully landscaped beachfront lawn.

The two-bedroom, two-bath Beach Club #316 has tile flooring throughout, master bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower and cheerful decor. Enjoy morning coffee and afternoon sea breezes on the balcony overlooking the courtyard and ocean beyond. This residence is ideal for a beach getaway.

The St. Simons Beach Club amenities include an oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, two secluded hot tubs, direct beach access, barbecue grills, tennis court, fitness center and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 316 offers a nice ocean and courtyard view.

Where to stay in St Simons

We have been going to the Beach Club for years. Great location with a short walk to village. Pool is great and love the chair setup on the beach. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great Trip

We enjoyed a great Labor Day Weekend. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was great. The fountains in the pool make conversation private.

Great ammenities

Loved the property and the amenities. The rental we had was very clean, however, it could use some updating as the furniture was very worn and the windows could stand some blinds as the curtains were very shear. Would stay here again just not this rental unit.

Needs some updating!!

I have stayed at the Beach Club every year for about 10+ years, and this was by far the worst one I've stayed in. One bed was on blocks, of course, it fell. The couch was very uncomfortable. There were hooks for pictures where pictures used to hang. The best part about it was you do have a view of the ocean!!

Needs updates/better cleaners

We were surprised to find mildew in every shower, tub and sink upon arrival. There were also stains on the shower curtain, trash under furniture, cracks in the ceiling & vents that didn’t look like they’d been dusted in 3 years. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever laid on. One of the bedroom doors had to be slammed to completely shut so not ideal when there are children sleeping in the room. The location was great & close to everything in town. There is a good walk to the beach & a lot of water you have to walk through to get there. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t come back.

Gorgeous property

Grounds where immaculate! Would suggest replacing the couch (recurring review theme) and adding 2 chairs on the balcony, but wouldn’t let that deter me from a 2nd visit!

Poor Condition

Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable (including beds). Stains on sofa and bed. Dresser drawers fell out if pulled. Black mold in washing machine. Peeling paint and mold in bathroom. Cheap and old cooking utensils. Inadequate vacuum cleaner which was little more than dust buster on a stick. Thermostat inaccurate. We have stayed at Beach Club for last three years and this was the worst unit we have rented.

Good property

Good property. Pool area is really nice. Unit itself is a bit dated but serves its purpose well. I would definitely go back to Beach Club!
