The location was great, minutes from town. With a walking path seconds away. More than enough space for multiple families. Entertainment for all. Young children need to be supervised on deck at all times. Some things the cleaners missed. Upstairs gets very hot but fans were provided.

Awesome place to stay!

It was everything and more than what was described on the website. We would highly recommend staying there any season of the year! We had 5 adults staying there and there was plenty of parking, lots of bedrooms and space to move around. And we loved the hot tub and beautiful views! It was an awesome weekend!

Family Vacation

Ok property in a great location. Hot tub made a very loud sound from one of the jets making it annoying to use. Upstairs bathroom shower leaked thru the ceiling of the main floor bathroom. Everything else was great and just as expected.

Beautiful vacation house

This house was so beautiful and comfortable for my family of 5. We stayed here during June, and it was hot but even without AC in the main room or master bedroom, it stayed comfortable. My kids had an AC unit in their room so they were nice and cool! We loved this house and plan to come back to stay here again!

Overall a very nice place to stay. Great views, good amenities, and clean. Air conditioning in the main living areas would be a welcome addition for summer stays. The deck boards need improvement or replacement and the landscaping/walkways should be addressed to create safer passageways. The right-most gas stove burner was easily switched on as it seems to be slightly broken, and there were a few times it was inadvertently nudged and released gas fumes. Something the manager should address and future guests should note. All in all a nice place and would visit again.

Felt like home

House doesn’t look like much from front door picture but once you get inside the door it is beautiful. Lots of room, very clean and amazingly comfortable. Would definitely rent this house again

Really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 5. Accommodations were comfortable and loved the location. Wished that there were baby gates available that could be used at the two staircases. Worth noting that there is only a keurig available for coffee, so you need kcups- would suggest they provide a reusable one for travelers who just bring ground coffee.

Relaxing

Very clean with the comforts of home. Mostly updated and spacious bedrooms. Great view off the deck. Only thing I would have liked to have had was A/C. It was quite hot and humid at times.

A true gem

house is absolutely fabulous and views from deck are priceless. great quiet street. walk/bike pass practically with access from back yard. and cherry on top jacuzzi outside. would highly recommend for everybody to discover this true gem in white mountains.

A great gateway!

The home was perfect for our family hiking trip. We had plenty of room. The kids especially loved the bunkbeds and bean bags in their room. The view off of the back deck was beautiful. The previous visitors left a lot of trash that the animals got into, we contacted the vacasa and they came out the same day to clean it all up. We would definitely book again!

Nice house, needs ac

We loved the location of the house, but it is on dirt road so in winter you will need suv. Needs ac, the fans just dont cut it when its humid. Overall has everything you need for a vaction!

Great View

This house is very nice with a great view and hot tub. It is close and easy to get to north conway. We did have a cleanliness issue, which was not addressed. The customer service was very poor for the issues.

North Conway Getaway With Amazing View

A beautiful home, with amazing view from living room and deck. Plenty of room, bright yet cozy and everything you need. Large bedrooms with plenty of sleeping space. Nice big kitchen with space to cook and congregate. Lots of games, books and cards to use. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Great view from the hot tub, on the deck, as well. Great communication, when we had an issue with the hot tub, and it was fixed, immediately. The maintenance guy was polite, friendly and took the time to answer all our questions, and he worked in the rain, so we could have the hot tub, to enjoy. Will definitely be returning to this beautiful property. And it is super close to outlets and downtown North Conway.

Nice house

Nice house with updated kitchen and eating area. Beds were nice with options of futon beds. Great view from deck with jacuzzi. Some cosmetic wear and tear outside that could be fixed up. Only one window ac in the bunk room. Made it uncomfortable for rest of the house with only fans on the hot nights. Especially the upstairs rooms. We brought a portable ac after reading previous reviews and it helped but this would be the biggest downfall of the property if visiting during the warmer months. The cleaning still needs improvement which seemed to be a trend from past reviews. Overall we had a nice stay!

This was the PERFECT getaway! The house is even better looking in person. The front entryway was perfect for storing things you dont want to leave outside, but dont want in the living area of the home. All high quality items in the home (dishes, bowls, couch, etc). The matresses were very comfortable, as were the pillows. Updated everything in the home, (appliances, fireplace) the hot tub, with that view, was to die for!! Cute, quiet neighborhood, but so close to all the amenities! We loved every single thing about this property, and had zero issues! I really could keep going. If youre questioning it, just do it!!! You wont be upset!

Girls' Trip

I had tried to check in a little early, left a message but no one responded. Then when we did arrive at the home, it had not been cleaned. The cleaners showed up an hour after check in. Obviously, not starting our vacation on the right foot. When this issue was resolved, we then we're able to enjoy the home. Location was great, beautiful view off the deck. There was no table out there though. There's a great rail trail nearby. The house itself was cute and fairly well maintained..could use a little sprucing up. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had plenty of towels and blankets. All in all we had a great time despite the disappointing beginning.

Great location and very clean!

Awesome location- you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, but are only 5 minutes from the center of Conway. Extremely clean, spacious bedrooms, and has everything you need- lots of towels, blankets, and seating for meals. Kids bunk room is super cute with nightlights and light-block curtains. There is a new walking/biking path right down the road. Things we didn't love- half of the hot tub cover was collapsed and had collected tons of rainwater making it incredibly heavy- my sister and I couldn't even lift it off. We used it once but it was such such a hassle to get the broken cover on and off we didn't bother with it again. Despite a fan in every room, we found it very hot at night. In addition to AC, if it was my house I would also put shades on the windows upstairs... didn't love having the sun wake us up so early on vacation. Overall it's a great house that I would recommend it to others. Thanks for letting us stay in your house!

Beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider coming back, especially during the ski season. We were two families with young children and it always felt like there was enough space. The house is well set up and sleeps many more than is listed (although they won't allow many more, everyone has options). The kids room was amazing, lots of bunk beds, awesome bean bag chairs and their own TV. The other bedrooms were great, especially the two upstairs bedrooms. There is also a huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom which is nice for storing luggage. Our only small complaint was the cleanliness of the hot tub. We also called Vacasa because at first the tub wasn't working, it had overheated, and they said they would send a service person but never did or communicated further. Luckily it was working by morning so we could use it but there was a bit of an ick factor. The cover was also a little messed up. I'd also be aware that there are no air conditioners. The kids room stays cooler than the rest of the house which is great but if you're sensitive to heat when sleeping that might be an issue. Overall we'd highly recommend!!
