Bienvenue sur Sterling Reef 1207!

Ce condo a ét�� mis à jour pour qu’il soit comme neuf. Notre condo est une résidence de plage au 12ème étage avec trois chambres à coucher et trois salles de bain pouvant accueillir 8 personnes confortablement car toutes les pièces et le salon sont assez grands. Vous constaterez que les vues sur les plus belles plages du monde depuis le balcon sont magnifiques. Nous aimons apporter nos jumelles lorsque nous venons pour pouvoir savourer notre café du matin tout en regardant les dauphins jouer dans le golfe. Nous nous sommes assurés que notre condo est décoré pour un maximum de confort. Nous voulions créer une atmosphère de maison à la plage. Nous voulions aussi en faire un chez-soi. Pour nous et pour nos invités.

Spring Break '25

It's hard to find a condo with two masters and this one was great! Great seating in the living room too. The kitchen was a little cramped, but had everything you need. We didn't cook anyway so it didn't matter. The mattresses need updating, but the furniture was very noce

Great return stay

We’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s still our favorite. There are some new updates - master bath, kitchen, bedrooms, and furniture throughout. The new master shower was great! The property is well maintained, parking was easy, quick beach access, and lovely views. It definitely feels like home away from home. I look forward to returning again!

Very nice condo

We had a great time and the condo was very nice and spacious. The parking was easy and always can find a spot. The only complaint is the elevators had long wait times. That is expected but was extreme a few times.

Spacious and amazing view

The property was amazing. The room was just as described. Well stocked and the view is amazing. Very convenient location. We had 5 adults there and there was plenty of room! Thanks for having us!

Loved the balcony!

This property was exceptional! Clean and well appointed. Great location and easy beach access. Comfortable beds and living area. The view from the master and balcony access was our favorite. Lack of communication for early check-in was annoying but overall we would definitely chose this condo again

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and two families stayed in the condo. There was plenty of space, great amenities, and a beautiful ocean view. We all enjoyed our stay and all that the condo had to offer. Thank you very much for everything!

No Worries :-)

We had five adults stay here and we didn’t have any problems at all. View was spectacular! Balcony was great, living room was very comfortable, bathrooms were all very nice, hot water, cold AC. We did Zoo World, Gulf World, escape room, axe throwing, mini golf, shopping and lots of different types of restaurants all within a 20 minute drive and several within a 5 minute drive. 12th floor so had some minor elevator waits going down but not excessive. We would visit here again.

Awesome views!!

The condo was much bigger than it looked on the pictures. The views were awesome, and we loved being on the end unit. There were dishes, utensils, and tons of space...we enjoyed and highly recommend. The owner was very responsive and I am so glad we chose this property to celebrate our anniversary vacation in PCB. Thank you.

Weel rounded stay

The location was perfect and the beach access was awesome. We enjoyed pur time. The beach access door was a little hassle with the code not working and the. Showers were a little tricky with the tubs not draining. But everything eleae was good and nice.

Great room

This was a great room. Was able to check in early. Parking was easy. Elevators were quick. Room is very close to elevators which was convenient. Room was spacious. The balcony was awesome. The WiFi was best I’ve seen at condos like this. Speed was >100Mbps and was able to stay connected and get over 50Mbps on the beach! Our new favorite place.

The living room Tv needs replacing. Lines in the screen. Door from living room to balcony very hard to open. Could use an overall deep cleaning. The layout was terrific. A lot of privacy for each bedroom. I would stay here again

Hot summer daze

Very nice. Our family could relax and enjoy our stay. We did find a few issues. The tv in the livingroom had issues lines in screen. The showerhead in the third bedroom was broken and leaking. The sliding door in the kitchen needs some repairs.

Perfect rental for our needs, great location!

Loved our corner unit with the large balcony and awesome views of the beach and main strip. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms well stocked with towels. No beach towels provided though so be sure and bring your own. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking your own meals. My only complaint is that the sofa bed was broken so my grandson had to just sleep on the couch. I let maintenance know so hopefully it will get fixed before the next person wants to use it. We spent most of the time out on the deck enjoying the wonderful view and breeze coming off the ocean when we weren’t down at the beach. I would definitely recommend this property!

Our favorite place to stay

This our second time renting here because we loved it so much the first time. 3 bed/3 bath is the perfect accommodation for our family. Everyone has their own private space and there’s never a line for the bathroom! The kitchen had everything we needed which is a big plus. There was also a new (since our visit last year) washer and dryer! It gets warm in the afternoons with the afternoon sun, but there are extra fans throughout which are great to have! We enjoyed evenings on the large balcony watching the sunset. All it’s missing is an outdoor ceiling fan! The wicker patio furniture is the same as what we have at home, so it’s very much home away from home. We had one maintenance need while there, but they were responsive and had someone out to fix it very timely. We can’t wait to book our visit again for next year!

Nice Place, Good Location

The condo was in a great location to all the places we wanted to visit during our stay—just 3-10 minutes. My family and I did enjoy this location overall! A few things were that the outer frame of water/ice dispenser on the freezer side of the refrigerator fell off unless very gently handled. The frame was already broken at the bottom so it essentially had nothing to hold it up. The drawer with the silverware was broken on the left side which appeared to be previously fixed but maybe the glue finally gave way. The stackable washer and dryer were very convenient being in the unit but being a front loader, the washer had mold in the rubber gasket. Mold isn’t great to start, but I am allergic and I had a minor allergic reaction after washing clothes. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving but several items still had the sticker on the bottom of the cookware and were unusable as I was afraid the adhesive would be an issue on the stovetop or oven. The dishwasher didn’t appear to be fully inserted into the cabinet as the padding was visible on the right side, so we did not use it. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great! The hot water kept up with 3 showers going at the same time and we didn’t have to plan around 4 people taking showers and getting ready before going out to eat. The views were amazing and great view of the sunset every night overlooking the pier. Having the beach service included was great as well!

Dream Vacation Spot!

We stayed for a wonderful week in September 2021 for my birthday and my daughter’s fall break. Everything was exactly as pictured and as noted in the listing. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were everything we could ever want - comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and an inviting and enjoyable living space. The kitchen included SO many extras that have been missing from other places we have stayed such as: hot water kettle, blender, cooking utensils, wine bottle opener, coffee pot/keurig, AND MORE! There were ceiling fans AND an extra fan in the closet!! Our favorite part was the covered balcony with rocker/swivel chairs! The same chairs we have at home, actuallly, so we were literally in a home away from home. Parking was always a little interesting. The spaces are somewhat narrow and then there are concrete walls just about every 3 spaces. Part of the parking deck appeared to be under construction though. That may have changed by now. We always found a place though, that was never an issue. We also never had elevator issues - we might have waited a little longer during certain hours but not so long that I would complain. Bottom line, I can’t wait to stay here again!
